There are shared bathroom facilities both downstairs and upstairs. The Surf House is our house and we have set it up to provide you with the best of shared and personal facilities. We provide a continental or a fully cooked breakfast that is included in the tariff ($40/person/night). We also provide free wetsuits and surfboards and push bikes. The house has many features including free Wifi, a pool table and TV/DVD guest lounge area. We are 150m from Narrawallee Beach, a pristine beach in the famous Ulladulla area of the South Coast of NSW, Australia. We are 4km from the historic village of Milton and 7km from Ulladulla where you will find all the necessities of a great time away. We have access to amazing bushwalking and mountain climbing, fishing and a range of surf and water related activities. Add to that, the House is less than an hours drive to Batemans Bay, Jervis Bay and a number of extraordinary National Parks. Guest AccessGuests have access to free use of surf boards, paddle boards and other water craft, push bikes, pool table, wifi and the stroll to the beach is 2 minutes. Interaction with GuestsGuests have use of the large, fully equipped kitchen for their own lunches and dinner preparation. This has already proven to be a great time of interaction with other guests. Breakfast time is the highlight as you sit with other guests on the deck and enjoy a fully catered cooked breakfast. Watch the birds and Eagles fly by at this tranquil spot. 7 night min. booking in Dec+Jan. Situated on a very quiet road just a short stroll from Narrawallee Beach,reserve with playground and BBQ. At North end of Beach is a great surf spot,great for swimming as protected if a North Easterly wind is blowing. Across the way at North end is a tranquil,beautiful inlet,safe for children,canoes/kayaks or SUP. Kayak at House. House has a Queen size bedroom and in the other Bedroom,3 beds, a bunk and a single. Renovated Kitchen and Bathroom,living space leading to front and back decks. Laundry and extra toilet downstairs. Space downstairs for a game of Table tennis,or relax in the Hammock. The open plan living has dining area seating 6 guests, ample comfortable lounges, TV & DVD. There is plenty of room for entertaining both indoors and outdoors with outdoor dining setting, umbrella and gas BBQ. There is a double carport and a small fenced yard for pets. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole property. Over the Summer holidays ( Christmas until January long weekend) bookings will be a minimum of 7 night stay. Check with the host for dates. The Convenience stores of Mollymook Shopping Centre also include The NeighborhoodRick Stein's world famous Bannisters seafood restaurant is less than approximately 3km away. Bannisters Pavilion has opened recently just across Tallwood Avenue. It has an expansive rooftop lined with sun beds, umbrellas, private lounge spaces, a bar-and-grill and spectacular suspended pool. Food is inspired by Mediterranean, Southern Californian and Mexican cuisines, complemented by seasonal cocktails, craft beers and an Antipodean-focused wine list or try the highly rated Tallwood Restaurant and Cafe. The Mollymook Golf Club has a clubhouse and restaurant at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. It overlooks the beach and is spectacular for an evening meal and a drink. The SpaceBeautifully presented four bedroom single level home 30 metres from Narrawallee Beach. The house is well appointed yet still comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen opens out to the back garden , BBQ area and Garden Room providing an alternative to relaxing on the beach all day. Guest AccessSurfboards, kayaks, bikes, table tennis Interaction with GuestsAs necessary to ensure guest comfort and safety. The NeighborhoodNarrawallee is surrounded by beautiful beaches and lakes. If your preference happens to be bush walking try our national park walks. If shopping is your thing take a look at the boutique shops in historic Milton. Oh.....don't forget the golf in Mollymook! The SpaceThe cottage was originally a creamery for the dairy farm that was established here in 1860. We added the small kitchen and bathroom as our family of four lived in it while we built the main house. For sleeping, there is a cosy loft accessible by ladder (see photos) which can sleep up to four people (one kingsize mattress plus two short [1.5m long] single mattresses suitable for children). A pullout queen size sofabed downstairs can sleep two people. Bedlinen and towels are supplied. A small kitchen provides most things for everyday cooking, including dishwasher, and although there is no oven there is a Weber BBQ outside. The small bathroom has a restored antique clawfoot bath, shower and toilet. A potbelly stove provides heating through winter (wood supplied). The cottage is very well insulated and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a special place with breathtaking views and above all, peace and tranquillity offered by the forest. Guests will have the cottage to themselves, as well as sole use of the small garden in front of the cottage, and bushwalking on the property. You are welcome to pick lemons, herbs and vegetables from the vegie garden. We are happy to help you plan your stay, welcome you on arrival and provide assistance, but once here you will have privacy. Kilfeacle is surrounded by bush, native birds, our cows and local wildllife. It's just a 15 minute drive to historic Milton, famous for its music culture, boutique shops and cafes (we will happily recommend our favourites!). Mollymook, Narrawallee and Conjola beaches are also very close, with surf lessons, snorkelling and beautiful Narrawallee inlet just great for small children to play in. The cottage is near our house, but it has a private outlook over three sides with forest, pasture and ocean outlooks. Guest AccessAccess to our property is by a mostly-sealed council-maintained road. If you have a low-slung vehicle you will need to take care over the rollovers to avoid scraping your vehicle. You will need your own vehicle to get to and from Kilfeacle. Interaction with GuestsHome-grown pasture fed beef is available for purchase in three packs: BBQ, casserole/gravy and stir fry. This is meat from one of our own steers who had a very healthy and happy life on the farm. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is lovely, private and close to nature. Even though it is only 8 km to town it feels very remote. You will get a true rural/bush experience but still be close to the beach and historic Milton. Getting AroundYou will need your own vehicle to get to and from Kilfeacle. Other Things to NoteOur road has a small creek crossing. This can flood once or twice a year for a day or two. This can temporarily make it difficult for guests to cross in 2WDs. As a solution we can provide a 4WD to guests if the creek is higher than normal. This 4WD is easy to drive (automatic) and is registered and insured (with baby seats if required). We will give you all the advice you need so you can cross with ease. Think of the creek as part of the authentic rural experience! Each guest is entitled to 20% off the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk and Zipline Experience (please enquire of host).

We are pet friendly with a fully fenced yard ideal for the little ones and an under cover carport big enough for two cars Downstairs- Located on the lower level are two single beds and a pool table. The ping pong table is under cover outside ... Large new bathroom and laundry featuring washing machine and dryer. Upstairs- Features private decks on both sides of the house perfect for alfresco dining and to take advantage of those sea breezes and afternoon sunsets. There is a new kitchen with modern appliances (Miele dishwasher)and spacious open plan living areas. To entertain there are 2 TV's both with Foxtel and 1 Blue Ray DVD Free Wifi and telephone usage. There are 4 bedrooms....3 upstairs. The front upstairs bedroom has a luxury queen bed and wall mounted TV with foxtel. 2nd bedroom has 2 adult size single bunk beds.. 3rd bedroom fitted with a comfortable queen bed and rear view over the yard.. 4th room downstairs has 2 new comfortable single beds.. All bed linen is supplied including extra large bath towels Upstairs new bathroom with shower & toilet. The house caters for up to 8 people only!!!         The SpaceAllambee is a quaint cottage set amongst the Milton farming areas. You will have all the peace and quiet you need (sometimes that peace can be broken by the moo'ing of cows) yet a three minute drive to town. The gas BBQ on your back verandah is always gassed up and ready for use and helps in making the most of the beautiful afternoons in both winter and summer months. Some weekends between April and September we have bonfires for ourselves and friends with live music which you would be welcome to come along to and share in the fun. During the summer months we often water ski on the weekends and for an agreed amount you would be welcome to come along and either go skiing, tubing or learn how to. We are happy to supply you with fresh eggs for your breakfast and depending on the time of year you may receive some fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. Friday night at the Commercial hotel is usually the night local farmers come into town to enjoy the raffles and a few quiet beers. We have private off street parking for two cars. The cottage is a two storey complete home that you have full use of. There are a choice of three bedrooms with two upstairs and one on the ground floor. There is a verandah area overlooking the property with BBQ facilities for you to use. We are happy to help you find your way around while staying with us, so if you have any questions feel free to ask. There is also a selection of flyers from local attractions in the dining area for you. For those who want a little hands on small farm work, there are always gardens to dig and weed, chickens to take care of and the occasional bit of fencing.
