The bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet paper, clean and comfy towels, a bath mat, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dish soap, a dishwasher, etc- just bring your own ingredients. We are happy to give you all our knowledge and experience on local attractions, dining, and neighborly info too, if you're interested. Interaction with GuestsWe can hang out as little or as much as you like! Our bedroom is in the basement, so even if we are home, you'll have most of upstairs to yourself. Our kiddo sleeps down the hall, and though on the occasional teething stint might cry a little at night, she's generally really great and shouldn't bother you too much. The NeighborhoodThe West Highlands neighborhood was built in the late 1950's, so it has all the charm and diversity you might expect. Huge, gorgeous trees make this a sought after area, and its proximity to downtown, North Central and Benedictine Colleges, and all the local flavor (RibFest, Last Fling) make it super popular. This neighborhood is alive with young families and original residents alike- all amazingly friendly and full of Midwestern hospitality. Getting AroundThere is a Pace bus stop nearby and the downtown Metra train station is a 5 minute drive away. Other Things to NoteKiddos are welcome! We have a new pack n play you are welcome to use if your nugget is still small-ish.
