The SpaceAn ordinary Japanese house, second floor newly renovated in 2014.
It has 2 bedrooms and one of them will be yours.
Your room has a bed (two if two guests), a desk and a TV.
The room door has a lock from inside.
It also has minor items like bedside light, bedside table, wall mirror, clothes hanger, etc...
living dining room, kitchen, balcony, shower room and toilet will be shared with the host.
In the kitchen you can use the microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, tableware and all other items.
In the bathroom, Hair dryer, towels for each person, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided.
You can use the washing machine anytime you need. (even at night!)

These are the things I did with my previous guests;
*went to the Koshien Baseball stadium to watch Tigers baseball game
*visited Kobe together with my car.
*dine out togather at a local Japanese food place.
*drink and chat until late at home.
*coffee at a local cafe
Also, if you are planning to do something that needs advance ticket purchasing (like sports games, theaters, etc..), I am happy to get those for you.

Convenience store is located 5min away from the house. Getting AroundMy home is located 4min walk from Koshien sta. (Hanshin-line)
From Koshien sta. to major stations are;
Osaka: 12min (direct, Hanshin-line)
Kobe: 19min (direct, Hanshin-line)
Kyoto: 54min (transit, Hanshin-line and JR-line)
Nara: 68min( direct, Hanshin-line and Kintetsu-line) Other Things to NoteSmoking is only permitted in the balcony.
