The SpaceHello Travelers! This is a 670 sq ft. condo with 3 rooms, 2 baths with walk-in showers, and large eat-in fully equipped kitchen. The main room is a combo bedroom/living room. There is also a private bedroom. Please view the layout and floor plan in our photos section.
There is a ceiling fan in the main room, table fan in bedroom and fan in the kitchen.
There are 2 cable TVs and a DVD player, DVD library, full bookcase and Wi-Fi.
We supply all the bedding, linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, hair dryers, iron, ironing board and basic supplies such as hand soap, bath tissue, dish detergent and coffee filters. We do not supply beach towels so please bring them with you. Please make sure the # of travelers (including children) in your request is accurate as that determines how the cleaning staff stocks the supply levels appropriately for your stay. If you are traveling to the US by plane, we can also supply beach towels so you will have more room in your luggage for other things. Please ask!
There are 2 beach sand chairs available for your use at the beach as well as outdoor seating and a picnic table and umbrella for the outdoor area. Guest AccessYou will have your own entrance, patio with seating, picnic table, grill and outdoor umbrella.
This condo is situated on a knoll above our private beach offering beautiful views of Cape Cad Bay and Provincetown. You will see some of the best sunsets around as you relax outside or on the beach with your afternoon tea or wine.
Walk out the door and take 70 steps (30 second walk) to the 400’ private Pilgrim Beach that is ideal for swimming, sunning, kayaking, walking, jogging, sea glass hunting, relaxing, and viewing the sunset. There is room in front of the condo for your bikes and kayaks, if you would like to bring them. We also have an association bike rack. Interaction with GuestsYou will access the condo via a lock box at the door of the condo. There will be 2 sets of keys. You will receive this code 1 week prior to your stay. The lock box is also a great place to keep the keys during the day as you come and go. There will be a list on the mantel in the living room addressing things such as wifi password, emergency contact, condo rules and where to deposit trash and recyclables. There is a binder in the bookcase with all the local information such as things to do, beaches, restaurants, family fun, massages, boating, bike rentals, etc. We have used this process for 14 years and it works great. The NeighborhoodNear historic Provincetown, Wellfleet, National Seashore Beaches, Truro town beaches, bike trails, golf, antiques, shopping, mini golf, ice cream and all types of restaurants. Truro is known as the most pristine beach towns on Cape Cod. Rest, relaxation and plenty of fun activities await you in this historic Cape Cod town situated between WellFleet and Provincetown, where there is always a lot of things to do and plenty of places to visit. The beaches here are known as some of the best beaches in the world. The eateries range from upscale to burger joints and feature some of the best food and best chefs in the United States. Visit Truro's historic lighthouse (Highland Light) or have a tour and tasting from Truro Vineyards right on our street, on Shore Rd, also known as Route 6A in North Truro.
Lots of things to do while here: take a whale watch (AAA accepted), a dunes tour, a sunset cruise, rent a boat, visit a lighthouse, see the historical Provincetown Monument, take a trolley tour or ghost tour of Provincetown, take in a show, ride on the many bike paths, ride the waves, grab your coffee and head to Head of The Meadow beach early in the morning to visit the seals. Getting AroundGetting there:
Driving to North Truro is easy, we are a straight shot down Route 6 East to Route 6A (our street also known as Shore Road).
If you prefer to fly, there is an Airport in Provincetown that Cape Air flies into from many locations including Boston several times a day. Then a short cab ride to the condo.
There is also a high speed Ferry from Boston to Provincetown. Then you can catch a cab or the shuttle to our condo.
Two parking spaces for Unit #7 are designated in our lot after the Harbor View Village sign.
Getting Around During Your Stay:
The shuttle stop is right across the street, comes by every 20 minutes and is only $2/person into historic Provincetown Starting Memorial Day, the Shuttle will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The full summer service starts on Mid June. thru Labor Day).
There are cab/taxi services such as Provincetown Taxi and Queen Cab.
Lots of bike rental shops in Provincetown and some great bike paths to ride. Other Things to NoteOur condo is perfect for one, two or three week vacations and long weekends or 3 days trips and more.
