The apartment is spacious and has been designed with passive solar principles, we utilise solar power generation and hot water heating with backup support from the grid, so you are never left short. Guest AccessThe upper floor apartment will be just for you. Separate private entrance.
We try to be flexible with check in (2pm) and check out (10am) times depending on other guests arriving/departing. If the apartment is empty we will certainly let you in early as frequent travellers we know how this is a god send after a long flight.
Please let us know should you need assistance getting your luggage up the stairs, we will endeavour to do so in a timely manner.
We have a key lock box so check ins/check outs during the middle of the night are hassle free. Interaction with GuestsWhilst we do live downstairs for part of the year this apartment has a completely separate entrance and you will not see or hear from us unless you choose to contact us. Please treat Luxe on Logan as your haven for total enjoyment. Access to the property is via a locked box key system 24/7. The NeighborhoodNoranda is a fabulous location, for families and corporates. It’s a safe and quiet residential suburb, just 9km from the CBD with great local amenities. Close to Reid and Tonkin Hwy allowing you easy access across Perth. There are many local parks with play equipment, including a small one right across the road!
We love our local IGA (grocery store with delicatessen) which is only 300metres away and open 7 days a week 7am to 8pm plus this small local complex also includes a Fish and chips shop, pizza express, Gymnasium and daytime coffee shop.
A short drive away (2.9km) is Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre, (2.5km) Dianella Plaza Shopping Centre or Noranda Shopping Village all with major supermarkets, specialty stores and plenty of take away options.
For a major Mall in our area please visit Morley Galleria and the popular Coventry Village Markets are both just 3.5km away (4 minute drive), great for all kinds of shopping and entertainment, including a 24/7 supermarket (Spud Shed), Big Screen Cinema (Events Cinema), and lots of restaurants to choose from, including, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Steakhouse, Greek and loads more.
Alternatively, a café and bar district can be found only 8km away on Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley where there is both 24 hour IGA supermarket and Pharmacy (drug store). The many fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs on this street will not disappoint.
The Bayswater Waves leisure centre is 5km away, and has indoor/ outdoor swimming pools, spa, health club and more. Or for those who like to run/walk Dianella Reserve on light street and also just 2km away. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is a 300metres away, and offers bus number 371 to the Morley Bus Station or Mirrabooka Bus Station. That being said we do recommend hiring a car in Perth for at least part of your stay to make the most of your visit, as a lot of great places to visit can be found on the outskirts of town (i.e. Lancelin, York, the Swan Valley), and public transport is not as flexible.
The Perth Airports both offer all the usual car rentals companies (Avis,Thrifty, Budget etc), and can save you the taxi costs to and from the apartment. The Perth airports are a short drive away via Tonkin Hwy, 11km to the Domestic Airport or 13km to the International Airport.
