Guest(s) will be held accountable for damage(s) to the property including forfeiture of the deposit. The owner has the rights to withhold the deposit, at any time if needed, if the owner is dissatisfied with the condition of the returned rental property. The method of refund, if any, after the guest(s) has (have) checked-out, shall be agreed upon by the guest and the owner.

The area has many attractions that still have not been graced by many tourists, such as "the Artist's House" - a place where one can watch a wonderful puppet show while sipping a cup of Thai or Arabica coffee, or run through their art displays; a fantastic place to while away a perfectly relaxing afternoon. One might not wish to be right in the middle of the hustle & bustle of the city; this area is close enough yet very relaxing.Â
