The SpaceWe're located in a super nice and quiet neighborhood of 17 homes total. We are a family oriented home, but because I work from home alot I know what it means to also need a quiet place to conduct business.
If you are here for business rest assured there is plenty of room to spread out your paperwork and laptop. I used to consider the RV my home office before I got my own office room in our house. Included in the RV is a table that I found fits perfectly in front of sofa for even more table space.
For those whom come for fun there is FREE outdoor games: horseshoes, frisbee, tire swing, badminton, chess, etc... Guest AccessGuests have access to entire inside of the RV. Guests are also welcomed to walk/run/play in the entire backyard except our immediate backyard area which is marked by paved stones.
No access the backyard shed and no access to inside the home except the laundry room. Guests also get own private parking space close to RV on driveway. Additional cars can safely park on the street. You will get the RV key.
Feel free to pick mint from the flower box out back for mojito time! Interaction with GuestsI will be as involved as you would like me to be.
If you are here for business we will completely respect your privacy and need for peace and quiet. Our home is a good distance from the RV so you wont hear any ruckus. If you are here for fun we can hang out in the front or back yard! Either way its completely up to you. The NeighborhoodDowntown has a fresh local market from early May to early October.
The neighborhood has rabbits running wild, they are harmless and gives us something to look at.
Its a very quiet neighborhood with retirees and working bees alike.
On weekends we awake to the birds. Getting AroundI recommend a car or taxi.
We are close to FM663 and US287 in Midlothian TX, between:
Cedar Hill (to the north)
Waxahachie (to the east)
Maypearl (to the south)
Mansfield (to the west)
All these towns have something special to offer. We are about 27 mins from Jelly Stone and 15 mins from Hawaiian Falls. During Halloween season Screams Amusement Park opens in Waxahachie. In the same spot, during spring weekends they open the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie. See my Guidebook for places I recommend.

Each person gets new toiletries, a set of laundered towels and laundered linens. We don't make up room during your stay, the cleaning is done at departure.
Also since we use it as our home away from home when going to secluded parks we made sure to stock it thoroughly with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, griddle, salad bowls, baking supplies, measuring supplies, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, fans, etc...
No official breakfast. However there is coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks fully stocked.
The RV is fully secured on blocks and stabilizers. Under the master bedroom there is also a tripod stabilizer to eliminate the shaking you typically feel in RV's whom don't have all the stabilizers put on.
As of November '16 we will have a dog on property. Its primary function is a working service dog. He is highly trained and we waited 2 years for him so you don't have to worry about dealing with unruly animals.
