The SpaceConstructed originally in 1891 by local lawyer and magistrate, Alexander Fraser, this classic version of 19th century Victorian architecture, is the Niagara Regions longest continually operating Bed and Breakfast.

Located on the second floor of the manor's northeast corner, this spectacular room, originally occupied by Alexander Fraser himself, features a fabulous king size bed with an oversized headboard, fireplace, sitting area, luxurious bath, and a private balcony with an incredible wrought iron insert.
This rooms are decorated with warm earth tones, beautiful hardwood floors, historic furnishings, and historical photography of the Niagara Region. The rooms also features a full en-suite bath, air conditioning, cable 40 “ LCD TV, blue ray player, small fridge, free wireless internet, and hair dryer. Irons & Ironing board are available upon request. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Children and infants are not permitted in this room.
Enjoys stunning views of the Niagara River, Gorge, Rainbow Bridge as well as the Niagara Parkway while enjoying your morning coffee. Evenings are particularly enjoyable as the sun lights up the walls of Niagara Gorge.
The interior of this classic Victorian home of the Lakefield period features 10 foot ceilings on the main floor, large baseboards, hardwood floors, numerous pocket doors, spectacular stained glass and leaded glass windows. These treasured characteristics have been lovingly restored to their original glory.

Guests are welcome to enjoy their breakfast, morning coffee, or evening glass of wine on our multi-tiered deck and patio system which is surrounded by impressive natural weathered bedrock gardens interspersed with numerous ponds, plants, flowers, and shrubs. Not a single other property can offers the same visual experience or the views of the Niagara Gorge from these vantage points. Guests particularly enjoy the cool breezes rising out of the Niagara Gorge on a warm summers day.

The main Niagara Grandview Manor is acceptable for mature adults. A result of showing up with a child or infant will result into an additional charge or a dismissal of the reservation.
Local Tax of 13% HST is to be paid locally at the Inn upon departure. Niagara Historical Inns one-time only Facility Fee of $8.95 to be paid upon departure.
