The SpaceThis beautiful hut has sometimes been mistaken for a traditional gypsy caravan because of its colourful and ornate exterior. It sits on a 100 year-old traditional axle within its own enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. The hut is easily heated by an original miniature wood-burning stove or a small oil-filled heater. The comfortable double bed has a new, quality mattress and linen. Furnishings include a beautiful patchwork quilt, antique china and silver, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee-making facilities, a microwave and a small sink with running water. Ample storage, including a small wardrobe, means that the space can remain clutter-free during your stay. There is free wifi access available at all times. There is a new bathroom/laundry with tiled shower for private guest use approximately 20 metres away in the main house. All towels and linen are supplied. Our desire is to provide you with a clean, comfortable, relaxing and beautiful environment. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to relax in the garden or to sit on the expansive, very sunny deck. The bathroom/laundry for guest use is located about 20 metres from the hut in the main house. If you require more space, you have the use of a large activity room situated right next to the hut. This contains a comfortable sofa and chairs and a good quality table tennis table. Off street parking is available if required. We eat fresh, healthy and fairly simple food and would be happy to share our dinner with you with some advance notice at a cost of $20 per meal. Breakfast ingredients, including homemade muesli, fresh bread, spreads, fruit in season, milk and tea and coffee are available in the hut, along with quality crockery and cutlery.
