Just steps away you will find a shopping center with a major market and many small specialty eateries and shops. Main Street Park, the Library and Heritage Performance Hall are all part of the neighborhood. In spite of its terrific location, the neighborhood is quiet (well, if a parade is happening, there might be a bit of excitement just one block away) and is very safe. Parking is available in the driveway with additional, secure parking available in a small lot located just next door.
The renowned Utah Shakespeare Festival is a short 10 minute stroll along shady, tree lined streets. Walking and bicycle trails around town and up Hi-way 14 can be accessed right from the cottage. Access to Interstate 15 and Highway 14 up Cedar Mountain to Navajo Lake and Duck Creek is just a few blocks away. This guest cottage is truly located in the heart of the town making walking everywhere a great option.
The property itself sits on 1/3 of an acre and is filled with English style country gardens, our seasonal vegetable garden, shady nooks and crannies to relax in and a small fruit orchard with apple, cherry, apricot, pear and plum trees. No big Industrial buildings or concrete jungles around here....just peaceful and lovely gardens to nurture you during your stay. And we hope you will stay....for a night, a weekend or longer.
