Perfect for a couple or family. 3 bedroom 2 bath house. 1400/month plus utilities: electric, garbage/recycling, water/sewer, propane, internet. Large basement for storage!! House was remodeled in 2005 and is very nice! NO SMOKING. NO DOGS. Open to 1-2 cats only. Nice deck in back yard. Plenty of parking. Close to the Flat Tops Wilderness (2nd largest in the state) for hiking and hanging out and relaxing. Local hiking and mtn. biking and XC ski trails easily accessible on USFS, BLM and private trails. Oak Creek is a very friendly small town with a great restaurants available as well as the local churches, drug store, grocery store, liquor store and yoga classes.         The SpaceWe are renting a cabin that sits on the back corner of our lawn about 15 yards from the bottom floor of our house. There is a private entrance to the lower level of our home where a bathroom is available for your use. The cabin is very clean, cute and private. Guest AccessThere is a separate entrance to the cabin so you won't have to worry about us at all. Interaction with GuestsI work from home and host a local television show as well as a radio show. I will be in and out quite a bit and love sharing this beautiful place with nice people. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is the closest place to the Stagecoach State Park just south of Steamboat Springs. The lake is a year round fishing hot spot as well as very popular in the winter for dog sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, boating and there is tons of access to the outdoors. Getting AroundIf you plan to stay here, you will need a vehicle to get around. In the winter, our driveway is 4x4. Other Things to NoteWe ask that you like pets as we have 2 very friendly dogs. There is a fire pit outside the cabin that you can use if we are clear of any fire bans. If you have a larger party, we also have 2 guest bedrooms on the lower level of our home. One has a queen size bed and the other has a queen sized futon and bunk beds. We could negotiate those spaces as well.

        The SpaceBeautiful spacious townhome that is affordable. This is a 4 seasons location as Stagecoach reservoir is a blast in the summer for boating, fishing, SUP boarding, canoeing, kayaking and playing at the sand beach. (URL HIDDEN) can hook you up with a boat for the day. There are hikes all around, the tail waters for awesome fly fishing and Sarvis Creek Wilderness Area for gorgeous hikes, rivers, and more. Fall is gorgeous with aspens surrounding the area and reflecting across the reservoir. It is an ideal hunting location and many an elk, and game hunters can be found near by in the Fall. Winter and early Spring brings skiing in Steamboat (17 miles away), ice skating in steamboat, and sledding around the townhome. Also, the reservoir has ice fishing tour guides, and a packed path for snow shoeing and cross country skiing around the 5.1 mile path circling the reservoir. We are conveniently located at the end unit so you have privacy and plenty of space to play. We are animal friendly :). Guest AccessThere is a keyless door entry on our front door. You will be given access to the newest code and be able to come and go as you please throughout your stay. Typically check in is around 4pm and check out is 10am. Accomodations can most often be made if other times are requested. Interaction with GuestsI am always available via text message or email. Your reception is spotty for cell service around the townhome but we have complimentary wifi once you have arrived. The NeighborhoodWe think its a group of townhomes chaulked with awesome and friendly people :) Getting AroundWithin 5 miles you have access to Oak Creek. Oak Creek main street has a drug store, grocery store, liquor store, and bars and a few restaraunts. Kats cafe is a great stop for coffee.

The best of both worlds, total romantic seclusion and only 15 minutes from Steamboat Springs and Ski Area, and five minutes from Stagecoach Reservoir. Sleeps eight to ten in three queen beds and two double beds. In the winter, cross-country ski, snow shoe and sled on the private 42 Acres of unparalleled natural beauty. In the summer, hike and walk for hours on our private aspen-lined road and single track trails. Hot tub and have a romantic fire outside in our outdoor fireplace. Relax outside on our 1200+ square foot wrap-around deck with stunning views of Steamboat Mountain and our private pasture and valley. You will feel like you have stepped back in time as you soak in a clawfoot tub, cook on the Heartland stove, or read tucked into a bay window seat. The picture window looks directly at Steamboat ski area and over a 22 acre pasture; watch for elk, deer, fox, weasels, and hawks. Guest AccessGuest Have Access to the whole home including all bedrooms and bathrooms. There are a few locked closets for owners use only. Other Things to NoteRENTAL AGREEMENT This agreement is by and between the owner, Dry Creek Ranch, LLC (DCR) the lessor (Lessor), and any and all rental guests (Guest or Tenant). DCR uses a manager, Cute Snow Villas LLC (Cute Snow Villas) as its property management company, and all inquiries, contact, questions and issues about the rental should go through Cute Snow Villas. RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: Please be sure all of your guests are aware of these rules and regulations. The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM local time on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 10:00 AM local time on the ending date of the lease. You will be charged an extra night if you are found in the unit before or after the check in/check out times. APPROVAL OF BOOKINGS *Please note that all bookings are subject to review and approval and may be cancelled and deposits refunded within 72 hours should your reservation not be accepted. In addition, all units are subject to availability, which may change at any time, and all rates quoted are also subject to change at any time before your reservation is accepted. All terms and conditions set forth here are deemed accepted in their entirety by Guest and all occupants of the rental unit upon occupying that unit, whether a copy of this document is signed or not. DEPOSIT: In lieu of a security deposit we have a onetime damage waiver fee. However we will hold your credit card on file and charge your card if damage is not covered or over the limit. If there are damages to this unit during your stay, we will bill your credit card and send you an invoice. You agree to this by booking this unit. Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to Cute Snow Villas immediately. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. In order to not be charged, the following must occur: a) No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. b) No items are missing upon the inventory check. c) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. d) All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. e) The maximum occupancy of the unit was not exceeded. f) There was no smoking or evidence of smoking of any kind! g) Unit is left in neat condition h) Pet waste is picked up and properly disposed of i) Furniture is in the original position SEVERE WEATHER: We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather or lack of snow. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. Gravel drives are well maintained, however we suggest four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. Our driveway is plowed automatically when 6” of snow falls. We do not refund due to road conditions. TRAVEL INSURANCE AND SNOW STORMS OR LACK OF SNOW: WHAT IS COVERED? Travel insurance may cover a traveler’s vacation investment if severe weather conditions directly affect their travel arrangements or accom­mo­dations. Travel Insurance is available on this site and we highly recommend you purchase it. INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a one-time linen setup and cleaning service at the time of departure. There is NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. Guest will need to provide their own paper items and cleaning supplies. An initial set up of trash liners, paper towels, toilet paper is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of Guest. (e.g. Bring your tooth paste, soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper etc.) SEPTIC SYSTEM/WELL WATER: The cabin is on a septic system, so please do not use bleach products, put any harsh chemicals down the kitchen sink, and do not flush anything except toilet paper. We have septic-safe dishwashing, dishwasher, and laundry soap for your use. Our well water is high in minerals so please forgive mineral deposits on faucets/shower doors and rings in toilets and around fixtures. AMENITIES OFFERED: Everything will be done to make sure what was offered in any advertising will be in the property as described. There may be times when the exact amenities are not in the property. Every attempt is made to keep the inventory as advertised. A difference in amenities does not entitle Guest to any refund of rents paid. Amenities may be added or removed at the owners/managers discretion. ACTS OF GOD: DCR shall not be liable for events beyond our control which interfere with the scheduled occupancy of Guest, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, tornado, ice storm, severe weather, inclement weather, ferry boat cancellation, loss of electricity, or loss of water. NO REBATE OR REFUND shall be given in these circumstances. We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance during making your reservation. Guest understands that DCR retains the right to sell its rental properties at any time. In the event the vacation accommodation is sold by DCR or its owner, Cute Snow Villas will use its best efforts to provide a substitute vacation accommodation to Guest of equal or greater value than the rental cost of the original unit. If Cute Snow Villas is unable to find such accommodations, this agreement shall be cancelled and terminated and all payments made by Guest under this Agreement shall be refunded to Guest. If such a refund is made, DCR, Cute Snow Villas and Guest shall thereafter not have any liabilities or obligations to the other arising out of the unavailability of the rental property or Guest's travel arrangements. Guest acknowledges that the unit owner and their agent retain the right to enter the premises for any reason, including showing a prospective buyer the rental, by giving Guest at least 4 hours’ notice of such showing. Guest agrees and acknowledges that this rental arrangement is not subject to the residential landlord/tenant laws of Colorado since this is not a long term residential rental. Check-Out Procedures We know you are on Vacation and we do appreciate your business. But we do have to ask that you abide by our Check-Out Procedures. The main reason for this is so we can get the unit ready for the next guest. They arrive only hours after you leave. If you leave the unit in great shape, the next family can have access to the unit on time. We really appreciate you following these procedures. Most of our guests follow all of these rules very nicely, but for the few that do not, this is notice that a $50.00 fee per incident or per hour which ever applies will be charged to your credit card on file. Check-Out time is by 10:00 am local time. Our managers and cleaners arrive at 10:00 am to start cleaning the unit. If you are on the property when they arrive at 10:00am you will be charged. Make sure you lock all doors when you leave. Take ALL of the trash in the cabin, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, to the bin outside. Put ALL dishes in dishwasher, put dishwashing soap in and turn on. Leave beds unmade that have been used. Make sure furniture is in original position. Please leave the home neat and orderly to avoid additional charges. If the cleaning crew finds that the home has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Please leave the house in as good as shape as possible. The cleaner we find it, the faster we can turn it over to the next guest. We appreciate your help. Damages: You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or the contents by you or any other member of your group while you are the registered occupant of the property. In lieu of a security deposit we will keep your credit card on file as a security deposit. If we discover that there has been damage to the property or the contents while you are the occupant we will charge the estimated cost of repairs on your credit card. The amount we capture will be an estimate which could be more than the actual cost of repairs. We will provide a statement of the damages and the cost of the repairs after they have been completed. If there is a refund due it will be returned to the credit card after all repairs have been completed. If the cleaning company or managers detect any evidence of smoking in the property you will be billed an additional $300 to deodorize the home. In addition to being responsible for actual damages Guest shall pay an administrative fee of $500.00 for smoking in the unit. At its sole option Cute Snow Villas may bill you for any such items beyond the security deposit outlined in this agreement, such as long distance phone calls, unpaid expenses for services rendered to Guest, damaged or missing property, etc. Any private phones in a rental unit are for your convenience. Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or third party number. * Guest understands that Cute Snow Villas and DCR cannot and does not guarantee that adjacent properties will be free from disturbances or not be under construction, being repaired or maintained in any way, or that State construction projects will not be in progress around the rental unit. Construction on adjacent or nearby properties is not a valid reason for termination of this agreement nor is it a reason for the refund of any monies to Guest. * Non Smoking Properties: Colorado is now a non-smoking state. All condos are non-smoking inside and outside. If there is any evidence of smoking you will be charged at least $500, you are also responsible for all additional expenses for the restoration of the property. * Lost or Stolen Items: Cute Snow Villas is not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. Always lock all the doors and windows when you leave the property. * Any issues Guest has with the rental must be reported immediately to Cute Snow Villas via the email address and/or phone number listed in the rental unit's directions and entry instructions. DCR and Cute Snow Villas shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore rental to acceptable conditions. Any issues presented after check-out cannot be remedied and are not cause for compensation to Guest. Neither do we accept liability for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing. Nor will Cute Snow Villas accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather or road conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond its control. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR TOO MUCH SNOW OR LACK OF SNOW. MOUNTAIN HOME CONDITIONS – Our home sits on 42 pristine private acres with many forms of wildlife. Please be aware although we take every possible measure to prevent unwanted visitors, including yearly sealing of the cabin and professional pest exterminators, there is the possibility of insects and mice in the cabin. Insects and field mice will not warrant a refund or rebate of rent. Firearms and ATV use on the property is not allowed. Do not use firearms or ATVs anywhere on the property. If firearms or ATVs are used on the property during the rental, Guest will be charged $500 and any/all costs of potential repairs and asked to immediately leave. HOT TUBS: We advise Guest to inspect the tub on arrival and inform Cute Snow Villas if they feel it is not in good condition. Do not to use the facility if the water becomes cloudy, foamy or has an unpleasant odor. Secure the cover over the hot tub when not in use. Please do not add any type of soap products to the water. No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs at any time. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) state that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS, they break easily and Guest will be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Please check the temperature of the water in the hot tub before use. Maximum safe water temperature should be established by a medical practitioner, not to exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not use or allow the hot tub to be used alone. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the hot tub. Do not add anything to the water including foaming bubbles, chemicals, soaps, bath oils, etc. If these items are used in the hot tubs, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed and charged. Absolutely no candles (floating or any type) are allowed on or in the hot tub. Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub. Absolutely no pets are allowed in hot tub. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near the hot tub. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery and dangerous when wet. Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged not to use a hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub. Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness and fainting. Should you experience any of these symptoms, carefully exit the hot tub immediately. Guest agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify DCR for damage caused to the hot tub during lease term, including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guests, pets, animals, and children. Guest understands there will be no reduction in rental fees if the hot tub is unused or unavailable during the term of Guest's rental period. Please do not turn off or unplug the hot tub. It is recommended that no jewelry is worn in the hot tub due to chemicals used. The chemicals in hot tubs can also affect color-treated hair and damage swimsuits. Guest agrees to inspect the hot tub and hot tub cover for any damage or issues upon arrival and to advise Cute Snow Villas of any problems. DCR and Cute Snow Villas assumes no responsibility for any damage, illness, injury or death that may occur from the hot tub. Guest acknowledges that hot tub use is at Guest’s sole risk. PETS - Up to 2 pets may be allowed, at Cute Snow Villas and DCR’s sole discretion, upon prior pre-approval and payment of an additional pet fee. Pet waste must be picked up and carefully bagged and put in the special pet waste can. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture or in the hot tub will result in loss of deposit and or a charge to your credit card. DCR and Cute Snow Villas assume no responsibility for damage, illness, injury or death that may incur to pets or guests, invited or uninvited, while on the premises and/or during the rental. SECURITY – for your security, the parking lot is video monitored. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The house is to be occupied by no more than 10 persons maximum. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION SUBJECTS GUEST TO SIGNIFICANT PENALTIES. SYSTEM FAILURE: In case of failure of a system or amenity during your stay, including but not limited to, water, sewer, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, ventilating, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment, Cute Snow Villas shall promptly repair them. Guest agrees to permit access to the premises to make repairs. DCR and Cute Snow Villas shall not be liable to Guest for any/all damages, and NO REBATE OR REFUND will be given for such temporary failure. Cute Snow Villas shall repair the system or amenity in a reasonable manner and timeframe after received notice from Guest that repairs are needed. ISSUES DURING STAY: If you are experiencing an issue during the stay, please contact Cute Snow Villas. We will attempt to resolve your issues in a timely manner and ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Once the stay has been completed, no compensation or refund will be provided under any circumstances for issues that arose during the stay. If Guest does not contact Cute Snow Villas at the time Guest becomes aware of the issue, Guest is in full agreement that any/all said issues are immaterial and acceptable and require no further action. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental monies and the party will not be permitted to Check-In. GUEST assures the LESSOR that Tenant and Tenant’s guest(s) will observe all conditions and terms of this lease as to maintaining the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. GUEST assures the LESSOR that Tenant and Tenant’s guest(s) who violates any of the terms of this Lease shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by Tenant and Tenant’s guest(s). GUEST agrees that Tenant and Tenant’s guest(s) who are found using drugs or allowing others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. GUEST and/or their guest(s) shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. GUEST agrees that during the term of this lease and such further time Guest occupies the premises, Guest will keep the leased premises clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste; and all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing and other equipment and fixtures in the same condition as at the beginning of, or may put in during the term of the lease. GUEST agrees to indemnify and hold LESSOR and Cute Snow Villas harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by GUEST or guest(s) or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. GUEST agrees not paint or make alterations to the property, including changing existing locks or adding new ones. In an emergency, LESSOR or his agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from GUEST. GUEST may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all or any part of the premises without prior consent of the LESSOR. In the event that any action shall be commenced by either party arising out of, or concerning this lease or any right or obligation derived there from, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive attorney's fees as fixed by the Court in addition to all relief at law or equity. Either party may terminate this lease in the event of a violation of early provision of this lease by the other party in the manner and as provided by law. The Policies and Procedures above are meant to protect our guests and owners alike. All guests, as well as owners are required to conform to all Policies and Procedures. GUEST assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of the lease for the period stated and assures the LESSOR full recourse for the payment of any amount outstanding from the total amount due in accord with the terms as stated above including any outstanding or unpaid charges that are the responsibility of GUEST. PENALTY FOR VIOLATING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PROVISION. VIOLATION OF THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PROVISION CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS DIRECTLY RELATED TO OVERUSE OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM .THEREFORE, IN THE EVENT GUEST ALLOWS THE PREMISES TO BE OCCUPIED BY MORE THAN TEN PERSONS, GUEST SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY LESSOR THE-SUM OF (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) DOLLARS PER PERSON IN EXCESS OF TEN PERSONS PER DAY FOR EACH DAY THE GUEST ALLOWS THE PREMISES TO BE OCCUPIED BY MORE THAN TEN PERSONS. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes after confirmation of reservation that result in a shortened stay, change of dates, change of location or unit, will result in loss of entire advance payment. We do not give refunds. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund. We highly recommend buying travel insurance. Under no circumstances shall Cute Snow Villas LLC, its agents, DCR, the owners of the property, or their respective employees and agents be responsible for any loss, expense, damages, claims, or injury direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or providing the accommodations described in this Agreement or as a result of any delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in the services or accommodations arranged by Cute Snow Villas or DCR. Cute Snow Villas, DCR or the property owners will not be liable under any circumstances, including substitutions, to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services. Cute Snow Villas, DCR, and their respective employees and agents are not responsible for theft or damage of personal property and no refunds will be given for any such occurrences. Guest and all occupants are advised not to leave personal articles in locked vehicles, even if in the trunk; to always lock their vehicle; to always secure the rental. If Guest uses or rents ATVs, snow machines, bicycles, or any vehicles for use off of the property, Guest is strongly encouraged to arrange for additional insurance which provides adequate protection in the event of damage or theft arising out of such activities. Guest agrees that the maximum liability Cute Snow Villas, DCR and the property owners have for any alleged breach of this Agreement is the amount of the rental monies actually paid to Cute Snow Villas.             Our 3,500 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths mountain retreat in the Flat Tops near Trapper's Lake, comes complete with radiant in floor heat, is located on the Flat Tops National Scenic Byway on County Road 8 and is surrounded on three sides by Routt National Forest which borders the Flat Top Wilderness area and the White River National Forest in Northwest Colorado. Decks overlook 1/2 mile of private river front frontage. Wild Skies' cabin located in the Flat Tops is the perfect mountainside retreat. With over 1/2 mile of river frontage at 8500 feet elevation and nestled in a grove of aspen and pine trees, the cabin exudes an atmosphere of rustic elegance. Most anyone that has stayed at Wild Skies' cabin, has just been awe struck by the vastness and sheer beauty of the cabin area. The vistas/the views they get to see are breathtaking. From the wildlife, the mountains, rivers and streams to the charming features of the cabin. In the summertime the wildflowers are spectacular. In the wintertime, it is peaceful and serene and an undiscovered gem for snowmobiling. Often you are the only one there snowmobiling and have access to fresh powder even days after the last snowfall. Wild Skies' offers amazing four season recreational opportunities, comfortable accommodations, and an excellent location in the Flat Tops (1 hour from Steamboat Springs) and cabins in Craig, Colorado too! Fishing: There is 1/2 mile of private river frontage onsite for great Colorado River Cutthroat trout fishing in addition to over 500,00 acres of fly fishing paradise within a 20-40 mile radius of our cabin. Much of the wilderness area is high, gently undulating plateau. Once you're atop this plateau, a short, steep climb of about 1500 feet from most trailheads to get to great fly fishing spots. Most of the fishing lakes lie between 10,600 and 11,200 feet in elevation and have wide-open shorelines, where you can double-haul to your hearts content, often in complete solitude. Trails run to or near most lakes, but cross-country travel options are unlimited for the fly fisherman wiling to hike and explore the area. Back Country Horseback Riding: For those looking for a place to bring your horses or mules or rent them, look no further. Horseback riders that have assess to areas around Aspen, Vail and Steamboat say those areas cannot hold a candle to our location. From corrals onsite to several horse trails within 200 yards to 1/2 mile from our front door, the views and access to the first designated wilderness in the US and the nature beauty preserved therein are at your fingertips. Enjoy rides that only take a couple hours to ones that require 8+ hours for the dedicated back country horseback rider. Snowmobiling: It is an ideal winter retreat for secluded snowmobiling, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing. in 2013-2014 we had over 430' of snowfall in five years ago we had over 530' of snowfall. The cabin location is extremely snowmobile friendly and offers riding opportunities right from our front door with a covered carport at the front entrance for your snowmobiling comfort and convenience. Within a few moments, sledders can be floating through awesome powder conditions or weaving through cozy forest settings in over 230,000+ acres of terrain filled with bowls of untouched powder. It is a boondocker's paradise. One board memeber of the MN Snowmobile Association said the following: "We have snowmobiled all over the western United States and have been to numerous well known snowmobile destinations and our trip to Wild Skies Cabin in 2015 was our best trip yet. Loads of powder fresh snow, endless terrain and no one else in sight. We had the entire place to ourselves." Our snowmobile guests, even professional snowmobilers from those over the top extreme snowmobiling dvds that live just over an hour or two away, say they had no idea our part of Colorado even existed for snowmobiling. Views of Steamboat Springs, Ski Resort can be seen just a few miles from our cabin and snowmobilers love snowmobiling the powder meadows/bowls and finding those great steeps. We are just far enough away that locals usually don't bother coming our way. However, we are easy enough to find and worth the extra 1 hour drive to avoid the crowds and find the fresh powder and immerse yourself in the views of untouched wilderness while being able to snowmobile hundreds of thousands of acres of national forests without snowmobile restrictions. Snowmobile rentals are available from local companies. Local mountains rise to 12,500 feet, providing exceptional photo opportunities and first class powder conditions in an alpine setting for all types of snowmobiles and snowmobiling. Adjacent hills offer great bowls and with average snowfalls of 20-25 feet or more, snowmobilers are roaming area mountaintops well into May. If you like having thousand of acres to yourself-this is your cabin. Hunting: Located in the heart of the largest elk herd in the world at 42,000+ elk with a cow to bull ratio of 4:1 which is exception for an area that offers over the counter elk licenses and often has leftover bull and cow licenses for almost all the rifle seasons. The mule deer are great and an early rifle season is also offered in our Game Management Unit 12 (GMU 12). We are also just a few miles from GMU 231 where unlimited over the counter archery elk licenses can be purchased. We are the only secluded cabin rental for a 20-50 mile radius depending on which direction and we are the only cabin rental for a 15-45 mile radius depending on which direction you travel. This is especially important during rifle season 4 (Nov 13-18 or so) as temperatures as night can reach to zero and a wall tent or pop-up camper isn't going to provide the heat you need. As a result our area is mostly abandoned for hunting during rifle 4 as very few folks endure those nightly temperatures. This virtually assures you a nice area to hunt without the added hunting pressure seen in other areas and other seasons.

In the summer, hike and walk for hours on our private aspen-lined road and single track trails. Our cabin is located on private land where your kids can run around and explore our forests, hills, Aspen glens and pasture for hours. Relax outside on our 1200+ square foot wrap-around deck with stunning views of Steamboat Mountain and our private pasture and valley. Built in 2005, it has every modern amenity including Italian tiled radiant heat floors, an indoor/outdoor fireplace and clawfoot tub. You will feel like you have stepped back in time as you cook on the Heartland stove or read tucked into a bay window seat. The picture window looks directly at Steamboat ski area and over a 22 acre pasture; watch for elk, deer, fox, weasels, and hawks. In the winter, head in to town and catch a free shuttle to the ski area. In the summer, hike in the aspen forest for amazing wildlife viewing near the stream. Drive two minutes to Stagecoach Reservoir for boating or mountain biking. Or try Gold Metal trophy trout fishing on the tailwaters of the Yampa River below Stagecoach Reservoir. There are three bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has french doors out to a private deck. The other bedrooms each have a bay window with a deep nook for reading / relaxing. The loft has two built-in oversize twin beds. The great room consists of a dining area, living room, and open kitchen. A leather couch and cozy arm chairs circle the stone fireplace. There are two bathrooms, one with a clawfoot tub/shower, and one with an tiled shower stall. The large deck is covered and allows protected seating around the outdoor fireplace. At Dry Creek Ranch, you can hike the 42 acres, sit on the deck next to the outdoor fire, watch wildlife cross the pasture, snowshoe or cross country ski.               Our large townhome is almost completely updated and has everything a group of any size would want. We overlook Stagecoach Reservoir and State Park, with excellent trout and Northern Pike fishing. We are at the bottom of Lynx Pass, nestled between the Flat Tops and Mount Zerkle Wilderness. The area is one of the top for hunting, well known for elk. You name it, if it is outdoor activity, we have it. Oh, and the skiing!!!! Best powder and tree skiing in Colorado. Steamboat Springs has several hot springs, including a pool and famous Strawberry Park, and the fishing, hiking, biking, roller blading, golfing, etc. is all fantastic.                 Maverick Hollow is a secluded 6 bedroom, 6 bath (4 full, 2 half) plus loft with over 5900 square feet of living space that sleeps 15-17. All bedrooms have queen beds and the loft has a full size sofa sleeper, (1) queen air mattress and 2 single beds. There are 2 large master suites. The home has log accents throughout. Although secluded it has every modern amenity available, ie, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops; walnut and hickory cabinetry; mahogany and cork flooring; as well as all new furniture and decor. There are a TON of windows that offer amazing views; watch for deer, elk, fox, ect. The home has wireless internet with cell service and a land line phone. There are 5 TVs, as well as satellite TV, and a play station. Two TVs have dvd players. As far as outside...Our home is secluded and in the 'woods'. There are outdoor furniture ( 3 sets) that will seat 15, as well as a few other outdoor chairs and benches. There is a fire pit with 3 benches, a log picnic table, and a HUGE charcoal grill that enables one to grill for large groups.

                  Three levels of rustic cabin located on five acres twenty minutes from the Steamboat Ski Resort. The cabin has a large master bedroom and bathroom on the third floor with a king size bed and plenty of room for two cots that are provided. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a Queen size bed. The other bedroom has a unique log bunk bed with a roomy Queen on the bottom and a full on top. The walk out basement has a bedroom with a log bunk bed that has a single on top, a full in the middle and a pull out single. Also on this level is a game room with a pool table and three single beds. Cabin is loaded with activities and games for a special and memorable vacation. Kids and adults can sled down the hill adjacent to the cabin. There is a large (unheated) mud room for storing sleds and skis. There are woods behind the cabin for snow shoeing and hiking. Plenty of room to park snow mobiles (property itself is not suitable for snow mobile riding, but a short drive to Rabbit Ears Pass). Two wood burning stoves provide a cozy warmth and ambience. This is not your condo experience! Note: Cabin uses a septic system. We ask that no feminine hygiene products be flushed.
