Nothing beats the views in this home! The windows all around bring in natural light and allow you to see the beautiful blue ocean for miles. The tile and stone flooring keep the home cool and blends with the style of your surroundings. The master suite is located upstairs allows you to relax in style and comfort while enjoying the magnificent ocean and white water views from both the bedroom as well as the private deck. The high-beamed ceiling and Spanish flooring give this room a luxurious and spacious feel. The second bedroom is located downstairs and offers a king bed, A/C, and a shared bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a Casita – with a full kitchen and living room. This is a great option for large families or multiple families looking for a little more privacy. The showstopper is the outdoor living space. The expansive backyard is fully landscaped and remodeled to accentuate the breathtaking scenery around it. Guests can kick back and lounge around the gorgeous pool and take a dip to get refreshed and cooled off. Nothing beats swimming in the pool while looking off into the beautiful Chileno Bay and relaxing on lounge furniture to soak up the sun. Enjoy BBQs with family and friends at the outdoor dining table while the sun goes down. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout the entire home, high speed internet (WIFI), private washer/dryer, and parking. This home allows guest to be close to all of the action and fun in town as well. It’s the perfect 'center' location for dining & shopping in either San Jose or Cabo. Golfers will love being within a 10 minute drive to Cabo Real, Palmilla & Cabo Del Sol. Whale watching from your deck is a definite plus as well! The Neighborhood

Cabo San Lucas Mexico began as a small fishing village; today it is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. Filled with adventure, fantasy and plenty of sun, there's no wonder so many people visit Cabo each year. With 360 days of sunshine, there is really no bad time to be in Cabo San Lucas.

Getting Around

Location Info: Location is about halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It is about a mile north of Chilleno Bay and about 2-3 miles north of Playa Santa Maria. Santa Maria is a popular dive location. It is about a 15 minute drive out of Cabo San Lucas along the corridor. It's a 25-30 minute drive from the airport. Community Info: The condo is located in the beautiful gated community of Collina Blanca. This is a small residential community which contains only four houses. There are no time-share resorts or hotels in the immediate vicinity so the community is much quieter and less touristy than a lot of other hotels and vacation rentals nearby. The beach benefits from this as well and is very peaceful. There is an electronic gate for which a code or gate opener is required. Beach Info: The majority of the days the beach in front of the house is very nice and calm and great for swimming. It's less than a minute walk from the home. It is not common at all for there to be large swells in this area, but the few times of the year that there are we would recommend that only experienced swimmers enter the water. Transportation: A rental car is recommended. You can call a taxi any time you need transportation to and from the center of town. It's a 15-20 minute car ride. Grocery Shopping: There is a Walmart and Costco 10 minutes away by car. Restaurants: There are a handful of restaurants just a short car ride away. Surfing: Closest surf breaks are Costa Azul, Old Man's, Zippers and The Rock, which are a 10 min drive from the home.

Other Things to Note

Also, for our guests convenience, the cleaning fee includes an accidental damage security deposit insurance policy which protects our guests for any accidental damage up to $2,000. As a result, we do not need to collect a damage deposit for reservations.

Place's rules
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations: Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed 8 people. 2 daytime visitors are permitted. Day time hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Any additional daytime visitors or overnight guests must be approved in writing by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately (without refund) at the discretion of SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals if the maximum occupancy is exceeded. You may smoke outside the property but we ask that you please pick up all cigarette butts. NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME – a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to the No Party Clause must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date. Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given. This property has a private pool and as a result, the below rules must be followed: Hours permitted for use/Disturbances - Pool and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect the local community and noise ordinances. You and your guests must behave in a civilized manner and respect the rights of the surrounding neighbors and shall not create noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property. Outdoor quiet hour starts at 10 PM and is strictly enforced. You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. Additional complaints will result in an immediate eviction with no refund given.
