The NeighborhoodCamp Hill is a very safe and family orientated location, if you are interested in historical Queensland style houses there is no shortage. It’s fantastic to take an evening walk to check out the surroundings. You are only a short walk to Martha street cafés, restaurants and gift stores. A little further afield, yet still close is Coorparoo junction with Coles/Woolies and Westfield Carindale is about a 5 minute drive or 10 min bus ride. Getting AroundFast, clean and safe! Buses at the door. Easy access to the airport (only 3 roads to remember). Only 5 mins to Gateway motorway, the key road to access the north and south coasts.     The SpacePlease note: our preference is for females, couples, or couples with children. One twin room ($60 for one person or $120 for two) in modern Queenslander with pool. (Available under separate listing is a king-size single bed in a single room.) All guest accommodation downstairs is separate to the family upstairs. The two guest rooms share very modern bathroom, tv lounge area and have access to downstairs kitchenette as well as family kitchen upstairs if required. Local shops are a 2 min walk away and have a small supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, newsagent, bottle shop, and Post Office. Close by you can also find a fish and chip shop and a coffee shop. Within 10 min walk you will find a Latin-American, Chinese, Thai, and Indian restaurants. The Train station is a quick 2 min walk and only 10 min to South Bank and 20 min to the City. Being registered and approved Breeders, we have four (yes four) female Labradors who love to be patted and will no doubt repay the favour with a friendly lick! And if your lucky enough to visit when we have puppies - you'll be in for a treat! We have a beautiful inground (fresh water) swimming pool and welcome guests who can swim to indulge during those hot summer months. PERFECT LOCATION - PERFECT HOSTS - COME AND STAY!!

I would say my place suits the needs of most budget travelers, students looking to set themselves up in Brisbane, or others in the process of relocating to Brisbane. The Room The room is furnished with a queen size bed and a small cupboard. I've just installed ceiling fan in to the bedroom. There is an air conditioner in the lounge area for the humid summer months. The apartment also has a TV, fridge, and wireless internet access. Coorparoo is only 5 kms from the Brisbane CBD. The Area and Transport My place is easily accessible by Public Transport. Zone 2 fare from the City. (Train or Bus). For those arriving by own vehicle there is plenty of unlimited free parking on the street. Cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and supermarkets are all available within 500 metres. So I'm not stretching the truth when I say my place is convenient to the needs of most people. Your Host I've been hosting travelers from around the world for years through another travel website. I moved to this forum as an alternative to having a flatmate. As a result I still meet international people, and involve myself in helping others experience Brisbane. Of note I do work during the day so arrival would usually be after 5:45pm on weekdays. Weekend arrivals are more flexible on request. I am also studying and also go to the gym at night. So I may in fact offer you earlier check-in so I can attend. Guest AccessYou will have your own key. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. So there are just 2 flights of stairs to negotiate. Laundry is in the garage downstairs. Interaction with GuestsUpto to you how much I interact. Can be as little as providing some orientation to the city and the local suburb. Otherwise if you would like I usually offer a night time drive one night to show you Brisbane. Some nice tourist spots like Mt Cootha, and Kangaroo Point Cliffs. The NeighborhoodCoorparoo is perfect distance from the city centre to commute to work, and then also far enough to enjoy being out of the noise, and lights. Only 5 kms from the city and 4kms from the Southbank. There are 2 major supermarkets, about 10 coffee shops, and more than a handful of restaurants and takeaways. Getting AroundTrain station is just 700m away. So easy to just catch a train in a city. Otherwise closest bus stop is only 200m away, or 700m on the main road there are buses at least every 15min. Only 2 zone fare to city. Parking on the street is free for those with a car. It's safe, and there's plenty of space. Other Things to NoteIf traveling by public transport to get to my place, and for travel in Brisbane, get a GO card. It saves you 30% on fares and the $10 deposit plus any stored value on the card is refundable.

We are close to the city, the Gabba, and convenient to the airport, plus easy to access both Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast for day trips.     The SpaceThis unit is an ideal place to stay in Brisbane for travel, work...and the perfect base to start your new life if you are relocating. The standard nightly rate is reduced for bookings of 7 nights or longer and again for 28 nights or longer. Longer stays of 6 months or more are most welcome. Check out the Airbnb site for information on long stays - it's great! Pay by the month and you can automatically change your booking with 30 days notice. Facilities include: • 24 hour check-in • 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet. • Free Wireless internet, and free telephone to local, interstate and mobile phone numbers - mobile phone and internet signals are also good in this location. • Master bedroom with comfortable queen bed, fresh linen, and well-designed inbuilt wardrobe with plenty of hangers and drawers. • 2nd bedroom/study is a compact 3m x 2.5m and with the standard set up has a desk and free standing wardrobe. • For families of 3, or two adults requiring separate beds, a single bed with a comfortable 6 inch, full width foam mattress can be added to the second bedroom. • We can accommodate young children. If you have a baby or toddler, we can provide a portacot with linen, baby bath with stand, and high chair. • Please include children in the "number of guests" when booking. • If required, the extra bed (either bed or portacot) for the second bedroom must be requested for the duration of your stay when you book. The NeighborhoodMorningside is only 5 km from Brisbane CBD in the sought-after eastern suburbs. Popular Morningside has cafes, restaurants, shopping and plenty of parks. It is also a close drive to Oxford St Bulimba and Hawthorne with their restaurants, boutique shops, ferry terminals, and cinemas; as well as both Cannon Hill Shopping Centre and the huge Carindale Shopping Centre. The Gateway motorway is only 5km drive providing easy access to the Domestic and International airports, and the motorways to the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coasts. Getting AroundThe unit is perfect for both public transport or if you have a vehicle with easy access to the city and the Gateway Motorway to the airport, Sunshine and Gold coasts. Walk to public transport with the nearest bus stops 200 or 280 metres along Richmond Rd (depending which direction you want to travel). Cannon Hill Bus Interchange is on Creek Road, at the one end of Richmond Road. Morningside Train Station (on the Cleveland line) is only 400 metres walk with frequent trains into the city. Allow 25min to reach the CBD using public transport (includes walking time). From the airport, car or ride sharing/taxi are available or public transport... Bus: Catch the free Orange Brisbane Airport TBus (inter-terminal bus) to Skygate (Brisbane DFO). Check availability and timetables at the Skygate or BNE websites - this free service generally runs every 20 min between 6:10am to 5:50pm. At Skygate, change to the Brisbane suburban bus network, catching the 590 Bus from platform 2 to Cannon Hill interchange and then any bus heading up Richmond Rd such as the 220, 214 or 215. Train: Catch the Airtrain to the city (Roma Street or Central) and then change to the Cleveland line back out to Morningside. By ferry a 20 minute walk with travel time of 20 minutes. Taxi costs from the airport can be up to $40.00 each way, if available, can arrange a airport pick up and/or a drop off for $25.00 each way.       Renovated, 3 Bdrm, Federation style, tastefully furnished home. We have off-street PARKING for up to 3 vehicles (access via Pinecroft Street). The new kitchen and outdoor space are an entertainers delight. This house has loads of SPACE to relax with the family. Brand new bathroom. The BEST shopping in Brisbane is just down the road at Westfield Carindale. Fantastic undercover outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ and suburban views including gorgeous sunsets. Its the perfect location if your a family or group in Brisbane, who don't have a vehicle or are needing to share one vehicle. Compare our prices and come stay! Chill is located on the main thoroughfare heading directly towards The Gabba, Southbank and downtown Brisbane city, with public transport right outside your door. NOTE: Well behaved pets will be considered, however they will need to be discussed and approved by the owner to ensure they will be safe and happy during their stay. It is definitely worth considering this property if you are renovating, in between properties, relocating or working in Brisbane. Brisbane's best assets are only 5 kilometers away or get amongst the vibrant surrounds of Camp Hill itself. It is a very central, safe and family orientated location. If you are interested in historical Queensland style houses there is no shortage. It's fantastic to take an evening walk to check out the surroundings. You are only a short walk to Martha street cafes, restaurants and gift stores and Coorparoo junction is only a 10 min walk away. Westfield is a 5 minute drive and Sleeman Sports Complex at Chandler is an easy 10 minute drive. Experience the best of Brisbane from this centrally located home away from home. If Chill is booked out during your dates, please check out her little sister not far away in Hawthorne, only 2 suburbs away. It's a cute 2Brm Cottage called Hawthorne on the Park. We also manage another 3 bedroom property called Bella Bulimba. Note: The owners DO NOT live at the property, however from 9AM - 5PM WEEKDAYS ONLY, we have a small business office located in the downstairs of the property. It is completely separate, unsigned and has its own entrance. We won't bother you at all but you are welcome to come see us or call us, if you need anything.
