I enjoy having conversations with and meeting new people, however, I like to give my guests their own space and privacy. The NeighborhoodQuiet and friendly and very close (5 minutes) to some great coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and walking trails. Great access to walking trails and bicycle trails and cross country skiing in the Winter. Very quiet, peaceful and safe. Wonderful community centre for swimming, running and working out, is 10 minutes away by car. Fabulous hot yoga, pilates, workout studio is 5 minutes away. Starbucks is just down the street and one short walk away. Ohm! Getting AroundPublic transit access is a short 10 minute walk from my home. By car, easy access to highway 400, 404, shopping malls, Canada's Wonderland, York University via bus. 44 minutes to Downtown Toronto. Go train is 10 minutes away by car. I also have a 6 speed women's bike and a vintage one - if you want a great work out - that you can use to get around. Parking in my driveway is included. Other Things to NoteWe are also very close to the McMichael Art Gallery, Canada's Wonderland and many unique galleries. If you love driving in the country, the roads are endless and the leaves in Fall - breathtaking!

The SpaceNice big modern house with 9 foot main floor ceilings, 3 finished levels on a child safe court, backing onto a private ravine, and St Andrews Golf Club. The driveway easily parks 5 cars. Comfortably sleeps 6 in beds or up to 10 with two inflatable air beds for any extra guests. The master bedroom has a $8,000 handmade Italian memory foam mattress that guarantees a restful sleep. There are tons of great restaurants within 5 minutes of the house, or if so inclined groceries and the beer liquor store are also less than 2 minutes from the house. Kitchen is large and with the exception of a microwave, has all the cooking supplies needed. Comfortable beds, with a king bed in the master bedroom with its own en-suite, a 2nd floor laundry room stocked with detergent for your stay. Plenty of toys for kids in the huge finished basement with easy access to the hot tub under the deck, and a 65" TV with Surround sound for adults on the main floor. A second 50" TV is in the master en-suite. A large 6 person hot tub is in a private back yard facing beautiful green space. There is also wi fi, a PS4 & Netflix, but no cable. The house is 30min from downtown Toronto, or if you are a skier, it's a 45min drive from door to ski lift at Mt. St. Louie north of Barrie. Guest AccessEverything, including hot tub. Plenty of shopping nearby and one of the largest shopping malls in Ontario (upper Canada mall) is only 10min away at Young & Davis. Other Things to NoteTowels for the hot tub, and showers will be provided. Please bring bathing suits as cotton clothing is not allowed in the hot tub. The SpaceMy place is a detached double garage home located in the center of Newmarket. Close to all amenities, shopping mall, coffee shops, central bus terminal, restaurants, government buildings. 2 minutes drive to Upper Canada Mall. 3 minutes walk to Poplar Bank Public School. 10 minutes walk to central bus station. To go to downtown Toronto, you just need to take highway 404 south, then DVP and Gardiner. It's about one hour drive. Guest AccessThe room you'll stay is on the second floor. There's one big master bedroom with an in-suite 4 pcs bathroom, a big closet, and a queen size bed. And two smaller bedroom sharing a 4 pcs bathroom. Please confirm which one you want to book in advance. There's also a bedroom in the basement which can enjoy the whole facilities in the basement. It's also available to book. This is a detached double garage home. Parking on the driveway of the house is free(URL HIDDEN)Microwave oven is free to use. Other kitchen appliances are provided, but use of the kitchen to cook your own food is upon request.(URL HIDDEN)Landry is at the basement, you can wash you clothes using the washing machine upon request. The SpaceThe bedroom contains a king size bed, a large gas fireplace, a coffee maker, a small fridge, a large TV and a walk-in closet. Fresh/clean linen towels are always provided. A first aid kit, shampoo and shower gel are included. Free WiFi, washer and dryer are available for use. The place is very spotless and quiet which facing a large soccer field, basketball field and a family park. Guest Access5 minutes walking to a plaza which has 2 private Pizza stores , a Chinese food restaurant, a hair stylist/spa shop, a Mani/Padi shop, a dry cleaning shop, 3 car repair shops and a convenience store also a Tim Horton's coffee shop and a drug store. And 7 minutes walking takes you to a walk in clinic, Laundromat , variety store, Jamaican and Thai restaurants. 6 minutes walking to the public transit, 10 minutes driving to South-lake hospital on Davis Drive, it is also near highway 404 which takes about 45 minutes south driving to downtown Toronto and 40 minutes S/W driving to the International Pearson Airport. Interaction with GuestsParis will be available most of the times for assistance. The NeighborhoodVery nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a soccer field and a basketball court right behind the backyard of the home and also a community small park for walking, running, doing exercise or relaxing. Getting AroundIt takes about 40 minutes driving South to Downtown Toronto, 38 minutes to the Toronto Pearson International Airport and 1 hour 35 minutes to Niagara Falls. Other Things to NoteThis home is protected with IP security cameras, monitor system,alarmed doors/windows and well lighted at nights.

The SpaceClean lines but a cozy feel. Electric fireplace is a feature that guests seem to love especially set against the backdrop of falling snow that can be seen through the french doors. This apt has a private fenced in yard with deck reserved completely for the guests . In the summer it's filled with a vertical vegetable garden for you to enjoy. Ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and stand alone shower. All basic toiletries and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes setting for four. There is a brand new ortho double bed as well as a double pull out sofa. A flat screen television, ipod docker and cable . The space features a very large outdoor conversational seating area on the back deck with comfortable cushions, coffee table etc. The apt is small but can sleep 4. However between the months of April to November there is ample parking on the street Two adult size mountain bikes are provided for guests to enjoy the local conservation area trails close to the apt. There is a very large state of the art recreational centre within a fifteen minute walk through a beautiful paved conservation area directly linked to our street. Historical Newmarket Main Street is also within walking or bike riding distance. There is a serene walking path that meanders past a small lake and takes you to the thriving hub of Newmarket with its shops restaurants bars etc. Getting AroundViva, GO close by Bikes for two adults for guest use. Other Things to NoteThe backyard and deck are only accessible via the basement apt so this space is completely reserved for a guest to use for their own privacy.

The NeighborhoodIt's a nice quiet neighbourhood. At the end of the street (Yonge St) though you'll find a cozy Italian Wine Bar (Joia) and a pub with fantastic food, a live band and fun patrons. Plus an amazing Asian grocery store with outstanding quality produce, etc. at cheap $$. Getting AroundThe local bus service passes our house so getting around locally is easy, and it will also take you to the GO train/bus station if you want to head down to Toronto (trip to downtown takes about 45-55 mins depending on time of day). We are about 30 minutes from Person Int'l Airport.

This waterfront cottage is located on beautiful Lake Simcoe at prestigious Big Bay Point, a short drive from downtown Barrie and just 45 minutes from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The Lake Simcoe region is a favourite year-round holiday destination with many area events and attractions. The cottage sits at the mouth of Lake Simcoe and Kempenfelt Bay in one of the quietest areas along Lake Simcoe. You are about 15 minutes by car to restaurants and shopping in Barrie and it’s also only a 15 minute boat ride from the cottage to Downtown Barrie. Close to everything yet still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The two storey, 2500 square foot cottage with 145 feet of private waterfront offers spectacular views overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Simcoe and Kempenfelt Bay. On a clear evening the stargazing is priceless and the morning sunrises are some of the nicest in Ontario. This is a great choice for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. On the main level of the cottage there is an open concept living and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper level there are three bedrooms, a large loft style sleeping area and one bathroom. 20-35 min from Toronto depending on where in the city you plan to go. We have a large home with a completely separate self contained walk out basement apartment with its own entrance. It's in a family type neighbourhood and close to the DVP This apt has a private yard with deck and garden. Full kitchen and ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and stand alone shower. All basic toiletries and linens are provided. The kitchen has a fridge, stove and all utensils as well as plates etc. There is a brand new ortho double bed as well as a double pull out. A television, a treadmill and a very large outdoor seating area on the back deck with comfortable cushions, coffee table etc. The apt is small but can sleep 4 - no more than 4. You have your own work table equipped with outlet and wireless internet, sizable closet with hangers and your own private bathroom stocked with all all the basic amenities you might need so you can pack light - if you are not sure, give me a shout and I will make sure you have everything you need! This space is perfect for business travels, a couple who are visiting for a wedding, hockey/soccer players travelling for competition, or travelers who are looking for somewhere to hang their hats for a night! Guest AccessThe entire first floor is the common area, and the bathroom and bedroom on the second floor belongs to you and you only! Interaction with GuestsI will be around the house sporadically dependent on the schedule that week, but the guest have complete and unrestricted access to the house at all hours. I am always available at the end of the phone via text/call! The NeighborhoodQuiet suburb neighbourhood. Very cozy and relaxing! Getting Around4 minutes walk to the closest bus stop and grocery store, fastfoot and Tim Hortons. 20 minutes walk to downtown Newmarket where pubs and restaurants are easily available. The SpaceStay for a mini vacation and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Cozy 1 bedroom basement apartment (pet friendly) with sectional sofa bed available in a charming bungalow with a great location just north of Newmarket, just steps to transit and 5 min. drive to restaurants and shopping on Yonge Street. I have recently added a 17" tall twin air bed that can be used in the living area behind the sectional sofa. Close to Southlake Regional Hospital if visiting friends/family who have been admitted. 10 minute drive to Upper CANADA Mall south west of us and Stardust Drive-In 10 minutes north west of us. DO YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY WHILE VISITING LOVED ONES AT SOUTHLAKE REGIONAL HOSPITAL, only a 10 minute drive away. Easy access to highways 404/400, and about a 15 minute walk to the GO train station for an easy trip to downtown Toronto. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, walk-in closet and lots of storage space, perfect for one or two people. Also a double sofa bed in the sectional sofa. We have also added a double high twin air bed with built in pump. Wi-fi is available, as is a Rogers PVR CABLE BOX, DVD player plus an assortment of DVDs. The Stardust Drive-In Theatre ((URL HIDDEN) with 3 screens showing 2 movies each nightly, one of the few left in Ontario 10 minutes away. We are less than 45 minutes from Sibbald Point Provincial Park ( (URL HIDDEN) for swimming, picnicking and boating. Nature trails and bike trails within minutes from our location. Fairy Lake just off Historic Main Street in Newmarket with cafes, shops and kids splash water park (summer), skating rink (winter) So much to enjoy of Ontario from this central location... Getting Around2 minute from GO Transit Train/Bus Station, easy access to Hwy 404, 15 minute drive from Hwy 400. Local bus at the corner, as well as a Tim Hortons. Several grocery stores within minutes as well as LCBO and Beer Stores. Other Things to NoteGreat restaurants in area, everything from Let's Be Frank (Italian) and Red Rooster (Portuguese) to Big Bone (Ribs) or the Mandarin (Chinese) are within a ten minute drive. Take a walk down Main St and enjoy Fairy Lake.

The NeighborhoodThere is a very quiet neighbourhood. Conservation area with nice brook, beautiful trails, outdoor work out machines and soccer fields right across the street. All grocery stores, restaurants, huge movie theatre are within 5 min drive. Getting AroundThe house is close to public transportation and grocery stores and restaurants. "GO" train or bus station to downtown Toronto is within 15 min of walk or less. Local bus stop that also goes to the station is 5 min walk from our door. Other Things to NoteThe travellers have to know that I have two cats and one dog. The pets are extremely friendly. The pets never were in the apartment and you should not even notice them if you entered the house through garage door.

The Space**The Purple Room** This large true four bedroom home features high ceilings, bright colours great natural light and spacious rooms. With a large window, a real double-size bed with fresh linens and a large closet, this room is perfect for the traveler looking to get a good night's sleep for the next day's adventure. There is a private guest bathroom as well but it may be shared if there are other guests. There is also a powder room on the main floor. Guest AccessGuests have full access to the kitchen, the dining room, the backyard patio with BBQ and the common area where they can sit comfortably while listening to vinyl records (or any digital media), watch movies (PS3/PS4/Netflix/BluRay), check their emails on free WiFi or talk about this fair city. Breakfast: I don't explicitly provide breakfast but I generally have milk and cereal available. Gourmet coffee and tea are always available and at your disposal. Kitchen: has all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster.... Also plenty of space in the fridge for guest use and a water cooler in the dining room. Laundry: I have a washer and dryer onsite. Interaction with GuestsAs these are private rooms in my home, I should always be present to greet you and set you up for the evening. Given the nature of my job, I generally work from home and will usually be available to send you off and give you directions as needed. I can also provide a lift (or pickup) nearby if necessary. The NeighborhoodSuburbia! Nothing unique here apart from several parks, there is a park with playground directly across the street and another with a great view 5 minutes away. That said, it is quiet and safe - perfect for a home. Getting AroundVery easy access by highway, minutes from all major highways; 5 minute drive to Highway 400 15 minute drive to Highway 404 5 minute drive to Bradford GO Station (Light Rail commuter network) Free parking, can accommodate 3-4 cars. Absolutely breath taking estate in private park setting, with 50 acres of forest, endless walking trails, maze and a few winding lakes stocked with many kinds of fish!
