Karen works from home and whirs away in her upstairs office most days. The general vibe is quiet, easy going and friendly.
The double bedroom has a queen sized bed, large double wardrobe and french doors. The main bathroom has a good shower and bath.
[Two single beds are also available instead if required.]
There is a large lounge area, upstairs mezzanine sitting area for curling up with a book, and another sitting room with a smaller TV for a more intimate spot to relax.

I'm very patient if English is a your second language. When I'm in work mode I tend to tuck myself away, and leave you to relax or go off on an adventure around nearby beaches. It's always nice to share the odd meal or two but entirely up to you. The NeighborhoodBEACHES
