The SpaceIdeal for a family of up to 6 people, our private home is available for rent from May 2017.
The entire living space is on the upper level - 2 main bedrooms (one is more of an open space gallery), 2 bathrooms - one with shower/bath connected to the master bedroom. The ground floor is where the kitchen, living room, TV room and dining area is. From the dining area, there is sliding door that leads out to a large backyard with a nice wooden deck.
Upstairs there's the main bedroom with a king size bed, an open space gallery with two single beds for kids, as well as a smaller room that we use as an office - with a connected bathroom w/shower.
Wood, bricks and a high ceiling are what you'll notice when you first walk in, gives a nice homey feeling.
The essentials are close by, by foot: supermarket, playground, cafes and an Italian restaurant. There's even a bakery open from 6:30am, just around the corner.
And if you're looking for the beaches, you've got Sdot Yam beach and Caesarea's HaKshatot Beach just 10 minutes away by car. We're also a 5-7 minute drive from the '6' highway, which will take you pretty much anywhere, north or south.
There's air conditioning in the living room, as well as in the master bedroom, the upstairs office, and the TV room downstairs. There are plenty of fans for the rest of the rooms if necessary. There's Wifi, and parking is right outside the door.
Ideally, we would love to rent the house out to a family for a long period of time but are open to shorter stays.
For more information, please contact me (Eyal) Guest AccessWe have a room in the house that my wife uses as an Arts & Crafts workshop, and naturally it contains many materials that we would like to keep away from children. We'll keep this room locked, however this won't inconvenience you, as it's located downstairs, away from the main areas. Also, this room is not counted in the number of rooms listed.
You're free to use everything else. You have access to Wifi, flatscreen TV with a quick hookup to a laptop, and lemons on the tree!
