we are a korean/australian couple who loves children. I studied childcare and got a certificate for it. Our family lives in a 3 bed room house in Riverview, on a quiet and peaceful road in Central Ipswich area. Our house is big, clean and cozy. We have a large garden with a BBQ area that made by ourself. It is so lovely! There is a Big shopping center in 5 mins to drive. I and my husband love cooking, fishing and picnic. We have got plenty of hospitality to share with you! we are looking forward to live with you like a Family!

Our lovely, traditional Queenslander home is 100 years old and typical of the unique architectural style of southern-Queensland in the early 1900's. We are a married couple with no children (just pets!) and share the house with a female housemate. It's a large home! We have one private bedroom available with one large single bed, a desk, cupboard and broadband internet (via wifi or cable). There is a ceiling fan and heater available but no air-conditioning. We can provide an additional, portable single bed for the room, if required. The room is on the northeast corner of our house with access to the wrap-around verandah via your own french doors. You will have access to our main bathroom, fitted out in the traditional style of the early 1900's with a claw-footed bathtub and brass fittings. This bathroom is also used by our housemate. It is a five minute walk to Booval station on the Ipswich train line. By train, it is approximately 1 hour to Brisbane city and 5 minutes to Ipswich town center. There are many shops, supermarkets, takeaway shops and other services within a 5 to 10 minute walk of our house. If you have your own car with you, there is plenty of space for parking. Smokers are welcome at our home. There is no smoking inside the house but it is allowed on the verandah directly outside your room. There are no children at our house so it is generally quiet. You must like dogs and cats as they share the house with us and are very friendly! In our backyard is our garden and flock of free-ranging chickens. Meals have not been included as we are all shift-workers and don't have regular meal times however, you are very welcome to use our kitchen and we have a second fridge so there is plenty of space for your supplies. There are many takeaway places and a few good restaurants nearby. Tea and coffee is always available for you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

The SpaceA peaceful place, with a private large bed/sitting room with windows catching breezes in three directions. Own bathroom, very accessible area for visitors with physical impairments. There is NO public transport, but good car access to tourist areas of South East Queensland, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Scenic Rim, and Toowoomba. There is another bedroom available for families(See Birds and Bush Extra), and a third can be made available. Semi rural area 15 minutes drive to Ipswich, or 60 minutes drive to Brisbane city centre. The suburb is surrounded by the Brisbane and Bremer Rivers Guest AccessVisitors are welcome to share the kitchen and living room areas, and the laundry is available by negotiation. There is plenty of outdoor sitting areas and a BBQ, and a large, secure backyard - very child and pet friendly. Interaction with GuestsI share the house, though sometimes I will be working, so I am available to greet you, and I am always happy to offer suggestions for exploring. I enjoy sharing cooking and swapping meal ideas with visitors. The NeighborhoodKaralee is a friendly community, with people out walking and chatting. Good local shops, a supermarket, a vet, a family doctor and chemist, a bakery with coffee, a snack-bar, plus other shops. Ipswich is close with great heritage buildings, wonderful cafes and restaurants, and excellent walks, parks and other attractions. Getting AroundHave I mentioned NO public transport? Plenty of room for a car, carport space, plus enough land to put a caravan or boat.

Just around the corner you will find the large Redbank Plains Recreational Reserve. If you feel like shopping, you can visit one of the two shopping centres as well as a fitness centre. Need more options? Take a short drive to Redbank which contains a large shopping mall called Redbank Plaza. Within one hour you will find yourself in the gold coast, sunshine coast and it is just a 25 minutes drive to Brisbane I am looking forward to welcome you in the near future!

The SpaceRose Cottage is an old miners cottage situated in Booval. It has a front veranda which looks over the mountains. It has a rear veranda that looks over a lovely garden and water feature. It also has another deck. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. The room is quit large 12 foot ceilings. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is quiet leafy and has a lot of character with all the old styled character homes. Getting AroundIt's close to the train and bus and in walking distance to major shopping centre. Other Things to NoteThe place is also close to the Ipswich and St Andrews hospital.

We are 7 minutes drive from the Riverlink Shopping Centre which has supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and is also near two clubs - Jetts and CSI (Club Services Ipswich). We also have a guest lounge so that when you feel like chilling out with a book or the newspaper you won't be disturbed by the tv or other people. We are surrounded by birds and trees with views over paddocks to the mountains beyond. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am. We have a spacious high-set house in a cul-de-sac on the edge of Ipswich, 5 minutes off the Warrego Highway, 45 minutes west of the Brisbane CBD and 8 minutes from the Ipswich Central train station. The house is 1.5 km from the turn off onto our street, on the left hand side of the road and there are two lantern lights out the front on the fences. There is a red gecko above the right hand garage door. Eight minutes from Ipswich CBD there is an excellent train service into Brisbane that leaves regularly and we have a bus stop five minutes walk from the house. Not suitable for dogs. Great for walks and 10 minutes to Springfield Lakes, Orion Mega Shopping Centre and Iconic Robelle Domain Lagoons. PERFECT for holidays.

          The SpaceWe have a two-storey house with a recently refurbished flat on the ground floor, which is the perfect place to stay in if you have a few days or weeks in Ipswich. This self-contained, spacious, comfortable flat with kitchenette has all the facilities you could want and even outside space to relax in at the start or the end of your day. Accommodation is for three people - one queen bed and one single bed. However, there is a fold-out couch in the lounge which can accommodate another adult or child ($10 extra per night for an extra adult; extra child under 12 would be free). It's a great space that everyone will enjoy. There is a separate entrance to the flat with off-road, gated parking. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am.
