The SpaceOur quaint 1920s cottage is in a quiet leafy street with the popular Nile Street cafe 5 doors up the road! We have a double bedroom available for 1 or 2 guests. The cottage is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Orange where there are galleries, cafes, award winning restaurants, shops, library and our regional theatre. The cottage has a shared bathroom with a 2nd toilet in the laundry. There is a possibility from time to time to rent the entire house when we are away. It is two double bedrooms, a large study and a huge bathroom with large bath. There is a modern kitchen, nice backyard, BBQ and undercover pergola area. We have central heating and a wood fire. There is ample on street parking right outside the front of the house. Washing machine Happy to interact or leave guest to 'be'! We live in an older style house in a leafy street close to town. I love that we can walk everywhere! We are within walking distance to town or a short taxi ride for those less active $10 max fare to centre of town. Art, wine glorious landscape, hiking and food ...Orange is a mecca for all these.... Oh and some nice shops too. The SpaceAre you ready for the roll out......... Do you want to stay somewhere quiet and private? We have a huge, I did say HUGE, attached unit that we can offer you. It has a Queen size firm bed, Single available for third person, with dedicated bathroom, tea facilities, fridge, and two seater table, (a kitchenette that includes the basics you would find in a hotel room). Breakfast included. However, no cooking in the unit. There is a lovely leather lounge. Access. This great space has separate access. Down a walkway from the road. In a very quite suburb that backs onto rural areas and has a wetland with creek going through the heart of it, just out your window. The room opens up onto our vegie garden, with chooks and a trampoline then to a lovely green space with bubbling creek and walking/bike riding tracks. Comfort PLUS!!!!! This villa is very warm with large gas flued heater and well insulated, very comfortable. It is the downstairs of a solar passive house and beautifully cool in summer. We would love you to make the most of your stay in Orange. We provide breakfast in your room including bread and spreads, cereal, juice and milk, tubs of fruit, and yogurt. We provide cooked breakfast on weekends if we can. Interaction with GuestsWe are knowledgable about the local area stuff, things only long time locals know about, not just the marketed things to do, truly local background. We know that you might want privacy but also you may want a chat. We are both professionals that have lived mostly here. Talk to us about any other things you might need and we might be able to help. Please don’t expect us to stay up to check you in. No later than 9pm. The NeighborhoodOrange is well known for its wineries, agricultural produce and a great range of local restaurants. Orange is the home of the Field Days, Frost and Food Fest and WINE WEEK. Orange boasts 3 full 18 holes golf courses and a mini golf, close by along with plenty of cellar doors, hatted restaurants, beautiful parks and things to do. There are numerous festivals, bike rides, theatre, arts and entertainment events happening in Orange and in surround district throughout the year. Orange has very distinct seasons with lovely garden blossoms in Spring, glorious Autumn, long Summer evenings that cool for the night, and Winter that sometimes brings delightful snow, but rarely inconveniences. This is a quiet area with a creek and wetlands. Getting AroundThere is a local bus service on Sieben Drive, 2km walk away. 5 minutes by car to the CBD, close to distributor, so if you head to Sydney, you don’t have to go through town. Other Things to NoteWe have small poodle/cross dogs that have their own yard, you don't have to access their yard, but they do love some attention.

The SpaceNewly renovated and stylishly furnished, this spacious cottage is situated on a quiet street just 4 blocks from Summer St and within easy walking distance to everything. We’re guests ourselves and have experienced first-hand what it’s like to arrive at a poorly equipped home. Darling Cottage is anything but! You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay including linen, blankets, towels and electric blankets. The fully equipped kitchen contains pantry staples and breakfast provisions, and all guests receive a bottle of local wine on arrival. For those travelling with pets or little ones, you’ll find a few essential extras. For your dog we provide a water bowl, some dog toys & dog treats. For your kids we provide a highchair, cot & sheets along with a box full of toys and games. Outside you’ll find a fully fenced, mature garden, offering a private haven for you to indulge in a some well-earned R & R. Sip a glass of something cold next to the vine-covered pergola, before picking some fresh herbs from the garden for your evening meal. On a cool evening you could end the day next to the outdoor fire (wood, matches and firelighters are provided). At the front of the house, you'll find a beautiful, west-facing verandah, where you can watch the setting sun. It’s also our favourite spot for enjoying a morning coffee as the established garden provides plenty of privacy. Wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the house. We are more than happy to give suggestions for the best places to see, things to do and food/wine to try! We really love it when people feel at home, so please feel free to relax and live like a local. We encourage a minimum of 2 nights per bookings at the cottage. There are many fantastic cellar doors in the region and plenty to do during all the four seasons. You have golf courses & stunning parks all on the doorstep. Getting AroundThe cottage is centrally located and so it easy to walk everywhere. We recommend a car or wine tour bus for visiting the wineries as they are further out. Taxi's are inexpensive for getting home at the end of the night or if you are coming from the bus or train station. Other Things to NoteWe have 2 other properties (Cute Cabin in the Heart of Orange & Family Friendly Cottage in Orange) one block away should you need to accommodate more people. We have a portacot, sheets and high chair available if you are bringing children. Dogs are welcome but need to stay in the garden or laundry area. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.

I live 20kms from town and there is no bus service Private transport is your only option, sorry Other Things to NotePrices for 2nd person: $50.00, 3rd and 4th: $35.00 each and 5th and 6th: $20.00 each. Race weekend, I can squeeze the last 2 guests in swags on the floor. This includes breakfast. Bike riders haven, lots of scenic and quite roads to explore. Guest Access6 bedrooms which will sleep 12 in total, large lounge and dining areas, out door area with BBQ and Pizza Oven. Walking around the property. Guided tour of historic woolshed on request. 32klms from Orange, 47klms to Bathurst. Room for the kids to kick a ball or have a game of cricket. Large gravel car park for scooter racing. Our two bathroom have 3 toilets and a shower in each (yes business style) and the disabled has a shower and toilet plus washing machine. Interaction with GuestsVery little or as much as you like. I am available to answer questions at all times. On call 24/7 in case of emergency. Host lives on the property in a separate home. The NeighborhoodPlenty of Wineries to visit for taste testing and lunches which are excellent. We can give you a list of wineries worth visiting, but prepared for big days. A 20 seater bus can be hired (if available) to transport you to the wineries on request. Charge is $300 plus fuel on return. Our driver can be provided at $25.00 per hour also. The best spot is on the veranda with a wine in hand watching the sunset. Getting AroundOwn vehicle required as no transport available. Nearest village is 17klms, nearest large city is 32klms. Bus available on request. Other Things to NotePets....MAY be accepted but guests MUST inform host first. NO pets are allowed inside the accommodation at any time. The advantage of the studio is that the kitchenette enables cooking to be undertaken. In addition there is a laundry adjacent with washing machine and drier. The cabin is fully furnished in a contemporary style and includes the following: Wi-fi internet connection Queen size bed (electric blankets and linen) Recently renovated en-suite bathroom Towels and bathroom products Split system air conditioning & heating Kitchenette & crockery (continental breakfast provided) TV, dvd, iPod dock Wardrobe & shelving Iron & ironing board Desk & chair Hairdryer Verandah (plus outdoor seating) There is a small lounge and kitchenette that includes the basics you would find in a hotel room. We also provide breakfast supplies, drinks & biscuits. It's perfect for breakfast or a light meal, and you're a short stroll from some great local cafes, restaurants and pubs for dinner. The verandah that overlooks the garden makes the perfect spot for afternoon drinks, and/or to admire the sunset with a vino! There's also an outdoor fire for cooler evenings. We have a veggie patch, herb garden and a small orchard that you are welcome to help yourself to when things are ripe/ready for picking. Parking is in the driveway directly in front of the house. I live in the separate house with my husband. We are in our thirties and enjoy good food, wine, travel and meeting new people. We pride ourselves on being good hosts and provide maps and suggestions for things to do. There are plenty of great local wineries, scenic bike routes, farmer's markets, top restaurants and some funky wine bars for the evening. We'll happily talk you through the options, accompanied by a good glass of wine! In fact I work in the wine industry and I am more than happy to advise on or help you to organise your cellar door visits whilst you are staying with us. We have an English Pointer called Bailey, who is very friendly and guests are welcome to pat him as much as they like. He is a happy, playful big dog that likes to make new friends and share the garden. Guests can expect a relaxed private stay in a safe and secure central location. The studio is ideal for overnight stays, weekend breaks for people working in Orange during the week. We have a two-night minimum stay policy, we are happy to provide discounts for longer stays of a week or month just get in touch. As well as a large bedroom, there is a TV room with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, micro-wave and garden view, a spanking new bathroom with bathtub and the whole front deck. Basically the front entrance of the house is yours. As you enter the house you enter your space. We will access through the back door and there is a connecting internal door between your space and ours. We work most days and will usually be around at night and weekends. Help is always a phone call away or a knock on the connecting door. Otherwise you are free to come and go as you please. Not much more to say about Orange than has already been noted. Wine, food, views and great walks in the mountains . Advice on where to go, what to do, where to taste (food and wine) will be freely given upon request. Plenty of street parking. There is a 'hail' bus stop on the corner into town. Five minutes by car and fifteen minutes walk will get you to the centre. Some cafes and restaurants are closer. Please have a glass of wine/beer on the deck or in the TV room but we don't have any cooking facilities. You could however eat on the deck if you have take-away and we are happy to provide cutlery and plates for that.       The SpaceOur four bedroom home is situated on five easily accessible acres about eight kilometres from the rural city of Orange , about three hours west of Sydney and about one thousand metres above sea level so we enjoy a lovely cool climate . The area is home to many excellent cool climate wineries, cherry and apple orchards and features the popular "FOOD" week held each year which attracts people from all over Australia. The farm is one and a half hours east of the wonderful Western Plains Zoo at Dubbo and the Parkes Radio Telescope the famed "Dish" of the movie. The home is situated in a large garden with lots of outdoor living furniture and a barbecue under cover for use in any weather. We have two stables with feed and gear rooms and a full sized sand dressage arena plus lovely country rides through surrounding bush. There are 4 grassed paddocks with electric fencing. If you would like to take your horse for a country holiday this may well be the spot, however we do not provide horses. You would need to bring all equipment and feed for your horse and be completely responsible for it. We have four bedrooms with two queen beds, one double and a pair of twins. The main bedroom is very large, situated above the double garage with en suite, walk in wardrobe and its own patio. The weather in summer is generally warm but not hot and in winter cool to cold with morning frosts and rarely some light snow. Not enough to ski!. You really will need your own car as there is no public transport out here and your neighbours are a considerable distance away as all blocks are about five acres. Orange and the nearby historic and picturesque village of Millthorpe is the home of many highly regarded restaurants and cafes and a full range of top quality shops are available should you feel the urge. Two extremely comfortable queen sized beds and an Ikea pull out sofa bed (queen size with comfy latex topper) - in its own private bedroom, all beds made with quality Sheridan sheets and the bathroom full of fluffy Turkish towels. Orange is cold, but the home is warm and well heated, including electric blankets. Living area/kitchen is open plan and the leather couches comfy for relaxing after a hard day eating and drinking. The garage is also available should you want to lock up bikes etc (or even park your car!) This is my home, so as well as bits of my life around the place you will have access to a fully stocked pantry for cooking and those things you left behind (like shampoo, toothbrush etc). Guest AccessKeys are in a coded key safe at the front door so no need for meeting up - arrive when you get here! You have access to everything, except the ensuite and walk in robe. The cottage has a large private garden and is in a quiet, leafy location, just minutes from Orange’s bustling centre. And, for the device-obsessed, there is free Wi-Fi! After 4 years of hosting we’ve learnt what’s important to our guests. Our cottage has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including linen, blankets, towels and electric blankets. The fully equipped kitchen offers pantry staples & breakfast provisions. All guests receive a bottle of local wine on arrival and a hand-written note. As one of our guests kindly said in their review: “We were really comfortable here, there were so many little extras which we really appreciated.” We know that your puppy is an important part of the family, so feel free to bring him or her along. We have ensured there are no escape routes from the garden! There’s also a dog water bowl, dog toys and even dog treats. For those who worry about a home where pets have stayed, please don’t, it’s spotless! For those coming with little ones, we have a portacot, sheets and highchair available for you to use. There’s also a box of toys and games to play with, and a huge garden to explore. The lounge is filled with light, has comfy sofas, new furnishings, a split system air conditioner/heater and flatscreen tv. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a glass of something cold after a day exploring. Outside you’ll find a huge covered entertaining area which overlooks the private, fully fenced back garden Recline on one of the outdoor loungers before firing up the BBQ for some alfresco dining. If visiting one of Orange's many attractions or events, my house is ideally located to take advantage of this beautiful town. Guests have access to the entire house. I am loving the opportunity to open up my home to people visiting Orange. And I am as involved as you want me to be. The "village" of East Orange has a long and glorious history and we can talk about that one day if you like. But I love the location! Walking distance to cafes, PO, shops, gallery, and theatres! What's not to love. You can easily walk to town and there are 2 cafes just 2 blocks away in both directions. A taxi trip from town is about $10. Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire house (except the master bedroom). There is a large TV and DVDs in the lounge-room and a very cosy wood fire when the weather turns cold. Interaction with GuestsI love to welcome people in and ensure you have everything you need but after that, I can have as much or as little interaction as you need. As stated elsewhere, I can assist with some transport and can negotiate meals if necessary. Located on its own private entrance road, you will not be bothered by any traffic noise.With wineries in every direction around Orange you will be spoilt for choice! Coming to the Central west for work, then this property is super close to the CBD & Orange Base Hospital. We cater for young families also with a fully-fenced yard & optional cot/highchair. Ducted reverse-cycle air con is convenient & excellent for this climate in Orange. The remote access garage means your car is secure. There is also additional 'visitors parking' if you have a camper van or trailer that you do not wish to park on the street. An excellent cafe is only a short 600m walk for your morning coffee, or you could use the onsite coffee machine. This property has a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher.                   This beautiful circa 1880 two bedroom cottage is perfectly situated, close to the Orange CBD and a short stroll many restaurants and cafes. Relax by the cosy log fire in winter or enjoy the peaceful garden in summer, while enjoying our fine local wines seated beneath a vine clad arche jardin. The cottage can accommodate 4 guests. The Cottage 79 tariff is based on renting the entire cottage. The mid week rate Mon-Thurs nights is $400 per night and the weekend rate Fri-Sun nights is $450 per night, Minimum 2 night booking. Long weekends and public holidays minimum 3 night stay. Only 3 hours west of Sydney

If you like the water, weather it be fishing down the dam, kayaking at the river, skiing at the dam or just dipping your toes in while you throw back a cold one and watch the world go by... This property is the place with all waters only a stones throw away. Also there is plenty of room if you wanted to bring your horses or motorbikes and head of on one of the back dirt roads, it's PET FRIENDLY. If you want extra people to pitch a tent or hold a small event just let me know I'm happy to accommodate. With Wellington only 20 mins up the road and The city of Orange, Mudgee and Dubbo are only a short hours drive away also but you will feel worlds away.
