The SpaceThere is space for parking in my driveway but we are close to the Go Stations leading into the heart of Toronto in 30 minutes. The neighbourhood is surrounded by parks and many trees so great for hiking by the lake which is a 5 minute walk. Enjoy the enclosed large mature back yard complete with in-ground pool (closed for summer 2016 only). Guest AccessA private kitchen with all amenities and basic food stlaples.Laundry facilities & supplies are provided along with shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer & hair striaghtener. Includes TV in your bedroom, Wifi, & a large parking space. Interaction with GuestsI live in my home in the upstairs level, so will be available for help getting around. Also available via email & cell phone. The NeighborhoodWe have great restaurants here in Oakville, I have recommendations. Driving or walking into Bronte Village near the lake also has a number of restauants & shopping. Coronation Park on Lake Ontario, is a fabulous park with a free water park & play area for kids, plenty of picnic tables, volley bal courts on the sand & only a 10 minute walk from my home. Other nearby amenities include a shopping mall(within walking distance), Marina,new large YMCA, gym facilities & cinema. Getting AroundMy home is a 45 minute drive to Niagara Falls and a 30 minute drive to downtown Toronto. There are 2 Go Transit stations here in Oakville to serve you with a pleasant ride into Toronto, in under 40 minutes. Other Things to NoteFor guests staying longer than 2 weeks, the laundry facilities are shared with 24 hours notification to arrange a time for me to use them.

The SpaceCondo is ideally situated between the big TO city (about 30 minutes) and Niagara Falls (about 1 hour). Conveniently located close to hiway for easy access to where ever you need to be! Comfortably accommodates 2 people, but a third can sleep in 2nd bedroom (used as office but has fouton bed). Just a short drive from where I live to the condo so I can be there quickly should the need arise. The NeighborhoodThe condo is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Family area. Condo building itself is a low rise building with only 3 floors, therefore not a densely populated area. There are great walking/bike trails close by. Condo is ideally situated between the big TO city (about 30 minutes) and Niagara Falls (about 1 hour). Conveniently located close to hiway for easy access to where ever you need to be! The SpaceThis extremely cozy home has 3 bedrooms (1 is a baby's room), 2.5 bath, finished basement and walkout to a fully landscaped backyard/patio. It can accommodate 4 comfortably with the potential for more guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, very comfortable mattress (brand new) and pillows. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower bunk is a double bed and the upper bunk is a single. The third bedroom is a baby's room which includes a crib and many baby necessities. There is a long, comfortable couch to sleep on, as well as a deluxe, power operated recliner couch if needed for sleeping. The basement is fully finished with a walkout patio and can accommodate a queen size mattress if additional guest space is required. One bathroom has a soaker tub/shower and the other bathroom has a shower. Large dining table seats 8 in a large kitchen. Great for cooking and entertaining. Guest AccessGuests have access to washer and dryer, bbq, dishwasher, backyard patio, 1 parking space in driveway with additional street parking available by request. All other kitchen appliances are available for use. Off Limits: food in the cupboards. However, please feel free to enjoy our condiments, spices and cooking oils. Interaction with GuestsWe are available by phone, text or email to assist with any questions/concerns. We will not be present during your stay. We can be present at the beginning (to welcome you) and end of your stay depending on our travel plans. The NeighborhoodFamily friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance (5min) to a small plaza (Starbucks, convenience store, walk-in clinic/pharmacy, pizza/chicken restaurant, bank, dry cleaning, etc. 30 second walk to a trail entrance that connects to Oakville's 100+ km of trail system. Walking distance to 4 parks, including 2 splash pads (water park). 5 minute drive to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, community center, pool, gym, skating rink and library. As well as the Oakville Conference Centre. 10 minute drive to movie theatre and entertainment complex, downtown Oakville (waterfront on Lakshore), outlet mall, shopping mall and Bronte Creek Conservation Park. 20 minute drive to Kelso Conservation Park and the Niagara Escarpment. The SpaceOur clean and bright basement apartment is a one bedroom with a queen bed, private kitchen and full bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the South-East end of Burlington, close to transit. Parking, Netflix, coffee, tea, and wifi included. Originally, we fit out our basement and rented it as a two-bedroom apartment. For the time being we have taken over one of the rooms for storage, and have set it up as one bedroom. Sunny windows and lots of lights keep the space bright, and laminate flooring helps us keep it clean. The bedroom has a queen bed with a comfy latex foam mattress. If you're travelling with a friend and would prefer a separate sleeping arrangement, the couch pulls out. The pull-out couch is in great shape and the mattress is like new (i.e. evenly supportive, without lumpy spots), but it is still a 4" spring mattress. We have an extra foam mattress from Ikea that can be added on top, if desired. We also provide several pillows with varying firmness for your personalized comfort. The kitchen is complete with full-sized stove, fridge, microwave, drip coffee-maker, and kettle. Coffee and tea is provided. The bathroom is 3-pieces with a soaker tub. Guest AccessThe space is accessed through our side door followed by a shared hallway. It has it's own locked door and is otherwise completely private. Street parking is available for 1 car. Wifi is provided. We don't have cable TV, but offer Netflix and a large selection of DVD's. Access to laundry may be available on request. Interaction with GuestsOne of us will likely be home at anytime, and we'll let you in. We love the interaction that AirBnB provides and we are happy to help with advice on what to find and how to get about in the Burlington-Oakville and Golden Horseshoe Area. The completely private space also means that you can come and go with as much or as little interaction as you desire. The NeighborhoodWe are on a quiet street with mature trees. The neighbours are a mix of original owners and young families. A large park is within sight of the house, and a beautiful lakefront park is only a 5 minute drive. Nearby bike-trails are well-signed and easy to access. There is a beautiful water-front trail that bikes and pedestrians can follow from Downtown Oakville through Downtown Burlington and into Hamilton. Getting AroundBeing very close to the intersection of Burloak and New Street means easy access to both Burlington and Oakville's transit systems. The Appleby GO train station is also easy to get to, with trains to Toronto's Union station every 30min. If you are driving, downtown Toronto takes less than an hour, as does Pearson Airport (depending on traffic).

    This 950 sq ft executive condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. A great hotel alternate and perfect for those travelling to Oakville/Burlington area for pleasure or business. This is a low rise condo building complex (only 3 floors) and is occupied mostly by the condo owners themselves. The complex is small, quiet and very well maintained during both winter and summer months. Surrounding the complex is a quiet residential neighbourhood with mostly detached homes. When it's nice outside, you will find local residents walking/running right in front of the building on their way to the myriad of walking trails and parks close by. You are only a couple of kilometers away from the famous Glen Abbey Golf Course. Located just north of the highway, getting around the area is a breeze at this convenient location. The condo itself is fully furnished, extremely clean and has everything you need for a self catering trip to Oakville. And there's really not a lot of it. The only thing we want you to be aware of is that this is condo living... that means that you may hear the occasional person walking upstairs in the unit above (it would be the equivalent of living in a basement apartment and hearing people upstairs walking around). That comes with the territory, but its not a nuisance and we have never had a complaint about it - its just something we want to be transparent about and you just need to be aware that it's there. We don't like surprising guests! No smoking inside of the unit. Sorry, no pets. Rates are based on 2 people. Will consider 3 or 4 occupants for additional charge of $10 per night for 3rd and 4th person. ***Not seeing availability at this condo?     The SpaceVery comfortable, rustic home with geothermal(clean heating and A/C). A very wonderful natural home on an amazing piece of property in town. Very close to local shops, retaurants and grocery/wine stores. Perfectly located 30 km from city of Toronto and 40 Km from the Niagara wine region. Extensive walking/jogging paths on Bronte creek at the back of the property. Guest AccessGuests may use the pool (seasonally)and hot tub (year round) at anytime , as well as the backyard, garden and BBQ. The pool lights will be on in the Summertime from evening until late. Interaction with GuestsI or others will be around to offer tips on the area and any help that we are able to give you. We have another home close-by. Most mornings in the summertime, I will be outdoors , cleaning the pool, watering flowers and weeding garden ( usually between 8 and 9.) The NeighborhoodBronte Village is 1/2 km south of The Forestview loft. It is a beautiful waterfront village with many shops and restaurants and a two marinas. We are located on the river that leads there and into Lake Ontario. Getting AroundWe are located on a main north south road in Oakville and have two bus stops just beyond the driveway. A bus schedule can be found in the loft. Other Things to NoteThe entire property is 120' wide and 350' deep to the forest and river behind. The fencing is complete on both sides and front, and there is a partial fence (the oldest on the property) at the back. We occaisionally have wildlife wander in through the gap in the fence to drink water from the pool or sit in the open area and so we are not in a hurry to close the fence.

Guest AccessGuests have access to the swimming pool, kitchen, living room , dining room, laundry and gym. There is also unlimited internet access and password will be provided upon arrival . Interaction with GuestsI will try to meet with guests and explain everything about the house and the neighbourhood and handover the key to the main house. I will have limited intersection with guest after the initial meeting, because I have to go to work early in the morning and return very late at night. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is serene and family friendly with great nature trails. It is located in the most desirable part of Oakville and walking distance to the famous Glenn Abbey Golf course. There are also various amenities located nearby such as malls recreational facilities, and parks. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop located just behind the house and the Oakville Go bus stops there every few minutes to pick up passengers to the city centre and around. Some guests prefer to use Uber ride which is really very cheap. Other Things to NoteGuest with cars must notify me in advance so I will organize for permit with City of Oakville for their parking..

The private bedroom is homely with a large closet room along with a closet unit provided for storage. The room is on the upper level and is unoccupied. You will wake up to the morning sunrise in this east facing unit. You will have your own private washroom with basic toiletries provided. You will also have full use to the kitchen, and part of the fridge if required. The main double bed accommodates 2 people and the 3rd person can be accommodated on a futon mattress that be placed next to the double bed. The community of West Oak Trails offers the perfect escape that is still close to downtown while providing access to a wide range of trails for biking and outdoor activity. Oakville has a historic downtown offering a waterfront, restaurants, shops etc. The place is also in close proximity to the new state of art Oakville Hospital. Getting AroundWith easy access to both the GO Transit (Bronte Go and Oakville Go) one can easily reach downtown in around 45 mins. A local Oakville transit bus stop is couple mins walk from the door step. The location proves an ideal drive using the QEW or 401 to downtown and Niagara falls. With both these attractions central to Oakville travelling is convenient and easy to manage.     We have a very rustic in town cottage (one of the oldest in Oakville). Lakefront with a beach. Full view of both lighthouses in Bronte harbour and the Toronto skyline. Pet friendly (downstairs only please) on a beautiful tree lined street.

Downtown Oakville and Bronte Village are close by and also make for picturesque walks.
