    The luxury tents offered at this glamping site measure 45m2 and can comfortably sleep up to six people (maximum of five adults and one child) with a double bed, a bunk bed and a cupboard bed perfect for one adult or two children. Please keep in mind that inside the tent there is no gas or electricity. That being said, you will be provided with almost everything you’ll need. You’ll have plates, pots, pans and serving spoons. You’ll also be provided with bed linens, pillows, kitchen linens and a start pack of lamp oil and candles. You’ll also be provided with wood for heating and cooking. To cook inside your tent, you’ll be able to use the wood-burning stove, and if the weather permits, you can also cook outside on the outdoor cooker.

Theres a gorgeous large master room with sleigh bed and open forest views to 2 aspects. This has its own ensuite with bath and separate shower. An equally lovely second double has a kingsize bed and a luxurious ensuite (large walk in shower), The final 2 bedrooms can be set up as either kingsize doubles or twin's with zip and link Hypnos beds for flexibility, these share a great family bathroom with bath and shower Outside the property has a large south facing terrace with lounge and dining furniture, hammock, a charcoal BBQ (don't forget to bring your lumpwood and firelighters!) a firepit and a lawned garden all looking out over the open forest, where you will see ponies, donkeys, deer and cattle on a daily basis. Guest AccessThe Old Sir Walter Tyrrell House is a detached property with private off road parking. Guests can offload at the front door and then park on our private drive. Guests will have the use of the whole house which is laid out over two floors. There is a totally separate annexe attached to the back of the house which the owner uses occasionally. Interaction with GuestsWe will greet guests at the property at a pre arrange time, show them around the house and be available by text / telephone for any questions they may have during their stay. The NeighborhoodThe New Forest is a wonderful unique national park on the south coast of England. It has many pretty villages, towns and a coastline that is great for walking, cycling, horse riding and spotting the ponies, cows and donkeys that live here and roam free. The house is located in a picturesque rural setting but also close to 3 local pubs, and a short distance from local shops and attractions. Getting AroundA car is advisable for getting to the house, however if you bring your bikes or walking boots you could easily leave the car on the drive for the duration of your stay. There is ample parking at the property for 4 cars. Southampton airport is 15 minutes drive away Romsey, Salisbury and Southampton train stations are a short drive / taxi ride away Other Things to NoteWe can offer services such as a professional chef to come in and prepare a bespoke meal for you and your party, to a set price and menu agreed with yourselves. We can also recommended places to hack out on horseback, rent mountain or road bikes, suggest Kayak excursions down the Beaulieu river, organise a spa day.     The SpaceTwin Cottage is situated on a quiet forest lane on the outskirts of arguably one of the most beautiful and sought after villages in the heart of the New Forest. Through the garden gate at the bottom of the large garden is direct forest access - a five minute walk through the forest and beautiful views and walk down to Mill Lawn where there is a stream, forest ponies and cattle grazing. The cottage caters extremely well for young children with a playroom stocked full of toys, ride ons, puzzles, games and a play kitchen. We don't just provide a cot and a highchair, there is everything from a steriliser, change mat, blender, baby gym mat, bumbo seat, booster seat, bedtime story books, dvd's, playdoh & craft for rainy days, a dolls house and a play workbench. Outside there is a sand pit, trikes, scooters, buckets & spades for the beach and fishing nets. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one double room with a king size mattress and one twin bedroom plus wooden cot (another travel cot is also available). Bathroom with shower and a beautiful cast iron slipper bath, towels, bathrobes & REN mini toiletries for the adults & Halo & Horns toiletries along with bath toys, baby bath & a step stool to reach the sink for little ones. Downstairs the kitchen with its beautiful slate floor and next to the playroom that overlooks the large grassed back garden is fully equipped with nespresso machine, microwave, bread maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. The dining room has a large pine table that seats 8 with a cosy log burner, cd player/radio, and a small office off of this room. The lounge has an open coal fire and television with freeview and dvd player. Outdoors is table and chairs along with a webber barbecue. Guest AccessTwin Cottage is normally available for 3 night weekend breaks from Friday or 4 nights from Monday or weekly arriving on a Monday or Friday. In quieter times (Nov, Dec, Jan) we sometimes can do 3 nights on any arrival or departure day, with the odd occasional 2 night breaks (2 nights charged at £250 per night). A luxury welcome hamper which includes Bacon, Sausages, Eggs, Orange Juice, Butter, Croissants, Jam, Cereal, Tea (inc herbal teas), Coffee, Sugar, a bottle of wine and a chocolate by Miss Witt. Plus freshly baked bread in the bread maker. There's an honesty cupboard for additional supplies of wine etc. The cottage is baby, toddler, child friendly, they normally don't want to leave and are so occupied with the fully stocked playroom that you can relax and enjoy your break. Interaction with GuestsAmanda lives nearby so on hand if you need any help or advice during your stay. We will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your precious family time together but I am on hand if need assistance during your stay. The NeighborhoodTwin Cottage is in a beautiful sought after rural location in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Situated on a quiet lane a 5 minute drive to Burley Village Centre (approx 2 miles) with its quirky shops, pubs and tea houses. Burley is surrounded by open forest. New forest ponies wander freely past the cottage and look out for cows, pigs and deer too. Great for exploring the forest yet only a 20 minute drive to the coast. 20 minute drive to Peppa Pig World Getting AroundBike hire available in the village, they can usually organise to have the bikes delivered to the house ready for your arrival. Other Things to NotePlease always keep the gates closed behind you to stop the ponies and cattle coming in to the garden.

      We offer high quality self-catering accommodation in a self-contained ground floor annex providing a cosy and tranquil holiday base for 2 people within the New Forest national park. A sofa bed available in the lounge suitable for a child. A sunny conservatory is an ideal location for a leisurely breakfast. Visitors have the private use of a pretty courtyard garden with pond and tinkling fountain. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and with easy access to the Forest and many other attractions this makes this an ideal holiday location. This quiet location is ideal for both a relaxing or a more energetic holiday exploring the many cycling and walking routes through the New Forest and discovering the unique horses, cattle, pigs and donkeys that roam the area.30 minute drive to Winchester, Salisbury. A 20 minute drive to Southampton and 35 minutes to Portsmouth to explore the historic dockyard. There are plenty of places to eat and drink with 3 pubs and 1 restaurant all within a 20 minute walk.

          Twin Cottage is luxury boutique self catering in the New Forest National Park available for rental all year round for short and long breaks. The cottage is fully equipped for young children. Located on a quiet lane in the heart of the New Forest where forest ponies, cattle and donkeys wander freely. On the outskirts of Burley village and yet only a 20 minute drive to the south coast towns and beaches. A peaceful, relaxing setting for a break anytime throughout the year. Also only a 20 minute drive to Peppa Pig World! Unfortunately we don't accept any pets. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard retaining original features, with solid oak floors, stripped pine doors a woodburner in the dining room and an open fire in the lounge. The fully equipped kitchen with its beautiful slate floor looks out to the back garden. Upstairs the bathroom has stripped wooden floors, a separate shower and a cast iron French slipper bath. Towels and bathrobes are included. There are two double bedrooms, one has a double antique bed while the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be linked together to make a Queen size bed. We also have a wooden cot and also a travel cot so can accommodate 2 babies needing cots. All linen is provided. Twin Cottage is available for 3 night weekend breaks or 4 night mid week breaks, please contact for details.           The SpaceCornerstones is on the edge of Lyndhurst village centre, with the best pub in the village, a 17th century Inn, almost within view (as is the police station!). You can also walk straight into the forest from our house, so everything is on your doorstep Guest AccessAlthough there is no access to the kitchen or other parts of the house, there is a table and chairs in the bay window of your room which overlooks the forest and tea/coffee making facilities, a selection of cereals, fruit and biscuits for your breakfast, and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Interaction with GuestsCarol and I both live in the house but, as we both work, we will not normally be around on weekdays, but are more than happy to help with local information, hints and tips on the best pubs/restaurants/walks. The NeighborhoodLyndhurst is at the heart of the New Forest, now designated a National Park, and the perfect base for a holiday in the South. The village itself is very lively, with all amenities you need, including post office, banks and small supermarket, as well as a variety of pubs and restaurants. Situated in the centre of the New Forest, we are also only a 25 minute drive to the beach, the historic towns of Winchester and Salisbury, 20 minutes to Southampton or 30 minutes to Bournemouth. Getting AroundThe best way to explore the Forest is of course on foot or bicycle! However, Lyndhurst is also on the main bus route from Southampton - Lymington - Bournemouth, and a short bus ride from our main line rail link to London Waterloo at Brockenhurst. You can also catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight (or France) from Southampton, or Lymington. Southampton and Bournemouth airports also not far. Other Things to NoteOur family has lived in Cornerstones for over 50 years, so we are well-placed to help smooth your trip along with information on the area both currently, and historically! We have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel called Bonny. She is very beautiful but has taken to barking when she first meets people in her old age! She wags her tail at the same time, however, so no need to be concerned.

Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst our neighbouring villages have a vast array of quality restaurants and Pubs. Spa treatments can be booked at the elegant Limewood Hotel 10 mins drive from us. A superb saturday market can be found in Lymington 20 mins away. Getting AroundTrains, Bike hire and horse riding are available in Brockenhurst. Gentle walks can be taken from the cottage on close by forest tracks and also down into the village. A taxi service is available and numbers are provided in our information pack. Other Things to NoteThe Cottage can provide many of the useful things that young children would require to keep them happy and content, from stairgates, travel cots,baby monitors baby carriers, high chairs, garden toys and toys/ books for rainy days, buckets and spades for the sunny days. There are horses, ponies, goats and friendly dogs on site who more than welcome a hello from visitors. Sorry no pets allowed within the property though. You may book a different arrival day other than Friday, please contact Claudia to confirm. Christmas and New Year fall into a different pricing category and have a minimum booking of 7 days for each.

          Rhubarb Cottage is a lovely dog friendly holiday cottage, in a road called 'The Custards', on the outskirts of Lyndhurst in the middle of The New Forest. The cottage is a 30 second walk from the open forest where you will meet the ponies who live in the forest. You may also meet some donkeys and even the odd pig or cow. Lyndhurst centre is a 5 minute walk away where you will find a wide selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and the New Forest Visitor Centre. Rhubarb Cottage sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms - 1 kingsize double bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is a refurbished bathroom upstairs, with power shower and another toilet downstairs. Full gas central heating and a multifuel log burner. Everything is provided for you except your food, including free wifi with no download limits. About half of our guests are returning visitors who have stayed in the cottage previously - several of these have stayed multiple times.

This self catering Victorian cottage is just a 5 minute walk to Lyndhurst village with the open forest just around the corner! Perfect accommodation with two ensuite bedrooms sleeping upto 4 people with a choice of sumptuous superkingsize, kingsize or single beds. Free wifi is available to help you keep in touch whilst you are away! Ideal for couples, groups or families (travel cot and highchair available at ÂŁ15 each per stay). Dogs are very welcome to stay -whether it is one or more! (ÂŁ15 per dog, per stay). This holiday cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard, is very dog friendly and being in the heart of the New Forest, it is perfectly situated. Cosy Cottage enjoys a peaceful location in a quiet backwater and is just minutes from Lyndhurst village centre and beautiful dog walks in the open forest. Walkers and cyclists are very welcome.

            This cosy cottage in Lyndhurst offers one double and one twin bedroom, (with the option to become a kingsize bed) there is also space for either a fold out bed for a child (up to 12 years) or a cot. The cottage has been beautifully modernised with bright rooms and ample space for a family or friends. An open fire allows you to snuggle up in winter while watching ponies from the window, creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The views of the forest are ever changing, with the comings and goings of ponies, donkeys & cows that will come to drink from the water trough just opposite your holiday cottage. By the end of the week you will recognise the 'regulars' with their foals and may catch glimpses of deer in the evening and early mornings. Forest View cottage is the perfect based for either a relaxing break or a fun filled adventure in the New Forest. Being walking distance to everything you need, you can explore without a car using the New Forest tour bus (June to September)www.thenewforesttour.info, walking or cycling on the 200km of cycle tracks. Lyndhurst village offers a variety of independent shops and boutiques, vintage shopping, as well as a supermarket, butchers and fishmongers. Eating out is well catered for wander into Lyndhurst and choose from Italian, Chinese, India or Thai cuisine. Or maybe a traditional home cooked meal from one of the many Forest pubs within the village are more appealing; enjoy the lovely beer gardens in summer or cosy fireplaces in the winter. The cottage has every creature comfort to make your stay easy and relaxing. You can venture far and return to a cosy fire in the winter or relaxing Jacuzzi bath to ease out tired muscles. Alternatively for the less active or those simply wanting to enjoy the atmosphere, enjoy watching the ponies from the window with a lovely cup of tea and piece of cake. Maybe stroll up into Lyndhurst village for afternoon tea followed by some vintage shopping and browse around the independent shops. Don't forget a few moments dreaming in the Ferrai and Maserati show room and a trip to the old fashioned sweet shop! Before returning for a traditional home cooked meal at The Waterloo Arms pub, just a 2 min stroll from the cottage. Lyndhurst is in the centre of the New Forest and therefore it is easy to reach all parts of the Forest, whether is be lovely beaches (20 mins), The New Forest Museum (10 min walk), Lymington Quay (15 mins), Beaulieu National Motor Museum ( 15mins) or Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park (15mins)

            Delightful chocolate-box cottage dating back to 16th century set in approximately 1/3 of an acre. Japonica Cottage is in the village of Bank in the heart of The New Forest National Park. Ideal location for cycling and walking and close to the village pub. Extensive restaurants and shops are availabile in Lyndhurst, which is only a short drive away. Accommodation comprises of ground floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room, twin bedroom with guest beds under, bathroom with shower, and garden room (with sofa bed). First floor after climbing the cottage stairs, double bedroom with king size bed, single bedroom with guest bed under, bathroom. The cottage is set in lovely gardens with summer house, patio furniture and bbq, ideal for alfresco eating in beautiful surroundings.

            Hedgehog Lodge is situated in an ideal location close to the New Forest town of Lyndhurst providing a wonderful base to explore the stunning countryside of the New Forest National Park. Nearest access to the New Forest is only 400 yards from the property. It is also only 25 miles to the south coast beach of Bournemouth with smaller beaches along the way. It is also within walking distance of several public houses and eating places. The property benefits from an outside summerhouse affording another double bedroom, sitting room and shower room together with tea making facilities. Making this ideal for families holidaying with grandparents etc.
