The SpaceIt's contemporary, 2 balconies, overlooks the pool/spa, Fireplace, 3 flat screen tvs, cable with movie channels, Wifi and hard wire internet, Central AC/heat. The full kitchen has a stainless Side x Side refrigerator with Ice/filtered water dispenser, microwave, oven/range, double sinks with garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, utensils, pots n pans, dishes, glassware etc. Eat in bar with stools opens to dining area.
There is a balcony off living room that looks onto the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds: 2 queen beds and 2 twin size beds. All bedrooms have huge closets with mirrors.
1st bedroom has Queen size bed with flatscreen tv.
2nd bdrm has Queen size bed with flatscreen tv.
3rd bedroom (master bedroom) has two twin beds, a walk in closet, additional wall closet, vanity and huge balcony.
2 bathrooms-1st bathroom has tub/shower combo with separate vanity/sink. The 2nd bathroom has shower only with separate double vanity/sink.
Laundry room inside unit with extra capacity Washer and Dryer. There is an iron and ironing board for use.
Guests have free access to Pool and Spa from 7am-10pm, The pool/hot tub is free to use during the hours of 7 am-10 pm everyday. There is no lifeguard on duty and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guest AccessThe condo unit is upstairs on the 2nd floor. Interaction with GuestsWe will be there to give you keys, sign lease and show you the condo. Thereafter, we do not contact you and try to give you as much privacy as possible. We will always be available if you need anything and happy to answer any questions or give any suggestions.
If we cannot be there for some reason we will arrange to leave you keys in a combo lock box and have you sign/email the lease before arrival. The NeighborhoodWe are on the border of North Hollywood and Burbank in a residential/business area. We are close to Noho arts district, Universal City, Studio City, downtown Burbank, Glendale, Toluca Lake, Hollywood.
The Burbank Empire center is a 6 min. drive and has many shops/restaurants such as Target, Lowes, Staples, Marshalls, Nordstrom rack, Michaels, and many restaurants/bars, and 24 hour fitness.
Downtown Burbank is a 10 min. drive and has numerous movie theatres, Ikea, Barnes N Noble, CPK, Chipotle, Macys, Bed Bath N Beyond, and many more restaurants, bars, shops. Trader Joes, Ralphs, Vons-every store & chain you can think of you will find in downtown Burbank. There are also one of a kind boutique shops located on N. San Fernando Rd.
Glendale, Studio City, Universal Studios/Universal City walk, Metro line, Warner Brothers, Walt Disney Studios, NBC, Griffith Park are about 8-15 min drive.
Hollywood/Highland, where the Oscars are held, Chinese theatre walk of fame/hand prints, Hollywood sign, Pantages theatre are a 15-20 min. drive. We are next to Burbank airport -it is a small airport with restricted flying times- all windows in the condo are triple paned. It has never been an issue with any of our past guests. There is also a metrolink train near downtown Burbank and Universal Studios. We are close to major freeways - 101 frwy and 5 frwy. It takes about 45 min to the beach. The location is great for any excursion in and around LA. Getting AroundWe strongly recommend you get a rental car. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car at the corner of Vineland and Victory. They will pick you up for free or you can walk -it's about a 15 min walk. They are open M-F, 8am-6pm, Sat. 9-12, closed on Sundays. The Metro link is about a 10 min drive and is located at Universal City: 3913 Lankershim Blvd., Studio City, CA 91604 across the entrance to Universal Studios.
There is also another Metrolink Station at 5373 N. Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601 Other Things to NoteThere is 1 free designated parking space. Any additional cars would have to park on the street. The condo association does not allow to park in guest parking overnight for more than 2-3 days. They are very strict so it's best to park in designated parking space.
