Because I don't have a cell phone I've had trouble with airbnb deactivating my listing when I was in Tofino for 2 days. My intention is to respond as quick as I can to any inquiries, within reason. The NeighborhoodActually I have never been to a better place and quite proud of it. I've been here for 30 years. I am a retired flight attendant so I have seen a few places. This is a very friendly community. House is on the corner to the beach so I see people, dogs, skate boards, wind boards, boats, bicycles, children. It's a very positive feeling of people enjoying their leisure time even though it can be quite an action spot in the summer. Getting Around1/2 block to shuttle bus comes once an hour till 9 pm. Other Things to NoteAbout access to ferry terminal- public transit from here is not great but I might consider driving you in my small Toyota Yaris for a cash fee of $10 if we leave at 8am [or later on weekends].
