The SpaceA clean studio apartment with one queen bed, a new couch/sofa bed and love seat. It also has a flat screen tv with cable if you just want to relax and hangout. The kitchen should have everything you need toaster, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, full size refrigerator and much more. You will need a car or bike to get most places. There is a bus stop about a half mile away. It is a short walk to the coast fork of the willamette river. Mount Pisgah (very popular hiking trails) are about 3 miles from the house. We respect our guests privacy. On the other hand we definitely are people persons and enjoy conversation and hearing the stories of our guest if they feel like sharing. Our place is private. We live on six acres with plenty of big trees. It is not uncommon to see wild turkeys and deer. It sounds like a bird sanctuary in the morning. The apartment separate from the house but we are not far if you need anything. The place feels like your in the country but just ten minutes from down town. You will most likely need a car or a bike. the bus stop is about 1/2 mile walk. If you are flying in there is a chance we could pick you up from the airport. If you need a rental car I work at a car dealership that rents them out for $35 per day and always has one available. Guest AccessYou will need a car or bike to get most places. My place is close to Eugene, but is out in the country. You are only 15 minutes from Eugene. The house is on a very private and secluded 25 acre farm and sits next to the Coast Fork of the Willamette River with river views and decks.. You’ll love my place because of the convenience of being close to Eugene but also the quiet and peaceful country setting. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
