Staying here over and over, year after year
We are staying at this property with a bunch of friends year over year for 4 years. This would be the fifth year, that we're going to rent this house again. I have to say, the house was working great for us so far.
The management is top-notch. For example, during one of our stays we experienced a typical north-eastern snowstorm, with an enormous amount of snow covering just about every road in the area into a snowfield and collapsing some power lines. The management was still able to plow the road to the house and help us with starting emergency generators. Their effort made our stay even in that kind of weather quite enjoyable.

MLR is gorgeous and completely breathtaking!
We celebrated our wedding at MLR. From the start Katrina was amazing with communication! We visited MLR multiple times to ensure everything was all set for our June wedding. The weekend went off perfectly! The rooms and the house were spotless, the grounds were beautiful and we were even lucky enough to see a mama snapping turtle lay her eggs! :)
We can't wait to go back to MLR every year for our anniversary!
Thank you so much Callie + Family for sharing your home with us, as well as Katrina and Polly!!

Amazing House and Great Staff
This is my 2nd stay at MooseLakeRanch. The 1st was a family reunion and the 2nd was for an Office Team Building event. On both occasions everyone loved it. Katrina and Polly are fantastic and will answer any questions you have. We rented snowmobiles in Fryeburg (Northeast Snowmobile). Everyone had a great time. And a special thanks to the Steuer Family for allowing us to stay in their home.

Outstanding visit for our group
We were a group of friends, and the property was great for us. The house is very spacious, and the large grounds are great. It's very clean, and they were incredibly accommodating or everything we needed. The kitchen is excellent, with plenty of oven and burner space.
A few things that are useful to know: cell phones work but reception can be spotty. Most of the woods don't have trails and it's easy to get lost, and a small portion of it is impassable (it's swampy, for example).

I would highly recommend this home for small & large families and groups gatherings. Your home is just delightful... in oh so many ways. The extra large beds were extremely comfortable with marvelously fresh clean linens. Your kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all our cooking needs, your sound systems worked out perfectly for our worship time and the view through the many glass doors and windows was just lovely. We were met with your very sweet and extremely helpful caretaker who saw to our every need...we certainly were made to feel at home. We had a very restful, spirit filled and enjoyable time. Thank you for sharing your charming home with us, it was a great blessing and joy-filled time.
