The SpaceA fabulous 5 bedroomed house, modern design easily accommodates three families. On the ground level, marble flooring, king size bedroom, bathroom and large living area. The upper level consists of four bedrooms (main room with WIR, en-suite and spa bath), utility room, family bathroom, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher & coffee machine (capsules), living area and deck. All bedrooms have expansive wardrobe/storage space, blinds and block out curtains. The house has very efficient reverse cycle air conditioning operating on two separate systems upstairs and downstairs and both internal and external solar shades. WiFi and cot are available on request.

Explore some of the great local galleries and wineries including award winning Capel Vale Winery. There is a small reserve just across from the house with a children's playground for younger children and a tennis court near the community centre (5 min walk away). Also just around the corner (5 mins stroll) on Peppermint Grove Terrace you will see the entrance to a new pathway that takes you up to the newly constructed lookout. The lookout has 119 steps in 14 step intervals, so plenty of time to rest on the way up. At the top you are rewarded with magnificent views of Peppy Beach and the wetlands.
The property is only a 20 minute drive to either Bunbury or Busselton, and 45 minutes to Margaret River. The small town of Capel is 10 minutes away by car and can provide for all your grocery needs, post office, video shop, gourmet pasta & pizza as well as a beauty parlour (Blue Door).
There is plenty to do in the area in addition to the huge number of wineries. For example in Bunbunry there is the Dolphin Discovery Centre, in Busselton the jetty with the underwater observatory, Wonky Windmill Farm & Eco Park. In the Dunsborough area you have the Countrylife Farm and between September and December you can go on a sunset Whale Watch Tour. Margaret River/Yallingup you have the caves, Berry Farm, the Naturalistic Reptile Park, mazes & mini golf. Then there is The Ferguson Valley with Gnomeville! Getting AroundThe Farmers Market is on the outskirts of Bunbury, so you go right past it on the Australind bypass (address is: 2 Vittoria Road, Glen Iris) It is open; Weekdays: 8am - 6pm, Saturday: 8am - 5pm, Sunday: 9am - 4pm. There is also a very conveniently located Woolworths at 63, Sandridge Road, Bunbury, which is just a few minutes off the Australind/Bunbury bypass roundabout in Bunbury.
Capel Vale Winery is open 7 days 10am - 4pm and their Match Restaurant is open Thursday to Monday 11:30am to 3pm.
Capel is a small town with an IGA, butcher, chemist, new bakery/cafe, 3 other cafes, bank, pub, petrol station, library, etc. If you want to pick up pizza/pasta 5 mins from the house Waldos are open Wednesday to Sunday from 4.30pm. If you call as you reach Bunbury it should be ready when you arrive (ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). If you would like a copy of their menu let me know and I will email one through.
