A lovely house with 3 bedrooms (two ensuite). The house is on an 800 square metres plot of land, with a lovely garden, hammocks, air conditioning in all rooms, TV and hot showers. The Negro river is an acid river so there are no bugs or insects to bother you !
The house is listed as located in Manaus, it is in a town which is part of the Greater Manaus area, 180 kms away (2,5 to 3 hours by car or bus) on a good highway. Novo Air達o is well known for it's beautiful nature and pink river dolphins.
The town is on the banks of the Rio Negro in front of the Anavilhanas Archipelago. Great for visiting the rain forest, walking on trails, relaxing in hammocks, swimming in the river, fishing for piranhas and enjoying the river beaches.
Buses and taxis travel to and from Novo Air達o frequently. You can also rent a car at Manaus aiport. In the town itself moto-taxis do the job very well if you don't have your own car.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
I will send you detailed explanations on how to get there and back to Manaus after you have booked. You can also benefit from a large 30 hectar property we own right on the river, and camp out for a couple of nights or just visit for the day. We charge an additional US$ 25.00 per person, per day, for using the land and for the boat to take and fetch you. Check-out this interesting combo ! If you are interested, I will send you further information.
No noise after 22h00.
No frying in the kitchen, as it is an American-style open kitchen.
No mess please.
Read the TV instructions before turning the TV on.
Do not use the shower whilst someone else is having a shower in another bathroom as the electricity will switch off. One person at a time please.
Use the squeegees in the showers to clean the glass after showering. This will help maintain the glass clean and transparent.
Use slippers in the house (there are slippers in the cupboards in the bedrooms) and terrace and leave your boots or sneakers outside. This will help you keep the floors clean. There is a lot of mud in Novo Air達o and the floors can get filthy if you are not careful.
Towels and linen are changed once a week.
Take care of the plants and leave the house clean when you leave.
