The SpaceThis is a house with one room as a massive studio style, and another room as a one double size bedroom. You are booking for the studio room, which has one double bed and two single size futon beds.
Free pickup from the train station (Ashiyagawa･芦屋川) by the owner. Please contact if you want to use this service.
Ashiya is also a very convenient place to go Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe. The owner can give guests all the information on how to get to these places.
If you need anything, the owner (Moto) will take care of you. They do not live there, but are close by. You will get their phone number on arrival.

On the balcony is a BBQ! Talk with your host, Moto, to organize a BBQ meal.
The kitchen contains refrig, mircowave oven, toaster oven, hot water heater, and preparation table. There is a grocery store 5 minute walk, at the base of the hill, towards Hankyu train station. Can buy food and prepare your own meals
Upon request, your host can also prepare either american or Japan style breakfast. This is seperate from the rental cost. Interaction with GuestsMoto, your host, wants to show off Ashiya. Ask Moto to take you to the waterfall, to BBQ together, to the Turkish restaurant, and many shops near Hankyu train station.
Moto can give karate lessons!
Kazue can give dance lessons and cook breakfast! The Neighborhood1000 people come every weekend to Ashiya to hike in the mountain paths and see the waterfalls. Tourists are often walking from the station all the way up to the waterfalls.
From the Hankyu train station on foot, the apartment is 10 minutes uphill. From the apartment the waterfalls are 15 minutes away. As close as it gets. *Japan has recently changed the laws for short term accommodation. We will always follow the Japanese laws on short term accommodation. We are a booking agent and require to give this information to the building management and Japanese authorities when requested.
*We are required by law to ask for your passport number and address in your home country. Please provide these details to us before you arrive. We need the passport number of everyone who is staying. We only need the address of the person who is making the booking. It is preferred to scan in a copy of your passport`s photo page as well. if you are a resident of Japan, we only need to check your Japanese government issued identification such as a licence or foreigner card.
*We do need to confirm each guest on arrival by checking your passport and visa status. This is required by Japanese law, unless you are a resident of Japan, then we can confirm from a Japanese government issued ID.
*We will send to you a reservation form that is required by Japanese law. This will include your information and the total cost of your stay, the same information on the itinerary. It will look like this website`s itinerary form, but designed to be acceptable according to Japanese law. We also must keep guest information for 5 years according to Japanese law. It is written in English (By Japanese law, English or Japanese are acceptable languages)
*We can send you a copy of the form we use if you wish to see it before booking.
