No trespassing sign also sets the boundary for another neighbor, so, it is quite clear where not to stroll. Interaction with GuestsI have a lockbox and will not always be available to meet my guests. I will provide formation on the kitchen counter top on navigating the home and property. The NeighborhoodMy home has a warm and cozy essence. The location where it actually sits is lovely. If guests can make it through to the end of my lane without first impression of the nature of the two single family houses at the head of the drive, it will not disappoint.
The area is mainly quiet as my one level( ranch style ) home sits tucked away and hidden from the busy road of route 100 directly behind a small 2 level Cape I, also, own. A gem all to itself. The neighbors at the head of the drive do have children and many vehicles between each household, thus their land is fairly busy with child toys, swing set, basketball hoops, and so on, although it is for the most part a quiet area in general the majority of the time, Guests will , certainly, hear children playing, and one deaf family that although mainly signs can sometimes be heard making sounds for the sake of their ability to communicate with one another. If you are immune to such sights and sounds and can stay open to view the private home behind, I feel certain my space will offer and afford you peace, and relaxation, along with many amenities that I have listed and a gorgeous and spectacular view! Getting AroundThere isn't any public transportation Other Things to NoteThe lane I live on is congested at the entrance of my lane which includes 2 single family homes that are quite busy in sight/nature ( many vehicles, swing set, etc, and numerous belongings) If guests would be willing to follow further down the lane I own a small and charming Cape with a detached garage that sits on the right hand side in the middle of the lane and my small one level ( ranch style) home sits, privately, at the end.
