The main room has two queen beds, two dressers, nightstand, clock radio, electric fireplace and 24" flat screen SMART TV with a DVD player for your entertainment. The other side of the divider has an office area with a writing desk, books for you to browse and a cozy twin bed. This makes a great kids room, extra room, etc.
Just outside the upstairs door is a 12x20 deck with seating. Enjoy a starlit night from your 2nd story observatory, and if you choose, you can even sleep under the stars with your own airbed.
A small charcoal grill is available for your use, as are all of the outdoor spaces on our properties. We have a (seasonal) fire pit area, a covered gazebo with a dining table and seating for 6, an umbrella table on the patio that seats 4, and a cute little table for two on the front porch. Subject to seasons, of course!

You will be away from the hectic city life, here with us, in a town of less than 600 friendly people. From the house, you are within walking distance of two stores where you can grab a pizza, a beer or some locally made Ale-8-1, hit the tanning beds or do your laundry! Within a 15 minute to one hour's drive, you can do anything you choose! We are 24 miles from Lexington or Georgetown (Toyota is there!) and within 90 minutes you can be in Louisville or Cincinnati, Ohio.
