The SpaceThe house is fully furnished, with linen and towels included. There is a complete kitchen with utensils, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and high speed Wi-Fi.
We've scraped ceilings, removed walls and opened up the home so that it's light and airy. The walls have accent colors and there are beautiful Buddahs and artwork. Guest AccessIn addition to your bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Also you have access to all amenities in the kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, and condiments too so you don't have to buy those).
2 bikes for the nearby trails.
46" Big screen TV set up with Chromecast and Amazon Prime. USB connection. (Just bring your USB drive with movies in it. All you have to do is plug in your USB drive into the TV, and enjoy the movies.)
The tea is on the shelf to the left of the sink in the kitchen. Coffee is in the freezer and we'll leave instructions for the Keurig. Cereal is in the top shelf of the cabinet. Bread, milk and jams/almond butter and peanut butter in the fridge. Help yourself! Interaction with GuestsBest Boulder tour guide ever. Guests can contact me by email, mobile, airbnb messaging. Will do our best to respond quickly. Together we've lived in Boulder for 24 years and I am not exaggerating when I say that I am in love with this place. I know the city very well and can help guide you to destinations that are worthwhile (and those that aren't). I hope you will grow to love Boulder as much as I do. The NeighborhoodWe have gorgeous views of the Front Range and Continental Divide. There are hours worth of trails right outside the door. It is nice and quiet, yet super close to everything in Boulder.
We're in the Gunbarrel neighborhood which has a King Soopers grocery store, Tod's Coffee shop, a few local breweries and restaurants. Getting AroundThe bus stop is at the end of the block and it will take you to downtown Boulder.
TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT
A cab is about $84. SuperShuttle is a "shared ride" airport shuttle that transports several passengers and is cheaper but generally takes longer ($33 for one person direct to our home).
You can also take the AB bus from the downtown station at Walnut for $13. Actually very easy. Other Things to NoteWhy Boulder?
oh... just because...
