The SpaceThe room is very private with a king size bed beautiful bathroom. Air-conditioned with a TV, Fridge and Tea and coffee making facilities. We are located in great position just a few minutes walk to the beach, village, shops, restaurants and public transport. The town of Peregian has recently been given an upgrade, with a new shopping precinct including several new restaurants, a medical centre, and assorted shops. Several other shops have recently been renovated. It has low density, a town square, markets and original music events, good food, independent traders, unique designers, and is surrounded by natural parks.  Peregian Originals is a popular community event held on the 2nd Sunday of each month in the park behind the Surf Club showcasing original live music. The SpaceBookings are only accepted from guests with full profiles, verifications and a photo. As it is my home, not a rental property, I like to know a bit about my guests in advance. My character home is close to the beach and cafes/shops and backs onto the southern section of Noosa National Park. One bathroom with shower over spa bath. Electronic bidet available. Two double bedrooms, one with queen bed. Organic cotton sheets. Latex mattress on queen, latex overlay on chiropractic mattress on double. There is a third bedroom which is my office and this has it's own external access. There is a permanent resident in the ground floor flat but there is good sound insulation and you won't hear anything. It is a pleasant 5 minute walk to beach or a 10 minute walk to shops/cafes via choice of 4 routes - bush, beach, quiet bush lined street with duck pond or a path you can use with an option to avoid the road skirting the community garden and tennis courts. Courts are available to hire. There are amazing cafes here in Peregian. Everything you could want - genuine French bakery, German bakery, award winning gourmet restaurant, Japanese sushi, tapas, dumpling bar, Indian, Thai, gourmet wood fired pizza...and the list goes on.... Bus stop is approximately 150 metres. It is a quiet neighbourhood apart from waking to a cacophony of bird sounds or the distant sounds of frogs if there has been rain. It is only a 10 minute drive to Noosa main beach/restaurants/shops. There are free buses into Noosa during peak holiday periods at Christmas and Easter as parking can be a problem at these times. You are welcome to use body boards but sorry, not the surfboards. They are available to hire at the nearby shops though. No air conditioning but ceiling fans in both bedrooms, dining area and lounge. Guest AccessThere are stairs from the street to access the home so may not be suitable for the elderly. The NeighborhoodPeregian Beach is unique with its village atmosphere and being encapsulated by beach and forest (national park) yet having an abundance of facilities and a large range of cafes and restaurants. Getting AroundYou need to park on the street although you can tuck in behind my car which is well off the road. If my car is elsewhere you will have a waterproof awning over the car. A tip for parking at the shops if it is market day (1st and 3rd Sundays) is to park at the kindergarten/tennis court parking area and walk up the lane next to the hotel (a locals secret as it can get very busy sometimes). Over Xmas and Easter there is a free bus into Noosa beach. Other Things to NoteAs this is my home and I have a lot of delicate items and things that are precious to me at child height I do not generally rent to young families. Pre-crawling babies are fine, as are children trained in the art of respecting other people's treasures! My garden is precious to me. In summer I have to get someone to water pot plants on the decks, and some garden items, but if you are here for an extended period and are willing to water them you won't have the intrusion of someone else being around. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is a sleepy , tranquil place with prestigious, high quality and proudly maintained homes. Getting AroundBuses operate from David Low Way to Noosa and Maroochydore. These are usually free, hop on/hop off during holiday seasons, but may have a small fare in other times. Other Things to NotePEREGIAN BEACH MARKETS (500m) The Peregian Beach Markets are held the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, 7am – 12.30pm, in the beautiful surroundings of Kingfisher Park on Kingfisher Drive at Peregian Beach. If there are five Sundays in December or January an extra market will be held on that day. NOOSA NATIONAL PARK (20 min drive) Noosa National Park encompasses an area of more than 4,000 hectares, including sections surrounding Lake Weyba, Peregian and Coolum. Noosa National Park is extremely important for nature conservation and is home to several rare and threatened species. Noosa National Park is loved by locals and tourists alike. SURFING ( everywhere ) Some of the worlds best surfing spots are located in this area. Noosa shire has some of the best surfing points in Australia. It rivals any of its' more well known Gold coast point breaks minus the high-rise along it's foreshore. Blessed with the foresight of the earlier councils, Noosa set aside 4,000 hectares to form Noosa National Park. 4000 hectares of natural bush land, a winding track following unspoilt headlands. Your morning greeted with long glassy conditions and surfers running to get amongst some of the best surf anywhere in the world. The SpaceThis 3-levelled Beach House, is an ideal residence for your family to enjoy that quintessential beachside holiday in a highly sought after location in Peregian Beach. The property is available during term school holidays, including Xmas and the New Year holiday period. UPPER LEVEL: This level has an Open Plan Living (kitchen, lounge, dining, upper deck with great sea views). An internal staircase connects this level with the middle level. MIDDLE LEVEL: 3 bedrooms (queen bedroom with small ensuite, twin bedroom, single bedroom with extra trundle, main bathroom (shower over bath, toilet, basin), 2 decks and entrance foyer. All bedrooms are compact in size. GROUND LEVEL: The ground level is connected to the upper levels via an external staircase, making it a separate area from the other 2 levels. The SpaceAs our guest you will be welcome to use the self contained modern flat (URL HIDDEN) is a wonderful space with lots of bird life and a great walking track to the local villiage....the outdoor area is a great place to enjoy breakfast or an afternoon drink. Guest AccessYou will be provided with a key to your own private Entrance and a path leads down the side to your (URL HIDDEN) there is a sloping driveway and pavers leading down to the flat it would be usuitable for young children,strollers and anyone who finds uneven ground a challenge. Interaction with GuestsWe are more than happy to give you advise on local areas of interest and cafés ect.....however if you prefer to explore yourselves then that's ok too....you just let us know:)As we live upstairs we are here to help whenever you need. The NeighborhoodPeregian Beach is a gorgeous stretch of beach with surf patrol flags just a 10 min walk away.....the villiage just behind the dunes is well stocked with all the amenities you could possibly want for your stay....good coffee,good food and good specialty shops. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop a few minutes walk away that will take you further north to Noosa Heads about 12 Ks away or further south to Maroochydore or Mooloolaba.     The SpaceWhat's amazing about our holiday is that the first two floors bedrooms are exactly the same so no one has fight over the main room! Thats 4 bedrooms all with ensuites. The 2 ground floor bedroom are really spacious and there's two air mattresses for the extras and 2 porta-cots for the little ones if you need. Bed 2, 4 and 5 and 6 can be made up to a King bed or 2 singles. Just let us know what you prefer. Guest AccessYou have access to every part of the house and grounds. Interaction with GuestsWe have a host that greets you to make sure you know how everything works and from then on the place is all yours. The NeighborhoodIts like living in your very own tree house - completely private with kookaburras and all sorts of other bird life. Getting AroundWe are only 350m from Peregian Village - and even closer to the beach! Other Things to NoteThere are three levels so if stairs are not your thing then this house may not be suitable.

      The SpaceOur small and unique space does not skimp on style. Provided are basics such as local olive oil. S&P, tea, fresh ground coffee and milk. Body wash, shampoo, towels, beach towels and current magazine issues are there for your convenience and enjoyment. There is a community garden within 100m and you are welcome to wander down and if you wish, pick produce from our plot. Guest AccessGuest access is via a private path that meanders up the side of our block. Pick up local produce and crafts at the fortnightly Peregian Beach Markets, held on the first and third Sunday morning of each month. On the second Sunday of each month you can enjoy the sounds of the outdoor Peregian Originals concert where participating musicians perform their own, original material.       The SpaceLight filled and capturing cool north-east breezes, our home has a real beach house feel. There is the slightest glimpse of ocean through the trees but best of all the roar of the ocean is always present. The living space is open plan and informal, flowing to a huge deck where you'll find a dining table for about 12 people, barbecue and lounge setting - perfect for sundowners after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and you are welcome to use any of the pantry essentials. There is also a coffee machine and lots of fancy teas for you to enjoy. Our home has three bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the other has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a study with built-in desk but we can't imagine you'll be doing too much work here. The huge bathroom has a freestanding stone bath and double walk-in shower plus there is a second bathroom off the garage that will mostly suit boys ;) A sun drenched swimming pool and second huge deck is perfect to loll around when you can't be bothered taking the tiny walk to the beach and here you'll find a couple of sun loungers plus plenty of shade from the sun. The home comes with one set of linen, bath and beach towels. Guest AccessYou'll be able to access all areas of the home and we just ask you take care of everything as if it was your own. It boasts a long stretch of beach that never gets crowded and a vibrant village full of cafes and boutiques plus there is a great restaurant called Pitchfork and plenty of places to have a drink. We walk to the village via the beach, if you take path 62 this cuts the walk other we use 63 to access the beach. It is just to your right as you step onto Lorikeet Drive. Noosa is about 15 minutes drive and there are free buses over the xmas / New Year period otherwise plenty of taxis (except on NYE). Other Things to NoteIf you have a dog that you don't want to put in a kennel please let us know as we will consider one pet but depending on the breed it may have to restricted to certain areas of the house or outdoors only

      The SpaceGoumois is a unique beachfront holiday house designed by renowned architect Geoffrey Pie who has designed a home that is relaxed and stylish with plenty of communal areas to gather. The timber house with is its lattice screens and neutral palette blends into the native vegetation of the dune reserve at the back of the house. There is direct access to the beach which is only metres away through the reserve via a private boardwalk. The house is spread over two blocks and linked by a stunning courtyard one part of the home is bedrooms and the other section of the home comprises living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas, a self-contained studio and pool. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: In all there are 7 bedrooms, three of which are ensuite master bedrooms, there are 5 bathrooms in total plus a separate shower room, outside shower and powder room. Two of the master bedrooms have their own kitchen facility and sitting rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms: Bedroom section of the house consists of 3 levels; Top level - 1st bedroom has a king bed and is self-contained with a kitchenette, sitting area, fireplace, ensuite and huge private deck with ocean views. Middle level (same level as the living and courtyard) has 3 bedrooms; on this level there is a master bedroom with ensuite, separate main bathroom, laundry and access to the carport, garage & courtyard. 2nd Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite 3rd bedroom with split single/king bed 4th bedroom with 2 single beds Bottom level (same level as the pool and garden) on this level there is a bathroom, separate shower room, outdoor shower and access to garden and pool. 5th bedroom with queen bed 6th bedroom with 2 single beds 7th bedroom is in the other living section of the house on the lower level by the pool; this is another self-contained area with a queen bed, ensuite, sitting area with TV and full kitchen. ** This is the default bedding configuration and if you require the singles to be made into a king then we need that confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Kitchen; The fully equipped integrated galley style kitchen features island bench breakfast bar with a gas stove top and sink with plenty of bench space for food preparation. Double fridge freezer, microwave and small sink in the bench will please all the gourmet cooks. Entertainment and living areas The bedrooms and living spaces are connected by a lovely secure courtyard with outdoor setting, water feature and built in outdoor fire place. Big sliding glass doors disappear into the walls to create a beautiful open plan kitchen living /dining space which flow onto the outdoor entertaining areas. The covered deck on the beachside of the living space overlooks the native dune reserve and pool below and is a great place to catch the sea breeze. On the pool level there is a covered area and seating so you can watch the kids in the pool or run around on the big grassy lawn. This is also where the 7th bedroom is with its own living space that can be partition by the sliding door and used as a second TV area for the kids.
