Take the bikes to the beach and relax on the deck and in the large back yard afterwards. Come home to our bright and inviting 3 BR beach house with 1500 sqf to relax after a day at the beautiful beach of Bradley Beach or the neighboring towns of Ocean Grove, Belmar and Asbury Park. The beautiful open layout downstairs includes a living and dining area with a large comfy couch, another small sofa, a big dining table for up to 7 people, as well as a open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything you need for cooking. Upstairs you will find the bathroom with tub, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, the nursery with crib and a day bed that pulls out to become a large double bed with slatted base and real mattresses, and the office which can sleep another child on a small sofa(not pictures because under renovation at the moment). We will provide sheets and towels. FAMILIES: The house is childproofed and has gates on the bottom and top of the stairs as well as a gate on top of the stairs leading down to the back yard. We also provide a crib and high chair for your little ones. There are plenty of toys to play with, too! The whole house is yours! You have a huge backyard to frolic in, there is a large deck overlooking the yard with a BBQ, dining table, umbrella and chair, there are lawn chairs in the shed as well as bikes for up to 5 people for your convenience. In the front of the house you can sit on the porch in the evening breeze and sip a drink. The whole property (back as well as front yard) is fenced in so kids can play safely. We will be there to greet you and show you around or else you will find the keys to the house in a secure location. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood bordering Bradley Beach with easy access to the beach, the train to New York, shopping, dining and the highway. There are two large supermarkets just a 5 minute walk (or drive) away. The town (Bradley Beach) has numerous yummy restaurants, breakfast spots, its own movie theater, etc, which you can reach by foot in 10 minutes. Parking is no problem anywhere so you can drive as well. The beaches of Bradley Beach are clean and well maintained with showers, bathrooms and changing rooms.     The SpaceHi Beach Lovers - Come stay at our adorable 750 sq ft Beach Bungalow in Neptune. Our house is 1 mile from Bradley Beach and 1/2 a mile from the Bradley Beach train station. We are not located in Bradley Beach proper but rather "Bradley Beach-adjacent" so the block is a little transitional and up and coming. This little beauty is one floor with 1 full bedroom and 1 half-bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, full bath, and comfortable living room and dining room with cathedral ceiling and skylights. There are 9 windows in the house. Every room has at least 1 window! The backyard is huge. There's a small porch in the front and the back of the house. Our house is ideal for a couple and a baby or child. (We do not recommend our house for more than 2 adults). You'll be totally equipped to enjoy the shore: We have a big propane grill in the backyard, 2 beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Kitchen includes coffee machine, Kitchen Aid, Panini maker, toaster. Linens and towels available. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. 2 beach badges included. Guest Access-Beach badges -Entire house -Outdoor Grill -Backyard Interaction with GuestsNone. The NeighborhoodWe are not located in Bradley Beach proper but rather "Bradley Beach-adjacent" so the block is a little transitional and up and coming. The house is conveniently located for all needs. There are several options for grocery shopping. Stop & Shop is two minutes away by car. A Wegman's is a 10 minute drive away. Both have attached liquor stores. There are nearby dining options in Neptune (Smokehouse BBQ by the Stop & Shop is highly recommended!) and there are several cute cafes for brunch on Bradley Beach's Main Street. Asbury Park and Belmar are both short drives away, with numerous restaurants, clubs and boardwalk activities. Historic Ocean Grove is located between Bradley Beach and Asbury, a terrific brunch and family location. The house is located in a year-round community, in a mixture of families, young couples and neighborhood fixtures, such as our neighbors who have been in their home over 50 years! Getting AroundThe New Jersey Transit Bradley Beach stop is nearby. There are many local taxi companies who work at a fair rate and run all night in the summertime. Other Things to NoteIn the basement you'll find a washer and dryer. The ceiling is not full height so watch your head.

There is one full bath with a bathtub and 2 half baths (one in the office, and one off of the master bedroom). Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage, attic, shed and basement. Our immediate neighborhood is safe and friendly. We are a short distance away from downtown Asbury Park, which boasts upscale restaurants, art galleries, and music venues. We are also located less than 2 miles from the beaches of the Jersey shore. Our home is located 1 mile from the Bradley Beach train station. This house would be a good option for: Someone needing to attend Jersey Shore Medical Center short-term either as a student, doctor, or patient. We are only 3 blocks from the hospital. On the second floor there is 2 private bedrooms (queen-sized bed in each), one private bathroom with shower and tub, and a small sitting area. This would be ideal if you are looking for either just one bedroom or need two bedrooms (you would be the only person/group) on the second floor. There is a shared main entrance and shared kitchen area. The owner of the property lives on the first floor (along with a very friendly and quite dog). The NeighborhoodHouse is located in a very quite neighborhood. Virtually no traffic or noise around the house in either the day or evening.

The living room features a leather sectional sofa, with three recliners built in (can also be used for sleeping). Living room has a with a 50" flat screen and DVR with Cable TV. Living room also has a blue tooth speaker for music. Entertainment room with 55" flat screen downstairs with Cable TV along with sofa/ love seat (can also be used for sleeping), mini bar and popcorn machine; Entertainment room also features a Sony Bluetooth boom box for music. Also downstairs is the fourth bedroom/office; there is a futon that lays down to a twin sized couch bed; desktop computer for internet and futon for resting. In the downstairs clothes closet is an automatic full sized air mattress with built in pillow for sleeping as well. Getting AroundComing south the house is right off exit 102 on the GSP. If you are coming north you could take exit 100B off the GSP. Right near RT. 66 and Jersey Shore Premium outlets. Other Things to NoteMy daughters have left the nest so I have a four bedroom house to myself. I would like to rent the whole house. You can pack in 10 people if you have kids and don't mind using the couches and air mattress as a sleeping space.

There are a few restaurants and other things that are walkable (about a half mile, for instance), but if you have a bike, a car, or are willing to call an Uber (usually readily available since the shore is pretty popular), a lot more places will be available to you.

          Bi-level house. Three bedrooms upstairs, with kitchen and full bath, dining room, living room. Downstairs's is the fourth bedroom, half a bath, laundry room, garage and entertainment room. The bedroom downstairs is setup like an office but has a futon couch that folds down to a twin sized bed. Sectional couches upstairs and downstairs so house could comfortably sleep 8 people, if three people do not mind sleeping on the couch. The in ground pool is 25,000 gallons and features a pool shed and patio; also there is a paved basketball court and a charcoal barbecue grill. 60 inch LG smart TV in one bedroom with cable. 50 inch flat screen in living room with DVR and 50 inch flat-screen in entertainment room. Full sized refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave and gas stove and oven in the kitchen. A full sized Samsung refrigerator and deep freezer in the garage. Entertainment room features a mini fridge, popcorn machine and mini bar. Downstairs bedroom/office also has a desktop computer with guest access account. Outside yard has many chairs and patio furniture for laying out and enjoying the sun. The pool comes with inflatables and waders etc.
