Built on 9,043.96 square meters, the 20 Ocean Lofts are two level houses nestled within the lush tropical landscaping of a private and peaceful enclave. Blended seamlessly into the tropical landscaping is a shared social area with pool, reserved exclusively for use by the Ocean Loft owners and their guests, providing a casual shaded setting for relaxing and entertaining. The Ocean Lofts are steps form the beach, a short stroll over the flat stone footpaths that wind through the community to the sand. A shared car park insures the serenity of the enclave, allowing owners to park at the entrance of the community and be driven by golf cart from their cars to their front doors. Each loft has between 178 to 202 square meters under roof which include covered terraces with beautiful ocean views.
