The SpaceOur guests have access to both large upstairs living areas, kitchen & verandah's. There are many large spacious areas to sit relax, sip a glass of cold wine or just chill out looking over the beautiful rural views & listening to the chorus of the diverse birdlife. It is just a short drive to many of the Central Coast attractions including the many beaches, parks & cycleways. Great food, we offer full home cooked breakfasts with every stay- our menu is quite diverse & may consist of fresh eggs from our free range chooks either scrambled with cream, parsley & shallots, fried or poached, tomatoes & basil, wilted baby spinach/ kale, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, toast, jams, fresh seasonal fruits & our latest spectacular is our home baked cinnamon swirl buttermilk pancakes-Yum!!! Not to mention Plunger coffee, tea or juice to finish off your meal- Does that get your gastric juices salivating! If you are travelling with friends or children & require more space there are other rooms available at an additional cost. We have 2 beautiful bedrooms available with ensuites & Bay windows looking out onto gardens. A 3rd room is also available if required. Guest AccessGuests have access to our main kitchen, laundry & all living areas & verandah's including BBQ's & the surrounds of the property. Guests are most welcome to avail themselves to our extensive library or DVD collection. Interaction with GuestsWe will interact as little or as much as our guests require & are happy to recommend places to visit or give information about local attractions. Aside of cooking meals for you we tend to give you your space & utilise our own private downstairs area. A communal cooked breakfast is available each day as part of the cost & we are happy to include you in our night time meal if required at a cost of $40.00 per head including a glass of wine & a delicious 3 course meal. The NeighborhoodWe live in a very pleasant & quiet area, we have lovely walking tracks very close by. Cycling tracks are located at Chittaway through to the Entrance & East Gosford through to Ettalong & typically run alongside some beautiful waterways with eateries at the end of them. Large shopping centres & restaurants are all a short drive away & there is a choice of many beaches from good surf to quiet & safe swimming areas. Getting AroundTrain station is ~ 2km away a car is the best option for transport to explore the local regions. Other Things to NoteWe do allow pets but they must be kept on the verandah outside of your room & we can provide a dog bed for their comfort.

The SpaceAn ideal getaway from the City. An easy drive from Sydney or Newcastle. or a great place to recharge the batteries, if you need a break from travelling. Only 2 mins detour from the M1. The space is furnished in relaxing neutral tones. Guest AccessThere is a paddock opposite the Studio, for children to run around in and play. There are lovely bush walks at the back of the property, where you often see kangaroo's and occasionally wedge tailed eagles. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as they require. The NeighborhoodOnly 2 mins away there is a 24/7 Shell Service Station, which sells most things. Ourimbah, which is only a 5 min drive, has an Indian, Thai, Chinese, RSL Club and Hotel. Nearby Wyong has an excellent Italian restaurant, and in the other direction Terrigal has a very good choice. For fine dining, The Cowrie, is a must. The Central Coast basically has whatever you want or need. Getting AroundBuses run from the bottom of the driveway, to take you to Westfield Shopping Centre at Tuggerah (5 klm's) Trains run approx every 30 mins to Sydney or Newcastle or beyond. The SpaceThis spacious house has an emphasis on simplicity and comfort, creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It is essentially a country home - not a flash resort - set on 2.5 acres, with 5 resident sheep. It is designed for guests who want space and privacy. The house sleeps up to 9 people. We have four bedrooms: the master and second bedrooms each have queen beds; the third bedroom and fourth bedrooms each have one single bed. A big sunlit reading room has a double sofa bed (innerspring mattress) plus a single bed. Please note that guests need to bring bed linen and towels. We have a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, with most things a cook needs! The main lounge room is spacious with a large screen TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a second lounge room with its own TV/DVD plus a games room with a pool table. There are two bathrooms and an additional WC in the laundry. A highlight is the large back deck overlooking the valley; also a covered front verandah with BBQ. Most guests love our extra large pool. This is an ideal getaway with family or friends. Having said this, we value the peaceful location and our relationship with neighbours. The house is only suited for those who value a quiet getaway. Guest AccessYou will have access to the entire house, yard and paddocks as well as our pool. Interaction with GuestsYou have the property 100% to yourself, so you won't see us at all. Of course, we're available by phone if there is anything that you need. We will provide the essential ingredients for a weekend style breakfast, tea & coffee (we have an espresso coffee machine), lots of cooking essentials in the pantry which you are welcome to use, as well as some treats for your stay. Please note that while we do have mobile Wi-Fi, it is designed to be used only as a back up to your personal data plan. It has limited capacity and excess use will be charged to guests at cost.

    The SpaceSelf contained 'granny flat/studio' in converted garage. Basic clean and comfortable accommodation. We are a busy young family with 2 young toddlers so you may hear some noise during the day times/early evenings. We can provide travel cots, high chairs etc if you are travelling with an infant. The room has a gas heater and electric blanket if it gets cold and there is a fan for warmer days. As the granny flat is below the main house, it stays quite cool, even on the hottest days. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Guest AccessAccomodation as described with kitchenette and own bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and Expressi coffee machine. Feel free to use the garden, sit out on the deck with a bottle of wine ;) There are plenty of options locally for takeaway food or eating out. The local RSL at Ourimbah has great value daily specials and often has entertainment on too. Interaction with GuestsEntirely up to guests. We are a busy family with two young children and we commute to Sydney for work during the week but we are more than happy to socialise with our guests when we are around, should they wish to :) The NeighborhoodWe love the Central Coast! Close to bush and beautiful beaches, whilst still being within easy reach of shops, restaurants and Sydney and Newcastle. The people are friendly and you don't pay for parking! Getting AroundWe are just 700m to the nearest train station. From here you can travel to Gosford (10 mins) Newcastle (40 mins) or Sydney (70 mins). We are 5 mins from the Ourimbah exit of the Pacific Motorway so a great place to stop off if you are travelling North or South. Other Things to NoteThis is basic accommodation, great for those looking for a comfortable but low cost base for exploring the beautiful Central Coast. Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities provided :) There is no TV as we have no reception at the property, but if you bring a laptop or tablet you can use the wifi to watch streamed TV or movies. Please note, we are currently only accepting bookings to early January as we have relatives visiting from the UK. Availability for March onwards will be available upon their departure.

    The SpaceFigtree Cottage is set on just over 50 acres with many activities to enjoy: Have a picnic under the magnificent old tree, bush walking,platypus spotting, fishing in the creek that runs through the property, play tennis on the tennis court, sit on the balcony and enjoy the bird life, toast marshmallows over the fire pit and watch the brilliant stars at night. Guest AccessThe cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed, lounge room, fully functional kitchen, bathroom, balcony and barbecue. The cottage has an outdoor fire pit which can be used by guests, weather and fire regulations permitting. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, tea/coffee, salt/pepper/oil.etc. Linen and towels are provided. Please keep in mind there is limited mobile reception in the valley. Interaction with GuestsA welcome basket including bread, jam, cereal, milk, bacon and freshly layed eggs (from our free range chickens) is provided for your first morning. We will leave you in peace and respect your privacy although you may see us around the property feeding, grooming or riding our horses. The NeighborhoodLocal attractions include Ourimbah State Forest (Bush walking, mountain bike riding), Treetop Adventure Park (including a zip line), Amazement Family Fun Park, Yarramalong store and cafe. Getting AroundThere is no public transport available and your own vehicle will be necessary. Other Things to NoteOur property has numerous animals of all shapes and sizes, you may encounter us working with our horses. We occasionally hold weddings under our beautiful tree. If this occurs during your stay, the tree will be unavailable for picnics for a few hours.(Although always lovely to watch!!!)

    The SpaceThe queen sized bedroom suits either an individual or couple and is on the end of the house. Enjoy the best views of the stunning gardens and bush from your window. The bathroom (complete with bath and separate shower) is right next to your room and is barely used by anyone else. Guest AccessFeel free to watch a movie in the TV room or make a coffee in the kitchen. You may also fancy picking some fresh veg from the garden for lunch, or taking one of the dogs for a walk down to the secret rain-forest to watch the bird life and read a book by the creek. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy hanging out with our guests so if you want some company or someone to show you the area we'd be happy to oblige! Catch Jerome on a good day and he may even be tempted to make a bonfire in the secret rain-forest or take you out on his boat for a spot of fishing....       The SpaceWoodland Cottage is a comfortable place to be; located on an acre of nicely presented land, the views of which are enjoyed from most areas of the house; particularly so from the verandah. The internal space has been recently renovated, allowing for bigger spaces to be enjoyed indoors. Most of the living areas have the original polished, timbered floorboards, which resonate character and a depth of history. The kitchen is well appointed, as is too the bathroom. By the way, the Barbie is on the verandah, waiting to be used. Guest AccessGuests will have full access to all of the house and the carport; in addition to the laundry (which is quaintly, outside). An invitation is extended to all guests to wander around the garden/property, if so desired. Interaction with GuestsAlthough I will not be living at the same address at the duration of your stay at Woodland Cottage, please feel free to contact me regarding any enquiries you might have. Naturally, I will be there to greet you, when you first arrive, and to further explain a few things. Also, it would be lovely to bid you farewell upon your departure. The NeighborhoodAs previously mentioned, this area easily facilitates bush walking; power walking; leisurely strolls; and cycling, Additionally, Fires Creek Winery and Bamboo Buddah Cafe are well worth a visit. And, for those who enjoy horses, we have a pony club in the valley, which often welcomes visitors to the area. If it's a busy, vibrant and energetic place that you want to visit, look no further than Terrigal Beach. Terriagal attracts great numbers of tourists, and locals alike, for its wide selection of restaurants and wine bars. However, if you would prefer something less rushed there is a selecion of other beach locations that are able to provide you with such. Naturally, we have many fine restaurants that you are able to order takeaway from. Getting AroundYour own transport is essential. Other Things to NoteAt this stage, the cottage is not suitable for children of a young age, nor is it ideal for pets. Therefore, no young children and pets are allowed. Also to add, it would be against policy if other guests were invited to stay.

      The SpaceIts a house, its got bedrooms, kitchen/breakfast room, lounge/dining, rumpus room, and a laundry. Now the fun bit, the back deck overlooks the bush down into the valley. Its a fantastic view. There is an outdoor setting for 8, its our fav place to eat dinner. There is also a outdoor setting on the front verandah, I love sitting here when it is raining, you can watch it rain, eat or have a drink, and not get wet. Guest AccessYou have access to the whole house except the Garage and the 5th bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, rumpus room, in addition to the Lounge/Dining room. Interaction with GuestsGuests have complete privacy during their stay. We are generally available to answer questions either on SMS or through the AirBnb app. Alternatively Barbara and Robert, our neighbours on the property are happy to help make your stay with us enjoyable. The NeighborhoodWe are in a very quiet part of the Central Coast but have the advantage of easy access to the motorway, major sporting facilities such as Adcock Park, Mingara Recreational Club, Niagara Park Indoor Sports Centre and Graham Park which is the home ground for the Central Coast Mariners. The Ourimbah Campus of the University of Newcastle is just a 10 minute drive away from us too. Getting AroundDo we have parking? Yes, we have parking, enjoy the luxury of not having to stress about parking. There is plenty of space directly outside and front of the house. Trains You can walk to Niagara Park Station if you want, I often do, step out of the front door and turn RIGHT, walk behind the car port and you will see a path through the bush that brings you out at the top of Sunnybank, its an easy walk down the hill (much harder coming back UP the hill. At the bottom of Sunnybank turn right and the station is a few hundred meters away

Getting AroundWe are 10 mins drive from Tuggerah and Ourimbah railway stations. You can catch a bus to Tuggerah, which is 15mins walk to end of Palmdale Road. We are located close to the F3 Freeway, so if you are driving, it will take you 1.25 hours to Central Sydney and 40mins to Newcastle. Public transport on the Central Coast is not as good as in Europe or Central Sydney, so having your own car is very much a bonus! Other Things to NoteBecause the Central Coast is a seasonal tourist area, there are lots of things to do and see.
