The forest service boundary is on the east border of Mogollon Resort Cabins. Getting AroundHeber Overgaard does not have public transportation. Heber Overgaard is located 2 - 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix at the 6700 ft elevation on the Mogollon Rim of the White Mountains. Other Things to NoteLodging tax is included in the nightly rate.
