If two people traveling together prefer separate bedrooms the second bedroom is $25.00 per night additional. Guests access our beautiful in ground swimming pool and hot tub from their private room(s). For music let Pandora do the work or plug in your own to the stereo and you have a high end experience at a Super Eight motel price. We can accommodate one to four people in the same party and we only host one party at a time. We offer one or two bedrooms with high end firm mattresses, down comforter or whatever it takes to make you feel totally cared for after a long stretch on I-5. Our guests park in our driveway. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we hope you realize these savings when making your booking decisions. Special Pricing: We are pet friendly with a fenced yard. We charge $10.00 a night for your dog or cat. If you have more than one please discuss with us and we will evaluate our pricing. Please advise us in advance of any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. Bring your bike! Sunny Southern Oregon is bike friendly. The SpaceSummer is here! The lotus is located in the Pacific Northwest. If you choose to reserve during fall, winter and spring you have a good chance of being embraced by rain, snow and cold (sometimes below freezing) temperatures. There is a small space heater in the lotus, but you will essentially be sleeping outside, on a comfy feather bed with a down comforter and some shelter from the elements. Adventurous spirits are welcome during all seasons. The summer is great for the tipi, but can be too hot for some during the day. It cools off well at night, just be aware that this is prime time for insects to also visit the tipi. We do our best to control their presence, but can't guarantee they wont be seeking refuge inside the space as well. Set on an organic farm you get to view beautiful sunsets in the evening and great exploration possibilities are available on the property! Since we are located on an organic farm, we do not use pesticides. You will most likely have insects visiting you in the lotus. There are mosquito screens, zippered doors and a waterproof floor, but insects can still find ways to creep in ;) This isn't a problem for most guests, but keep it in mind when booking as we don't refund for insect issues or undesirable weather conditions during your stay. Guest AccessThe Farm, outside kitchen area, electricity, water, fresh towels, inside bathroom. Guests are also welcome to interact with our goats, rabbits and chickens and visit with the ducks at the pond. Eggs, raw goat milk and produce from our gardens are available to purchase at a discounted rate for our guests. Just ask. We are working on a solar shower and composting toilet bathroom for guests to have private bathroom access. The current bathroom is shared with our family and other AirBnB guests on the farm, so please be respectful of the communal space. Interaction with GuestsWe interact as much as folks want. Sometimes we give a tour and just let you enjoy your stay. Other times, we'll find ourselves sitting around the campfire, enjoying the sunsets or meteor showers with our guests. Our children love to "host" our guests children and show them around the farm. We have bikes and scooters to share as well. The NeighborhoodOur farm is located in a rural setting on the eastern edge of Phoenix, OR. Freeway access is a short 5 minutes away. We are about a 15 minute drive from most Rogue Valley attractions like the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Britt Festivals in Jacksonville and Rogue Creamery in Central Point. There is a bike path that runs from Ashland to Gold Hill about 10 minutes from our home. We have the best of both worlds here, quiet country living and easy access to "city life." Other Things to NoteThe tipi is located on an organic farm. We do not use pesticides, so you will most likely have insects staying with you in the tipi. We have provided some protection from pests and the elements. but you will essentially be sleeping outside. This isn't a problem for most guests, but keep it in mind when booking as we don't refund for insect issues or undesirable weather conditions during your stay. There is a creek and a pond on the property. Occasionally, you may experience tractors and other farm equipment working the land.
