Just recently opened up our home to transients - if you are a business traveler, on vacation, a travelling nurse or on any short assignment, in transition to a more permanent home, on short-term training, etc., this is the perfect place to be, a place to go "home" to instead of a cold and impersonal hotel room, make new friends, and better yet, pay just a fraction of the cost! Plus we have a guest friendly dog who would greet you at the door every time you walk in the house. A very nice split level townhome, 3 BR, 3 Full BA and 1 powder room, more contemporary, sits on a quiet and newer neighborhood in SE Aurora 80016, 3+ mi away to Southlands Mall, the city's newest mall. We're located right off Gartrell exit on E 470 for easy access to the freeway off to Denver or DIA, and to DTC via Arapahoe Rd, with small shopping center right across the development on S. Gartrell Rd with Super Target, Starbucks, Walgreens, Chinese Restaurant, day spa, etc. On the other side is Safeway, Italian restaurant Wholly Cannoli, Parkway Bar and Grill, liquor store, etc. The guest bedroom is fully furnished with memory foam full bed, study table and chair, closet, satellite TV and access to WiFi. It has a full bath just outside the guest room dedicated for guest's use. There's plenty of off-street parking and you will always have a spot regardless of how late you get home. Plus enjoy the heated outdoor community pool open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day! A little about your host family, we are a currently a family of 3, my husband, myself and our 11 year old daughter. We have 7 children and 7 grandchildren. One of my greatest hobbies is collecting frogs...so if you come from another country feel free to bring a small frog to add to my curio cabinet ( I also have a live frog). Our family has had the most wonderful experience of hosting guests when their jobs brought them from out of town to hosting foreign exchange students. It is a natural part of our family to make everyone feel welcome and to enjoy in great conversation, or sharing a movie, or even a game of Uno attack. We have a two story house, all rooms are on 2nd floor. Our house is cozy and we love it..... Shared full bath, shared laundry room, full access to kitchen, Close to Southlands Mall and E470. Curbside parking. This is PERFECT for Business, leisure travel, or students far from home. Let us be your family away from home . The SpaceWe are about 5 min from I-25 & C470 and light rail which will get you just about anywhere you need to go. Your room accommodates 2 and includes a desk, high speed internet, iHome station, king size bed, LED TV w/cable, dresser, and private bath. Guest AccessIn addition to your private space (bedroom and bathroom) you will have access to the laundry room (located in hallway just outside your room), kitchen, and patio with gas firepit. Interaction with GuestsMy wife and I are self employed and work inconsistent schedules, but we are typically home in the evenings. If our schedules line up with you in the morning we are happy to offer breakfast and if not, you are welcome to help yourself to the fridge and pantry with cereal options, eggs, milk, soy milk, and juice. Please know that we do have 2 Pomeranian 10lb dogs, but are kept in a gated portion of the kitchen when we are not home. There is a light rail station 5 minutes away as well as bus stops within a short driving distance. We have plenty of free parking right in front of the house for your car.

Smoking is allowed outside. Well behaved dogs are also welcome, but cleaning fee will be $50 because of hair. Check in time is flexible but check out time is 11:00 am unless previous arrangement is made with host. Any check out after 5 pm will be charged an additional day fee. Interaction with Guests I live upstairs and am available to help with information, directions, or tips about the area, or an occasional ride to the light rail station. Upon arrival, you will find fresh fruit and cheeses in the refrigerator and a variety of heath bars, or muffins, biscotti, dried fruit, pastries, etc. on your table. This can be substituted for cereals, milk, orange juice, bread for toast, etc. All condiments such as sugar, salt/pepper, mustard & ketchup, etc. are available. Please inform me about any allergies to specific foods and I will accommodate as needed. Please note: the apartment is warm and cozy in the winter, but the furnace does make an occasional clicking sound. Most guests are not impacted by the noise, but white noise machines are provided if this becomes a problem. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet neighborhood with access to open spaces. Getting AroundDriving a rental car is the best, of course, but bus to the light rail is another possibility. Other Things to NoteThis is a quiet suburban neighborhood just out of hearing distance of a town park with a wonderful swimming pool and a playground. There are many children’s activities offered at the library which can be accessed through a tunnel. There are several unique local restaurant choices in Parker along with your usual fast food chains. You will be able to visit a farmer’s market on Sundays in the summer and watch a movie outside in the park on Saturday nights. Summer festivals bring other entertainment like craft fairs and carnivals.

The SpaceWe are in a beautiful, quiet suburb about 35min away from central Denver. We have mountain views from all areas of our home and a patio to sit and relax. The room is in the left corner of the 1st floor all to itself and has an attached private bathroom, 32" TV with Apple TV for streaming complimentary Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, YouTube, Live TV and News, Radio and more or AirPlay from your Apple device. The bed is a queen platform with a comfortable 10" density memory foam mattress and fresh sheets. Closet available with hangers, extra pillows and comforter. Welcome basket included and small bottle of wine (21 or older) for Friday or Saturday night stays. Your room is equipped with a personal Lasko heater/fan. Central Heating/AC is on as well based on weather conditions. Views of the front range can be seen from your window and is lovely to watch the fiery sunset. Guest AccessMain Floor: Kitchen- Access to refrigerator/freezer for storage. Silverware, Plates, Cups, filtered water and spices are all available for use. Large grocery store right across the street so you can prepare a gourmet meal in our kitchen if you desire! The NeighborhoodQuiet, peaceful, serene area with rocky mountain views every which way you go. We are in a community called Tallyn's Reach that is compromised primarily of lovely single family homes. Our area is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city but also close enough to head in whenever. We are a few minutes away from the 470 Highway to get you around quickly. I-25 and I-70 are both about 15 minutes away. Downtown Denver is about 30min away. Getting AroundThere is a light rail station 18min away and a bus station about 2 miles down the road I can arrange private transport in style at a fair price to/from DIA airport as we are only about 25min away or anywhere else you may require. I also offer an all inclusive transportation package which you can inquire about and will work with your itinerary. Other Things to NoteWe have a 3 1/2 year old greyhound/rhodesian ridgeback mix puppy. Her name is Shanti and she never barks and is a very friendly and playful dog. Pets are welcome but please inquire prior to instant booking or during booking. A one time cleaning fee of $20 per stay will need to be added to the final booking charge. The SpaceThis 4,500 sq. foot home on 5 acres is a 5 minute drive to the Colorado Horse Park which is the home to world class equestrian events throughout the spring, summer and fall. The home can be rented out in it's entirety or the the owner can be in residence and individual bedrooms can be rented. Guest AccessGuests have access to the kitchen and will be provided with a full-size private refrigerator. They will also have access to a huge family room with a TV area and pool table. We are friendly folks, just not available very often. The NeighborhoodIt is a quiet family neighborhood in a safe area. There are nearby gyms, restaurants, entertainment, wonderful schools, and anything that you could ask for is close by. Getting AroundThere are buses that run on Lincoln Ave, and the light rail runs from the Lone Tree Lincoln Avenue station to downtown Denver. Other Things to NoteWe are in a suburban neighborhood with a pool and hot to access during the summer.

The SpaceFirst of all, this room is not in Denver. This place is 30 minutes S/E of Denver assuming you have your own transportation. In the true spirit of Airbnb I have the perfect little space for you lay your head when the high price of a hotel room just won't do. For just $30 a night, I'm offering a very comfortable twin size real bed. This room does not have cable TV. Over the air channels are available via a DTV box and rabbit ears :-) High speed wireless internet is available for your use. My condo has two bathrooms. I have my own private bathroom and the other one is for guests. If my other bedroom gets rented out during your stay you'll have to share that bathroom. I live in a very nice neighborhood where you'll find shopping, movies, restaurants and much more all within a 5 minute drive of my condo. There is a park within walking distance and plenty of paved trails to walk or jog on. Maximum stay in this room is 30 days. Minimum stay is one night. I'm 30 minutes from downtown Denver, 13 miles South of Buckley Air Force Base, and 7 miles East of Centennial airport. ***This place is great if you have a car. It takes an hour and a half to get to Denver by bus and the nearest bus stop is about a mile away... uphill. Other Things to NoteI live on the top floor of a two story building so if you have trouble climbing stairs this is not the place for you :-(

The SpaceOur home is a cozy, warm and welcoming environment. Our family has grown with the birth of our son, TJ, in July 2016. Know that your room is located on the opposite side of the 2nd floor and TJ is sleeping through the night starting at 8pm. We also have two kitties named Ellie and Nanette, a turtle named Michelle and our plecco, Rocky. Our main floor has a small sitting room, gourmet kitchen, dining room and a large living room with a 65" tv, blu ray player, cable TV (With all premium channels) and access to Netflix. Upstairs you will find another living room with a 40" TV, blu ray, Xbox ONE and Super Nintendo. We have a selection of HUNDREDS of blu ray movies. There is also a desktop computer, wireless printer and WIFI access. Laundry is available on the second floor as well. Your room is also located on the second floor, it has a comfy queen sized bed, 60" HDTV and blu ray. Our front yard is finished w/ a large front patio. We are nearly finished landscaping the back yard, you have access to the large back paver patio, fire pit, and grill. There is a very LARGE park at the end of our block. Our home does also include a home security system with 2 exterior cameras. Guest AccessYou will have access to the entire house except for the other bedrooms and our unfinished basement. We ask that you keep noise low after 10 pm as we work early mornings. You may also use our laundry room, which includes a Samsung HE front load washer and dryer and iron/ironing board. We also have a HUGE community pool that is open seasonally from 10 am to 8 pm, you will have access to the pool as well, just let us know if you would like to use it. You can also park in our garage. Interaction with GuestsWe are young couple who love making new friends. You are welcome to join us while we watch our favorite shows (Game of Thrones anyone?) or to just hang out. While we cannot promise meals as they are not included in the price, if we are cooking and you are home, you can join us! We also have one request... when you get home please send us a post card!!! The NeighborhoodFriendly, new neighborhood with several parks and a pool! This is VERY new neighborhood and the constriction is nearing completion for our section. Construction begins around 7AM and ends around 6-7PM. This does cause some noise during the day. Getting AroundRTD is a great public transit and the nearest bus stop is a quick 20 minute walk. We do recommend that you have your own mode of transportation as, it can take quite a while to get places with RTD. If needed, we are within a 10 minute drive to Southlands mall. Other Things to NoteOur home is close to E470 and 20 minutes from DIA. We can also pick you up from the airport with prior notification, if our schedule allows it.

The SpaceThere is bed space for five adults (one queen, one twin, and one queen pull out), with plenty of room to flop out. If you bring your own air mattresses/sleeping beds, more people can be accommodated. There is also a pack & play pen available for a baby. The desk space is a fold out approximately 32" x 18". Guest AccessThe basement is accessed via a keyed sliding glass door at the rear of the house in the back yard. Parking is on the driveway. Interaction with GuestsWe are often home periodically throughout the day and evening so we will do our best to help and accommodate your needs. While I have two small children, we will respect your quiet time. We do get up around 6:30-7:30am and will typically stay on the upper level of the house so as to not disturb you if you are sleeping. However, if we do happen to disturb you, please give me a chance to remedy the situation by messaging me through Airbnb. We have had guests who have wanted to sleep in later than that and letting us know will ensure we do not inadvertently affect that. I also have one small dog; however, your interaction with him will be minimized and he does not have access to nor spend any time in the basement. The NeighborhoodWe are located in the Stonegate neighborhood which is quiet and family friendly. Open space with park and jogging trail is quickly accessible. Shopping complex with grocery store is just around the corner on Jordan Road as well as Challenger Regional Park and the Parker Recreation Center. The Cherry Creek Regional Trail is nearby as well which runs north into downtown Denver and south to Franktown. Getting AroundIt's a quick ten minute walk to the Lincoln and Jordan Park & Ride for bus transportation, otherwise you will need a vehicle. I-25 and the Lincoln Station for lightrail is an easy ten minute drive. E-470 is only four minutes away and provides convenient access to Denver International Airport and the northern Denver metro area although this is a toll highway. Other Things to NotePlease note that 1) while there is a large screen TV available for watching DVDs, there is no cable/satellite/over-air programming available; 2) there is a sump pump in the back of the rec room area that runs very intermittently for a few seconds to purge water from the foundation and while the sound is distinguishable it is not loud or distracting; and 3) there are no kitchen/cooking amenities other than the microwave and toaster oven.

I am about 1 mile (easy walking distance) from downtown Parker. There are restaurants, parks, bike paths and movie theaters. Many activities occur there in the summertime; Parker Days, Art shows, wine walks and other festivals. Getting AroundYou will need your own vehicle. I have free on or off street parking. Parker: Park & Ride is less than a mile from house; buses only run weekday mornings and evenings. I do know a taxi driver who I can give you his name upon booking. Other Things to NoteMy desire is to provide a safe place for individuals who may have various food allergies and to those who enjoy a cup of tea (I do have a coffee maker). My home is gluten (wheat, rye, and barley) and cow milk (casein) free environment. Safe for most Celiac individuals. I do have nuts and an occasional 20-year-old daughter(s), who come home from college. All cleaning products are tea tree oil based and contain no harsh chemicals. Safe for those with who need to avoid the allergens of harsh chemicals.

There is a trampoline outside. There are game tables in the basement. Please do not go into bedrooms other than yours. The driveway is graded a few times a year and there are snow fences to keep it clear. Unfortunately due to theft and animal abuse there are security cameras in the living room, dining room, kitchen, game room and barn. There are no cameras in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Footage is not even watched unless there is a problem and is deleted when you check out. Interaction with GuestsI work full time 7 days a week. I come home between 2 and 4 daily. Horse back riding lessons and therapeutic massage are available for an additional charge. The NeighborhoodThere are lots of small acreage lots. We are on 35 acres. There is a gas station 10 minutes away from the house. It has a liquor store, take out, soft serve ice cream and other items. All other stores are 30 minutes away. Getting AroundThis location is rural. It is 30 minutes to the town of Parker. 30 minutes to the town of Elizabeth and 30 minutes to southlands mall in Aurora. Other Things to NoteCheck in is between 4pm and 8pm. Verizon doesnt work here. I have two large dogs one of whom takes a day to get to know you but then wont stop begging for affection.

The SpacePrivate room with TWIN bed, dresser with mirror attached. Condo has two bathrooms. I have a private bathroom attached to my room. If the office bedroom gets rented out during your stay you will have to share the bathroom. A washer and dryer are on the premises and you will have full use of the kitchen. Wireless internet is also included. The room does not have cable TV but you can watch TV channels that are broadcast over the air. I live in a very nice neighborhood. There is a park within walking distance and plenty of paved trails to walk or jog on. Southlands outdoor mall is just a five minute drive away. There you will find great restaurants, a movie theater, car wash, and much, much more! 30 minutes from downtown Denver. 13 miles south of Buckley Air Force Base. 7 miles east of Centennial Airport *** This place is great if you have a car. It takes an hour and a half to get to Denver by bus and the nearest bus stop is about a mile away. Other Things to NoteI live on the top floor of my condo building so be ready to walk up about 20 steps. There is no elevator here. This room is for one human person only. I do not allow overnight visits of extra guests. If there are two of you or you are planning an overnight visit with one of your friends, girlfriend, boyfriend or pet, please find a listing that will accommodate that.

The SpaceWe are in a beautiful, quiet suburb about 30min away from central Denver. We have mountain views from all areas of our home and a patio to sit and relax. The room is on the top floor of our home in the corner all to itself and has an attached private jack and jill bathroom, 50" TV with Apple TV for streaming complimentary Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, YouTube, Live TV and news, radio and more or Airplay from your Apple device. The bed is a queen with a comfortable pillow top mattress and fresh sheets. Closet available with hangers, extra pillows and comforter. Welcome basket included and small bottle of wine (21 or older) for Friday or Saturday night stays. Your room is equipped with a personal Lasko heater/fan. Central Heating/AC is on as well based on weather conditions. Views of the lovely Pikes Peak (America's Mountain) can be seen from the window. Our area is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city but also close enough to head in whenever. We are a few minutes away from the 470 Highway to get you around quickly. I-25 and I-70 are both about 15 minutes away. Downtown Denver is about 30min away. Getting AroundThere is a light rail station 18min away and the Southlands Mall bus station about 2 miles down the road. We will offer complimentary transport to and from the bus station should you require it. The bus will take you to the 9 Mile Station that can take you downtown or towards the airport via Rail. I can also arrange private transport in style at a fair price to/from DIA airport as we are only about 30min away or anywhere else you may require. The SpaceYou will have access to our upstairs private guest wing. There are 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom with double sinks. Both rooms are included in the price. Our Colorado room features a Select Comfort/Sleep Number queen mattress. The other room has a comfortable twin bed with a trundle (twin size) if needed. You may use our kitchen eating area, refrigerator, sunroom, outdoor spaces, living room and family room. Coffee, tea and other drinks are always available. In the morning, you will have your choice of light breakfast items such as oatmeal, banana bread, cereal and yogurt. Getting AroundWe are 30 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA) and downtown Denver. There is a toll road that is the most direct route from DIA but you can also bypass the toll road and take other routes. The RTD Light Rail station is approximately 4 miles. The Denver Tech Center is about 20 minutes. Colorado Horse Park is 17 minutes southeast of us. In addition to Denver area attractions, we are approximately 1-1.5 hours to seven state parks (some are only minutes away), Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Fort Collins and Boulder. The SpaceEntering through a private large entrance which is located on the west side of the home, you find large accommodations in the 2500 sq ft private walk out basement. 1 bedroom/1 full bath, walk in closet and fully decorated. The space is our recreational space, and includes a pool table and is somewhat of a glorified toy room. The gallery kitchen has a plenty of space and is stocked with utensils for cooking. The covered porch is generous and provides a beautiful view of the property. Guest AccessThe entire downstairs is private and separated from the main home by a locked door. Only the apartment is accessible to guests. Interaction with GuestsWe are onsite owners of the home. The NeighborhoodWe are in an executive neighborhood located in at the end of a cul-de-sac. The area is very private and quite. Serene. Getting AroundLocated close to Parker Road and Arapahoe Road. Currently the road directly in front of the development is being widened. There will be construction and alternative routes are necessary. We are close to the Centennial Airport, the DTC, and quick access to E-470, 20 minutes to the Denver Airport. Other Things to NoteVery close to main traffic arteries making it easy to get anywhere in the city, and also remote enough for a nice, peaceful and private setting to get away from it all.
