ARRIVING ON HIGHWAY PR-2 WESTBOUND FROM PONCE (U-Turn at Exit 217). On highway PR-2 going WEST towards Mayaguez/Penuelas just past Holiday Inn/El Tuque, Las Cucharas Seafood District is on your left-side (Caribbean side of road), take next exit (Desvio) EXIT 217 and TURN AROUND going back towards Ponce.
ARRIVING ON HIGHWAY PR-2 EASTBOUND TOWARDS PONCE FROM PENUELAS/MAYAGUEZ. Las Cucharas seafood restaurants are on your right-side after you pass Exit #217 (EconoMaxx / Subway / Church's Fried Chicken Exit. The last seafood restaurant (after YeYo's, Pito's Monseratte Sea Port, Miramar at the Beach, is Santorini Ocean Restaurant. SLOW DOWN TO 30 MPH, and take either the 1st or 2nd RIGHT TURN OFF PR-2 DOWN THE HILL (you will see the FURNISHED SEAFRONT HOME FOR RENT SIGNS), and take either side street exit off of PR-2 (passillo/callejon) TO THE RIGHT, SO YOU CAN DRIVE ALONG THE CARIBBEAN SEA FRONT (Marginal of PR-2), along the Paseo de Pesca.
Once you are down the hill and driving along the seafront (Paseo de Pesca), you will first pass Puerta al Mar seaside park on your right-hand side, then a couple residences and then the Club de Pesca Deportivo de Ponce (it has a US Coast Guard Sign on the front of the entrance to the Fishing Club), and then my house is a hundred feet later. It is a 2 story white house with a blue stripe. At night, you can easily identify it, because the perimeter security lights will be shining throughout the property and house from sunset to sunrise, so you know that you are always safe at this property and it is easily identifiable to your guests. They will feel welcome here always and you may entertain them in the seaside yard (no loud parties, please!).

ARRIVING FROM SAN JUAN ON PR-52 SOUTH
If you are arriving from San Juan, you will be on PR-52 South from San Juan. Once you see the large letters of Ponce, P O N C E, you will continue on PR-52 South for another 10 minutes until you get to the next TOLL BOOTH (after the Playa Ponce / Plaza del Caribe exit). After the toll booth, PR-52 and PR-2 will merge as you go West on PR-2. You will pass EL TUQUE and then the HOLIDAY INN exits, and then drive another 5 minutes past the Las Cucharas Seafood restaurant district (Left/Caribbean Side) until you get to EXIT 217, and turn around at EXIT 217 (ECOMAXX GAS STATION / SUBWAY SANDWICHES / CHURCHS FRIED CHICKEN). After the TURN AROUND / U-TURN / DESVIO, you will be going East on PR-2. You will pass the Las Cucharas Seafood Restaurant district again, but it will be on your right hand side (Caribbean). The last restaurant is SANTORINI OLR.
SLOW DOWN AND PUT YOUR RIGHT HAND BLINKERS WHEN YOU PASS SANTORINI OLR (OCEAN LOUNGE RESTAURANT). Slow down, and you will see two TURN OFFS TO THE RIGHT and with large signs FURNISHED SEAFRONT HOME/APT FOR RENT. One is a very narrow street, so take the SECOND TURN OFF TO THE RIGHT, where there will be another large sign FURNISHED SEAFRONT HOME/APT FOR RENT. That turn off is larger but steeper, so go down slowly and turn left at the bottom of the hill. You will first pass the PUERTA AL MAR park, then a couple of seafront homes, then the CLUB DE PESCA DEPORTIVA with numerous yachts and fishing vessels, and after the CLUB you will see a TWO STORY HOUSE (White with Blue Stripe). There is a small sign out front. If the carport gate is open and the garage area is EMPTY (no cars), then go ahead and PULL YOUR CAR INTO THE PARKING SPACE. Welcome!
