Love the idea of a night under canvas but not the thought of canvas you have to pitch yourself? Then pack a weekend bag and stay in a gorgeous Bell Tent. Each tent has a massive 5m footprint and sits in a spacious grassy pitch, perfect for an evening relaxing by campfire. They are also decked out in funky vintage and retro wares. Perfect for families, each tent can comfortably sleep up to 6, with two double futons and two foldout mattress beds. The tents are fully carpeted with coir matting and have zipped windows at the base for peeking out at the views. Also, if it gets too warm or you just fancy bringing the outdoors inside you can roll up the sides and let the breeze in. Please remember that comfy though the Bell Tents are, this is still camping, so you’ll need to pack a torch, a warm sleeping bag and clothing suited to the weather. The site provides a BBQ and some BBQ utensils, but please bring your own plates and cutlery etc.

The SpaceThe room is light and airy. The window is south facing and looks out over our garden, a pleasant spot for breakfast on spring and summer mornings. The room has a comfortable double bed and a small desk. The bathroom is shared with us, but is next to the Air B and B room. Our house is about a fifteen minute walk from the centre of the city with its wide variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and shops. There is plenty to see and do within easy reach - riverside walks, cycle paths, parks, museums, art galleries, cinemas and exhibitions. Breakfast is included in the price; help yourself to cereals, toast, coffee (we have instant decaf too) and teas. We usually have fruit. You are welcome to use the kitchen as well as the TV and computer - Wifi is available throughout the house. Iron available - please ask. There is plenty of on street parking; you may need to buy a 'scratch card' permit (£1 a day) but talk to us about parking options as there is also some free overnight parking on the street. There are a range of pubs and takeaways close to our house as well as small supermarket, corner shops and parks. The train station is about thirty minutes walk away, the coach station a bit less. We are happy to help you with directions and advice about things to see and do in the area. We look forward to welcoming you to our house! Guest AccessGuests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook and prepare food - you might need to discuss timings with us in the evenings, though we usually cook quite early. There is also a television and computer with a guest account - if you need it please ask. Interaction with GuestsIf we are not around we can arrange access for guests at any time of the day, so are totally flexible about check-in times. Terri works from home sometimes but we are generally around in the evenings to chat and answer queries. The NeighborhoodPlease have a look at our guide book details where we have listed things we think are interesting, affordable or worth seeing in our locality. The SpaceA good-sized room with plenty to read. We've recently introduced two single beds instead of the standard sized double we had before. They can either be made up together for couples - or separately if friends want to share . This was based on guest requests and seems to suit all options. Guest AccessOwn power-shower room and toilet. Interaction with GuestsIf you want peace and quiet and privacy that's fine - but we're happy to help with information or advice. The NeighborhoodWe're right opposite a park and two minutes from a heath - so we're lucky to be right near open space as well as only a short walk into the city. Getting AroundIt's easy enough to walk into the city from here - but if it's a grim day there's a bus stop practically outside here.

The SpaceIt's a small, warm home with a big heart. Optional breakfasts for a small extra cost are made with locally sourced organic ingredients and can cater for any dietary requirements. Toast, teas and coffee are on the house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and garden. Free wifi. I live at the listing and am available to help anyone staying to be as comfortable as possible. I'm self-employed and often work from home. I don't have a TV but can provide a screen for viewing DVDs and there's free wifi for watching I-player on your device. I simply love Norwich and enjoy sharing information about the many fabulous things available here. It's an ancient city, safe, clean and friendly. Wonderful independent shopping quarters take Norwich into the top ten shopping places in England. There are 2 cathedrals and many historical buildings for those interested in history and architecture. Lots of local bands and performers choose from a whole host of lovely venues. Over the years I've done extensive research into Norwich's eateries and indie cafes and have found some real peaches. The university (UEA) was voted the best quality of student life in the country. Plus we have peregrine falcons regularly nesting atop the second tallest cathedral spire in the country. There's also a huge permanent outdoor market and a stunning central building called The Forum which holds events that are usually free to watch or participate in. There's lots of public transport, regular buses, cycle lanes and places to hire bikes, plus many pedestrianised streets to give you a great walking/shopping experience. Norwich is a small city so you can walk across the centre in half an hour and discover it's quirky side streets and thriving community hubs. Guest AccessFree wi-fi, shared bathroom, kitchen, garden. Prices are per person. Interaction with GuestsI'm contactable by phone/e mail and often around in my home should you need any help with anything. The NeighborhoodEateries of every type at the top of the road, lovely independent cafes and shops. Norwich is a medieval city with a rich and fascinating history. One of only 2 Puppet Theatres in the country, 2 cathedrals, a huge outdoor permanent market in the centre of town and it's friendly, safe and welcoming. Getting AroundLots of public transport and pedestrianised roads in Norwich. Other Things to NotePrices shown are per person so if you bring a friend they will pay the same amount too.

The house is modern and has all brand new features, courtyard garden with bar, BBQ and seating for parties and social gatherings. The house is decorated in a modern contemporary style with a relaxing twist. The house comes with two loving jack Russell's called Big Daddy & Momo.
