our beautiful resort style home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We are located on the fabulous Pelican Waters Gold Course, and we overlook a huge lake full of birdlife. We are 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants.

In the "west wing", there are three spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry. Guest AccessAccess to the home is through the front door, and your home is on the one level, including all areas of the home except the office, garage and upstairs apartment which are not part of the airbnb arrangement. Our home is not suitable for children under 8. The hosts, Karen and Ted respect your privacy, and will be staying in the local area, so they are on hand to assist with any special requirements. Pelican Waters is a residential area so no parties please. Interaction with GuestsKaren and Ted, have local knowledge of the area, best surfing spots, fishing, kite surfing etc. Suggested restaurants, a folder on sightseeing must do's, where to hire equipment etc. We really would love you to enjoy your stay, so please let us know if you would like to borrow sporting equipment,kayaks, a fishing rod, beach towels etc. The NeighborhoodPelican Waters is a best kept secret of Caloundra. When other areas in Caloundra are busy, you can retreat to Pelican for peace and quiet, and shop at the Pelican Waters shopping centre without having to line up! Only one hour from Brisbane. Getting AroundAlthough you will probably prefer to come by car, there is public transport down the road. The bus route for Pelican Waters is Route 609, and the bus stops on the Pelican Waters Boulevard 200m down the road at Agincourt. You may like to park off road either in front of our garage door, or on the block across the road. Other Things to NoteWe both have been involved in sport, so if you are a sports person and need to store your special sporting equipment safely, let us know. Ted can also lend you a bike, pump up yours, help replace punctures etc.

        Newly Relisted!!! Quiet renovated house only 150 mtrs from the calm waters of the beautiful Pumicestone Passage. The whole of Golden Beach is flat with wide streets, so it's perfect for bike riding. Short walk from the back gate (or drive) to all conveniences. Coles, Woolworths, Newsagent, Bakery, Tavern & bottleshop, Power Boat Club etc. Catching the courtesy bus home from the local service clubs is also a great option. The scenic small boat tour that leaves from the Tavern most days. Pelican Waters Golf Course is only 5 minute drive. Australia Zoo approx. 30 minutes drive. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in robe in main bedroom, built in wardrobes in all other bedrooms, lounge room and another separate TV room.                           Great place to come for a sunny holiday!! Great outdoor entertaining area with BBQ to accommodate large families, large yard with big trampoline for kids. Nice to just relax by the pool or only 15min walk to the beach or 5mins to playground by the water. Also if your a keen golfer, Pelican Golf course 5min away. Australia Zoo only 20min Drive and local Woolies just around the corner. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and large families (with kids).
