The SpaceBuilt in 1929, this classic Tudor has all of the unique features of the past (laundry chutes, phone box, mail slot, arched doorways, etc.) with modern updates/conveniences. Conveniently located in North-West New Castle, on the 'Neshannock Border' district, the house is in a safe, clean neighborhood with good, considerate neighbors who have lived in their homes for more than a decade.
The house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath the property includes a small fenced yard and deck.
*Master: King bed with a flatscreen tv with Roku (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu)
*2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with a flatscreen tv with Roku (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu)
*Zen-Den: Twin bed. No TV, but a comfy chair for reading (hence the name 'Zen-Den').
New windows provide both sound and weather insulation. Central A/C and heat keep the house comfy year-round. Working fireplace is gas, with a remote. We turn off the pilot at the main in the summer.
I provide all linens and towels--so, no need to bring your own. Basic supplies in case you forget something: Shampoo, soap, etc.

Please tell me about yourself, and the guests that will be staying with you when you inquire. Guest AccessYou have the entire house and property to yourself. Washer-dryer is located in the clean (and dry) basement, for your convenience. Interaction with GuestsI will meet you at the house to give you a tour, and hand over the keys/garage door opener. I live about 4 blocks away, and am readily available if you need anything, have questions, etc. The NeighborhoodThe house is on the 'Neshannock Border' of New Castle. This is a clean, safe, neighborhood that is conveniently located near services and main roads. The road we are on is snow plowed all day long. Getting AroundThe bus stops nearby, on the half-hour. No taxi service or Uber in New Castle. Grocery, banks, gasoline, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc. are all within 1-5 minute drive of the house. Other Things to NoteThe house is great for small family-style gatherings, but not suitable for large events. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles.

PETS: Small dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis, for an extra charge of $30/per night. The backyard is fenced. Please tell me about your pet and your plan for them while you are away from the house.
