The SpaceThe house has a light-filled living area with lounge, dining area and a kitchen with modern appliances which guests have access to. The bathroom, toilet and laundry have all been recently renovated, the rest of the house was renovated 5 years ago. The house has gas heating and overhead fans and is warm in winter and cool in summer. All bedding and linen is supplied. The house is very clean and tidy. There is a peaceful patio and courtyard garden suitable for relaxing and outdoor dining - nice in summer and winter. My front garden has been converted to growing vegetables and fruit trees and it is lovely to sit out there and contemplate the world, I don’t quite grow enough to keep you fully fed – but I am trying, and you are welcome to pick things out of the garden. The house is situated in a quite cul-de-sac and across from a lovely park and with very limited traffic. Guest AccessGuests will have their own private bedroom with a comfortable double bed which is suitable for one person or a couple, there is a wardrobe with space to hang your clothes. You also have access to the shared bathroom, the kitchen (fridge/freezer & kitchen utensils), shared house areas - wi-fi internet connection, TV/DVD (internet TV), iron and ironing board, washing machine, outdoor clothes line &/or inside clothes drying rack and hair dryer. I will provide tea, coffee, cereal, eggs and toast for breakfast and can prepare breakfast for you (subject to my availability and when you get up). Any additional breakfast requests can be organised prior to you arriving for the cost of the food only. I also enjoy cooking and happy to cook for you (subject to my availability) and share a meal with you (and a wine or 2). If you have a hire car there is space to park your car. I am a friendly cheerful person and will make every effort to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. I work full time, sometimes from an office in Subiaco and sometimes from home. I will be there on your arrival to welcome you and show you everything you need to know. I can provide advice about local attractions and facilities, however will respect your privacy and give you space to relax and unwind should that be what you want. The NeighborhoodCentrally located in the quite suburb of Palmyra, a 20 minute bus ride from Fremantle and 30 minute bus ride from Perth. Palmyra is 15 mins drive from Port beach (about 20 mins from Cottesloe) and the Swan river is approximately 30 mins walk. A variety of shops (grocery, butcher, baker, newsagents etc,) are within 10 mins walking distance as well as small number of nice cafes and restaurants as well as a good variety of take away. There is also a farmers market every Sunday within 5 mins walking distance. The lovely George Street precinct of East Fremantle is approximately 25 minutes walk (or you can catch the bus) with great restaurants and wine bars. Getting AroundThe bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house, with regular buses to Fremantle and Perth. Other Things to NotePlease note that my house is a non smoking environment - so there is no smoking in the house or outside in my garden.

The SpaceAn ABN can be provided should you require a receipt for business purposes. Minimum stay of 3 nights applicable. The accommodation comprises a king sized bed, queen sized bed (both with orthopaedic pillow top mattresses) and 2 single beds. We provide bed linen, towels and beach towels (only in summer). Please note however that the use of fake tan is strictly prohibited from our property. For your enjoyment, we have installed a large 42" plasma television, dvd player and stereo. The ultra modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and includes a stone bench top, ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer which makes preparing breakfast or an evening meal an easy task should you so desire. Wireless internet is also included in the price. For the family travelling with a young child, a wooden cot, high chair, baby rocker and stroller are provided at no extra charge. Should you like to own any of the artwork displayed in Welcome Home, it is for sale by well-known local artist Kathy Elizabeth. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop right out the front of the house, taking you into the heart of Fremantle in 5-10 minutes. Walking in takes around 30 minutes. The SpaceIt is open plan light and spacious enjoying the morning sun and privacy in the court yard adjacent to the room. You will have your own bathroom which incorporates a shower, hand basin and toilet. There is a laundry on this level too for your use if need be. I will be available to welcome and guide and interact as much as the guest would like to interact. The NeighborhoodI like the established locality and the access I have to the Swan River especially. There are plenty of trees with birds chirping away happily. I work in Fremantle which is 7 minutes away. I'm close to the coast where I like to swim and walk when time permits. The location is fantastic. Other Things to NoteIn close proximity to public transport - bus 158 and 106 which takes you to Fremantle and Perth through the suburbs along the River.

There is plenty of room to park in front of the garage or several cars on our front verge. A short bus trip will take you to Fremantle where a train can be caught into Perth or a 35 min bus trip will take you into Perth city Getting AroundThere is plenty of room at the front of my house for vehicle parking. Buses can be accessed from 100 mts or 600 mtrs depending on your route; the Fremantle Train has regular service to Perth city. Alternatively great walking paths next to the river; boats and dolphin watching keep you occupied. Other Things to NoteI am owned by two Tonkinese cats - one extremely friendly and the other much more timid. Being on the more stately side of age they are not boisterous nor aggressive. The locations of East Fremantle - with its legendary Swan Riverside location pub – the Left Bank -is walking or cycling distance of only 2 klms and the George Street restaurants. North Fremantle with music entertainment Mojos music venue and its antique stores are at 2klms away from the villa Fremantle markets, bathers beach and all the restaurants are also on your doorstep. If you want to go into the city of Perth, there are buses that run regularly.

    The SpaceThe bedroom has many of the original 1912 features, including high, decorated ceilings. The furniture is all hand made by a local designer/maker, SP furniture. The bathroom is recently renovated and includes toilet, vanity and a large, easy access shower. Guest AccessGuests have access to the bedroom and bathroom, front courtyard and backyard. There is a bbq in the backyard you are welcome to use. For a small additional cost the kitchen facilities can be available. The rest of the house is private. Thank you. The NeighborhoodEast Fremantle is a lovely old suburb with tree lined streets, access to the river, shops and only a very short trip to Fremantle and the beach. It is a quiet family area but in close proximity to many outdoor and cultural activities. There are fantastic local coffee shops, 9 seeds and Puck in particular. Head into Fremantle for a range of shops and restaurants. Getting AroundWe are close to two main bus routes and many activities are an easy walk or bike ride away. There is road parking available at our house if you have a car. Other Things to NoteJill is a qualified English as a Second Language teacher and can offer private lessons for an additional cost. If you love dogs you have come to the right place, our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer, Otto, is very affectionate and loves attention.

    Looking for a place to stay for two weeks (May 14-28) that's cheaper than a hotel and 5 minutes from the town center of Fremantle? We are looking for one or two friendly people to rent out our room for two weeks in our little garden sanctuary home.

    The SpaceMy home has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and two toilets. The two bedrooms both have queen size beds and the main bedroom has a good size TV. There is also an automatic washing machine and dryer for you to use. The front of the house has a grassed area and the backyard has a great courtyard for you to relax in and another outside area that has a lounge, TV and large table. Other outside facilities include a weber barbecue. There is also a single garage with an automatic roller door that provides secure parking. Just a stroll away there are a few parks, the Swan river, water polo pool and children's playground are all in walking distance. At the end of the street you will find public transport, supermarkets, doctors and restaurants and takeaway outlets. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire home. Interaction with GuestsI will be available to meet you on your arrival to show you through my home and to answer any questions you may have. The NeighborhoodBicton is a great riverside location and is close to Fremantle, Swan river (walking distance), parks and beaches. At the end of the street (walking distance) there is a range of take-away food outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and chemist. With a short stroll to the other end of the street is the beautiful Bicton Swan river with barbecue facilities, children's play area, pool and amazing river views. Also the water is picturesque and is great to swim in or fish of the jetty. Also at the end of the street (3 minutes walk) is access to public transport just minutes away. Nearby is Fremantle and the Cappuccino Strip, The Cappuccino Strip is known for its outdoor cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs. At night and especially on the weekends, the Cappuccino Strip is the centre of Fremantle's entertainment preinct with hotels and clubs being open until the early hours. Also in Fremantle is the Fremantle Markets. The Fremantle Markets feature more than 150 stalls featuring local treats, jewellery, souvenirs, fashion, home wares and fresh produce. A short drive will take you to Leighton and Cottesloe beach. Both beaches feature beautiful white sand, turquoise clear water and are great for swimming ,body surfing or just relaxing and enjoying the view to Rottnest Island. Getting AroundMy home is close to public transport which can take you to Fremantle, Perth and the beach. Alternative transport is TAXI or UBER service. The closest ferry service to Rottnest is located just a 5 minute drive away. If you have rented a vehicle my home has secure parking in an area behind a automatic roller door.     My place is very close to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, gourmet shops, banks, river. bus route. 7 mins to fremantle 25 min to Perth city . lots of lovely Parks, short walk to beautiful river area, bike and walking trails. big light kitchen. old style character home.convenient location . My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

    The Space'Cosy on Stratford' sleeps up to five people. The private upstairs air conditioned master bedroom has a queen bed and open plan en suite bathroom. Down stairs consists of a spacious kitchen with all amenities, a neat open plan lounge area with TV, a second bedroom consisting of bunk beds with a double bottom bunk and single top also with private en suite. The bunk beds are suitable for children and teenagers. Sit and enjoy the fresh air in one of the two private court yards belonging to the property. A third toilet is located off the laundry room which houses a washing machine and clothes dryer. An outside clothesline is also provided in the smaller of the court yards. Guest AccessGuests have exclusive use of the property and parking for one car in a dedicated off street car parking bay. Interaction with GuestsI am available by phone (sms preferred) or email. I live close by so can attend the property quickly if an emergency arises. The NeighborhoodTucked away just off Canning Highway the best that East Freo has to offer is just on your doorstep. Local shops, multiple take-aways and a deli are just a short walk away. Not forgetting only a few minutes drive and you can be on East Street Jetty waiting to board one of the many local River Cruises. Alternatively you could just relax while having a drink or lunch over looking the wonderful view from well known local bar The Left Bank. For a more formal dining experience enjoy a fabulous meal on George St in East Fremantle where boutique restaurants compete for your attention. George Street is ideal for a ladies pampering day with hair dressing/nail salons, yoga studio, designer boutiques and healthy cafes. Point Walter reserve and golf club are located next to the Swan River, where you can walk along the cycle way or relax over coffee. A few minutes further and you can be in the heart of Fremantle enjoying shopping,the local markets or a stroll down the cappuccino strip. The choice is yours. Getting AroundIt is very easy to catch a public bus from Canning Highway (1 minutes walk) to Fremantle. From there you can explore Fremantle on the free CAT buses which stop at every major tourist spot, or catch the train to Perth.
