The SpaceThe unit is very comfortable and spacious with 42 inch TV with USB capability and DVD player connected to recording and playback unit with large speakers for watching movies. Large deck with 12 seat table and BBQ for entertaining. Guest AccessAccess to "The Clubhouse" in the middle of the complex. Pool BBQ and Sauna are also available to guests [see photos]. A few hundred meters to Squash, Basket Ball courts and the Willoughby Leisure Center complete with gym, aerobic classes and pools. Easy access to very pleasant walking trails some along Flat Rock Creek under Northbridge while others meander to Artarmon, Naremburn and Chatswood. The NeighborhoodWhat I love about my unit is the convenience of living just over the Harbour Bridge and being so close to the city, theatre, and entertainment while enjoying the tranquility Willoughby offers. Getting AroundPublic buses run very frequently day and night. The express buses have one stop from right outside the complex to the Town Hall and take approximately eleven minutes. Other Things to NotePlease note guests are responsible for any theft or damages that may occur during the stay.

The SpaceRecently renovated single level 4 bedroom family home has two new bathrooms, and recently renovated kitchen and living areas. Sleeps 9 comfortably. It is clean and comfortable, light and breezy, carpeted in bedrooms and new polished floor boards in the living area, kitchen/dining and fourth bedroom/study. It has lots of outdoor space with a sweeping district view from the living areas. You have the option of renting privately through my self or through Airbnb. We also take Paypal if you would like the added security. Check in is normally at 3:15pm but we can usually get you in a bit earlier depending on other bookings. Check out is normally 10am but again late check out is often possible. We currently have a minimum 5 night stay but depending on interest we will offer shorter stays to fill in the gaps. Please inquire, we are very negotiable depending on demand and maybe able to provide last minute special offers. The NeighborhoodOur Neighborhood - "The Great Lower North Shore - Minutes from Everything" The Lower North Shore is arguably the best place to live in Sydney with lots of variety from great shopping at Chatswood or Northbridge, to alfresco dining in Crows Nest, High St or Willoughby Rd to Natural Rain Forrest in the surrounding reserves and National Parks. You will see possums, rainbow lorikeets, kookaburras and other wildlife frequenting the area. Being in one of Willoughby's most popular streets the house is a few minutes walk from Willoughby Leisure (Sporting) Centre with pool and gymnasium, Local parks, barbecues and kids playgrounds including Hallstrom Park and Flat Rock Gully Reserve which offers an enchanting and natural bush walk through the forrest down to Tunks Park and Sydney (Middle) Harbour. If you prefer shopping you are a short 10min walk to Northbridge Shopping Centre or you will be a short bus trip or drive minutes from a major shopping district Chatswood Chase or Westfields Chatswood with cinemas eateries and all of the latest fashion stores, only 3kms away. Of course if you prefer the hustle and bustle of the city the bus stop is only minutes away and after two stops and 10 minutes or so you will be in the heart of Sydney City. If you prefer lazing by the pool or seaside, as mentioned there is Willoughby Leisure Centre a few minutes walk away which has large heated pools and kids play activities including gymnasium. Sydney Harbour is not far away as is the famous North Bridge Baths. There is an easy drive or bus trip to Balmoral Beach, Chowder Bay or Chinamans Beach which is approximately 7kms away. Getting AroundThe bus stop is only 3 minutes walk around the corner with two stops to the city or a 10 minute bus ride or 8kms from Circular Quay or 6kms from Luna Park or Sydney Harbour Bridge at Milsons Point. Taxis are also available around the corner on Willoughby Road and we are two traffic lights to a major motor way. Drive to the airport is only 15-20 minutes (off peak). Getting AroundBus at end of street runs to the city / Chatswood 4 times an hour. City trip takes 10 mins. Balmoral Beach is a 15 min drive and Manly and Bondi are 25 min drives. Set at the end of a private drive from a cul-de-sac, this fully furnished house is elevated to tree top level and its large outside decks and the totally private heated spa pool give the feeling of a tree house in a forest. Relax in total peace and quiet and make friends with the colourful local bird life. The living, dining and kitchen areas all open on to the outside areas, and are great for entertaining. There are two shopping centres nearby, clubs, a pub, restaurants and cafes, and buses at the end of the street to the City. There are two major golf courses just minutes from the door. Or simply use the walks through unspoilt bush to the harbour's edge and boat ramp below the famous iconic sandstone 'suspension' bridge. Getting AroundFrom the apartment, it is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which has expresses buses to Wynyard and Townhall as well as buses to Crows Nest, North Sydney, Balmoral Beach, Neutral Bay and so forth. The apartment is 20 minutes by foot walk to St Leonards station. The apartment is located on a quiet street with plenty of street parking. Other Things to NotePerfect for couples, or business people looking for a convenient, cost effective and comfortable alternative to expensive city hotels. HOW TO GET HERE From the airport, catch a taxi, which is the simplest way and costs around $60. Alternately catch the train into the city, then a bus (M(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) which will take you within a 5 minutes walk to the apartment. If you’re driving a car, follow your map. There is plenty of free street parking.

The SpaceOur comfortable 2 bedroom flat is located on the first floor of a small block of apartments. You will have access to the whole apartment and one undercover car space. The flat is cosy and a nice space to hang out in. The kitchen and bathroom have also been recently renovated. The kitchen is great to cook in with new appliances including a dishwasher. Guest AccessGuests will be able to use the entire apartment which includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Interaction with GuestsYou will have the place to yourself but I will be contactable by phone to answer any queries you may have and am happy to offer advice on the local area and Sydney as have traveled a lot myself and appreciate the value of local knowledge! The NeighborhoodWilloughby is a peaceful leafy suburb on the north shore of Sydney. Our apartment is a great place to stay as not only is a short (10min) bus trip into the city it also has great cafes, restaurants, a leisure centre (including pool), parks and lovely walking tracks in nearby Flat Rock Creek. There is a charming cafe down the road which also doubles as an art gallery and does great coffee. Chatswood is also close by which gives you access to major shopping centres, a theatre and more restaurants! Getting AroundOur flat is a 1 minute walk to bustop that can take you to the city (Wynyard) in 10 min. You can also access Chatswood, Balmoral beach and Bondi from the same bus stop. For trains Artarmon station is a 15 minute walk away. Guests will have access to one undercover carpark and there is also a free council carpark next door. The SpaceThe bedroom has an en-suite, air-conditioning, full wardrobe and cupboards and a separate entrance. I provide Guests with hotel quality linen and towels, and use of the Laundry, if needed. Bathroom amenities are also supplied. A doorlock has been installed on the guest bedroom door so you can store your valuables when going on your daily outings. The bed is a new 5Star Sofa bed, with an additional mattress added for comfort. The room is extremely comfortable and relaxing. Guest AccessI am happy to provide guests with a light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and cereals; coffee and tea, if wanted. I welcome you to share the Kitchen if you are cooking at home. You are also welcome to use the Front and Back courtyards, which are perfect for outdoor eating or reading with a glass of wine. I have installed a lock on the guest bedroom door so you can store your valuables when daily travelling. There is a Gym in the garage which can be accessed at certain times, under supervision. The SpaceThe house is a great summer or winter house - big and airy. For summer, every one of the 4 large bedrooms has a ceiling fan. Two of the rooms have french doors that open onto the side deck. For winter there is a pot belly wood burner with plenty of chopped wood. There is a fully equipped gym in the backyard and the back garden has a cabana hidden away in the trees. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac and very close to all amenities, cafes, trains and buses, the city and beaches. Come and enjoy the summer sun or the mild cosy winter. The SpaceThis welcoming & light filled family home is split across two levels. The ground floor features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens out onto an outdoor entertaining space (with BBQ) and garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwater and Nespresso coffee machine. A perfect house if you love cooking, entertaining or just finding a sunny spot to read a good magazine or book. It also features a guest washroom and laundry with Miele washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you'll find the three bedrooms (all with cupboard space) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, and ensuite with a rainwater shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the third a single bed, with a pull out trundle, and also a cot & change table. The main bathroom upstairs features a large free-standing bath, rainwater shower and toilet. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole house. The NeighborhoodNaremburn is a beautiful suburban neighbourhood that is centrally located, and so the perfect base for exploring all Sydney has to offer. In terms of the local area there are a couple of parks within a 5 minute walk, along with an indoor swimming pool and gym. There are also many great cafés, restaurants, and food shops within walking distance at Naremburn & Cammeray shops. If you want to wander further afield you can drive 5 minutes to any of the neighbouring suburbs to find more cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. In terms of attractions, listed below is how close the place is to numerous attractions around Sydney by car (expect slower times with traffic). - 5-10 minutes to Sydney City, including The Rocks, Circular Quay, Sydney Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, dining and shopping. - 15 minutes to Balmoral Beach, Taronga Zoo, and Chatswood shopping precinct. - 20 minutes to Bondi Junction Shopping Centre and the famous Bondi Beach. - 30 minutes to Manly. Getting AroundIf you don’t have a car there are plenty of public transport options close by. Buses run regularly from the main road (a 7 minute walk away) to the city, North Sydney, Balmoral Beach and the Eastern Suburbs. You can also walk to St Leonards train station in 20-25minutes. Airports: The International and Domestic airports are about a 20-minute drive away (longer during traffic peaks), all easily accessible by public transport too.

The SpaceWith a bus every 5 minutes during all day at 50 m from the building, with the bus M40 or 272, you'll reach Wynyard station in 10 min, driving on the famous Harbour bridge each time, from which you will see the Opera house. You can aslo go to the wonderfull Balmoral beach using a direct bus in less than 35 min, or choose to go to the famous Manly beach with only one bus change ! Guest AccessThis appartment located in a quiet residence close to a park is compose of a large dining and living room with 2 leather couches and a large flat TV with Chromecast. Wide glazed windows from which you can see the pools make the inside very bright and confortable. You'll have a direct access to the pools and the sauna at a walking distance of only 20 m ! The kitchen is entirely equiped, completed with a bread baking machine. The 2 main bedrooms are very spacious and the 2 others a bit smaller. You'll be able to use the washing machine and the dryer. The NeighborhoodAt 300 m. you'll find all the necessary shops you need: bar, restaurants ... and a leisure center: indoor swimming pools, squash, fitness, etc... Getting AroundA car can be easily parked on the road outside. Buses are 50 m. outside and every 5 mins.

Chatswood is also only a short bus ride/drive away - it's like a second CBD, with a train station, 2 shopping malls, a theater, a cinema, a public library and many stores for you to explore. The house is a 5 minute walk to a huge and beautiful park and recreation center with a gymnasium, indoor pool and several (pram friendly) running tracks - as a well as a large dog friendly park and jungle gym. Getting AroundA main bus stop is literally just down the road, which will take you to the CBD ( 7 mins), Chatswood (10 mins), Bondi (25 mins) or many North Shore suburbs on multiple bus lines. The SpaceA beautifully presented queen bedroom and private bathroom, situated in interior designed 2 bedroom apartment. Close to public transport, cafes/bars, shops and the beach. The Cammeray Oasis mixes tranquil bush living with city life. Wake up to the birdsong, jump in the pool downstairs for a swim, then stroll up to the nearby cafes for a coffee - all before 9am! Sunny room fitted with a Queen size bed with premium coil mattress, built-in wardroom and drawers. There is a LCD LED TV / DVD so you can watch your favourite shows or relax with a movie after a day exploring the city. Bed linen is 100% cotton and from Australian home interior brand, Bed Bath & Table. We have sheets for the summer months, and warm doonas and wool blankets for the colder months. Towels are Australian-made and 100% cotton. There is also a chrome fan for the summertime and a heater for winter. Private bathroom, with bath and shower and lots of HOT WATER! The kitchen has all modern designer chrome appliances, inc. Miele gas stove and fan oven, Nutribullet for your smoothies, Samsung microwave and a large Samsung fridge can fit plenty of food. The counters have marble tops, so it's easy to clean. There is also a large dishwasher. A chrome kettle and toaster accompany a French press coffee plunger and milk frother, so you can get your caffeine hit as soon as you wake up. Herbal teas, Italian coffee and a welcome basket mean you don't even have to leave the house for a lovely breakfast. The seperate laundry room houses a large Samsung washer-dryer, with washing basket, so clothes can be washed and dried conveniently. A large boiler means there's hot water for everyone and no risk of running out or having to stagger shower times. Public transport is very good from Cammeray and Naremburn (to and from Sydney's CBD/City and also further afield). The express bus to The Rocks (or goes all the way to Bondi Junction) in Sydney's CBD is just one stop over the Harbour Bridge. A 15 minute walk takes you to the bus stop from the apartment. We're also close to the train station - 15 minute walk - which is five stops from the CBD (15 mins). Alternatively, Uber or Go Catch are excellent taxi apps and it takes 15-20 mins to drive to the City. We are a 5 min walk to the nearby village of Cammeray, which has a range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, brunch spots, coffee, restaurants, bars, beauticians, massage spas, pharmacies and the post office. Crow's Nest is 15 mins by foot and has a Woolworths, About Life, 24-hour chemist and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. For nights at home, we have a brand new large L-shaped designer sofa. Lie back and enjoy NETFLIX or Apple TV on the 55 inch LCD 4k flat screen TV/DVD. Or gaze out of the floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the large terrace, with views of the trees and countryside. A large six seater solid oak table, with replica Eames dining chairs, is there for eating at home. The chairs are very comfortable, so you can relax with a book, glass of wine or board game. We also have a study/work space, which overlooks a second terrace. You're free to use this for a laptop, computer or to work/study. We have a good selection of books, inc. fiction, non-fiction and magazines. The terrace is our pride and joy. I have an established balcony garden, with a lovely array of flowers, plants, herbs and succulents. The sunrise in the morning is directly in front of the terrace and you can enjoy this sat in our designer acapulco chairs with your coffee. The birdsong is very relaxing and sun streams into the apartment all morning, with a gentle breeze. Although we live in an apartment block, the neighbours are very quiet and respectful. We are on the top floor, so no one overlooks the terrace - you have complete privacy. It is also very secure, with two heavy-duty security doors to get through from the street. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, so you should feel very safe walking at night. We have a lovely shared swimming pool which is open from 6am to 10pm all year round. It is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Please note it's not heated! They are housed in two spacious bedrooms, that are seperate from one another. There's lots of storage space, with built-in wardrooms and drawers. Bed linen is 100% cotton and from Australian home interior brand, Bed Bath & Table. We have sheets for the summer months and warm duvets and wool blankets for the colder months. Towels are luxury Egyptian cotton and from premium Australian brand, Sheridan. The larger bedroom has an air conditioning/heating unit, plus an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a totally seperate bathroom, with bath and shower. The kitchen has all modern, designer chrome appliances, inc. Miele gas stove and fan oven, Nutribullet for your smoothies, Samsung microwave and a large Samsung fridge can fit plenty of food. The counters have marble tops, so it's easy to clean. There is also a double drawer Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. A chrome kettle and toaster accompany a French press coffee plunger and milk frother, so you can get your caffeine hit as soon as you wake up. Herbal teas, Italian coffee and a breakfast basket mean you don't even have to leave the house for a lovely breakfast. The seperate laundry room houses a large Samsung washer-dryer, with washing basket, so clothes can be washed and dried conveniently. A large boiler means there's hot water for everyone and no risk of running out or having to stagger shower times. Public transport is very good from Cammeray and Naremburn (to and from Sydney's CBD/City and also further afield). The express bus to The Rocks (or goes all the way to Bondi Junction) in Sydney's CBD is just one stop over the Harbour Bridge. A 10 minute walk takes you to the bus stop from the apartment. We're also close to the train station - 15 minute walk - which is five stops from the CBD (15 mins). Alternatively, Uber or Go Catch are excellent taxi apps and take 10 mins to drive to the City. We are a 5 min walk the nearby village, which has a range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, brunch spots, coffee, restaurants, bars, beauticians, massage spas, pharmacies and the post office. For nights at home, we have a brand new large L-shaped designer sofa. Lie back and enjoy NETFLIX or Apple TV on the LCD LED flat screen TV/DVD. A Playstation 3 is also there for you gamers. Or gaze out of the floor to ceiling glass doors onto the large terrace, with views of the trees and countryside. A large six seater solid oak table, with replica Eames dining chairs, is there for eating at home. The chairs are very comfortable, so you can relax with a book, glass of wine or board game. We also have a study/work space, which overlooks a second terrace. You're free to use this for a laptop, computer or to work/study. We have a good selection of books, inc. fiction, non-fiction and magazines. The terrace is our pride and joy. I have an established balcony garden, with a lovely array of flowers, plants, herbs and succulents. The sunrise in the morning is directly in front of the terrace and you can enjoy this sat in our designer acapulco chairs with your coffee. The birdsong is very relaxing and sun streams into the apartment all morning, with a gently breeze. Although we live in an apartment block, the neighbours are very quiet and respectful. We are on the top floor, so no one overlooks the terrace - you have complete privacy. It is also very secure, with two heavy-duty security doors to get through from the street. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, so you should feel very safe walking at night. We have a lovely shared swimming pool which is open from 6am to 10pm all year round. It is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Please note it's not heated! Guest AccessWe will be on holiday, so you'll have access to the entire apartment. It will be like your own.
