The SpaceKirra Court Beach House is a spacious modern 2 story house situated on the north side of the Pt Willunga Creek. It has beautiful views over the valley to the Willunga Hills and to the famous Pt Willy Beach. Inside are 3 large living areas with polished concrete floors: downstairs the kitchen adjoins the open space dining and living area with doors opening to the north south and west. A second large living area with celestial windows bringing in winter sun adjoins the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs is a expansive "parents retreat" which includes a living area under a cathedral ceiling, jarah flooring, sliding doors onto the balcony, stunning views, large windows and queen bed with ensuite. There is a 2 car lockable garage. There is a gas barbecue and out door setting for dining. Guest AccessIt is a short walk to the beach along the last bit of linear park track, across a board walk and onto the fine white sands. Walking and bike tracks to explore the coastal cliffs, link to this. It is easy and enjoyable to walk to the Star of Greece restaurant. The McLaren Vale wine district is only a skip and a jump away. Adelaide is approximately a 1 hour drive by car. Interaction with GuestsLinen is provided and beds are made up for arrival. Bring your own beach towels. The SpaceThe large bedroom contains a queen bed and single bed, and built in wardrobe. Suits a couple or a couple with a coupla kids. The separate living area has a comfortable queen sofa bed, a big TV, a kitchenette and shower/laundry. The house is 5 mins walk through the park to the most beautiful beach in the world and the famous Star of Greece restaurant. A 10 mins drive to the world-renowned McLaren Vale wineries and restaurants... and the fabulous weekly Willunga Farmers' Market. Guest AccessThe key is left somewhere handy for independent access to the self- contained bedroom, living room, and shower/laundry. Interaction with GuestsSteph and Mike, the owners live in town, a 45 minute drive away, so the beach house above the flat is mostly unoccupied during the week. The owners often come down on weekends and can come down from town if necessary, but mostly communicates by phone and email. They'll leave the key somewhere handy, and have everything ready. The NeighborhoodThis is a very quiet beach house area, with no street lighting, and a lovely walk through the park to the beach. There is no road between the house and the beach. The Star of Greece restaurant and beach kiosk is 5 mins walk away, otherwise it is a few minutes drive to Aldinga Historic Township with bakery, fish & chips shop, cafes, fashion boutiques and integrated service station with a range of supplies. A large shopping centre with two supermarkets is located 5 mins away in a different direction. Getting AroundThere is a bus that takes you to the train station 15 mins away), then another 45 mins to the city. Car is best! Other Things to NoteThe house is on an envirocycle system, so enviro friendly products only please. (No chlorine bleach products.) And no tampons down the toilet please!

    The SpaceThe house is a three-bedroom home which comfortably sleeps 11. So get two or more groups together and split the cost - you'll love it! The sleeping configurations are: Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 double & 1 single Bedroom 3 - 4 singles Living - 1 double sofa bed. Sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc, are all provided, as well as all the standard cooking utensils and equipment. Guest AccessThe entire house - including the yard and swimming pool (Oct-Apr) - are yours for your stay. We also have key-pad access so you don't need to worry about taking keys with you everywhere or losing them at the beach. Other Things to NoteThere's a solar heated swimming pool (only available from Oct - April), large outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and beer fridge, 8-ball table, table tennis table, foosball table, provisions for backyard cricket, heaps of board games, and more.     The SpaceThis comfortable and light filled house is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With a retro feel while incorporating modern comforts and amenities the house is perfect for families, couples or friends. Situated in the 'Old Survey' area of Port Willunga the Little House features three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third with two single beds. All bed and bath linen is supplied - bring your own beach towels! The house features open plan dining, living and kitchen. There is a fully equiped kitchen featuring gas stove top and electric oven, full size fridge, kettle, toaster and all the other necessities for eating and drinking up a storm. There is a seperate lounge room with TV and DVD player. Books,board games and CD player/radio/aux import. Single bathroom with bath, shower and seperate toilet. There is a washing machine and laundry facilities. The outdoor area has a BBQ, pergola and large fenced in lawn area. The front of the house has a raised paved outdoor area perfect for taking in the views. Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling exists throughout the entire house. Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior arrangement, small additional cost may be charged Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house. There is a large shed on the property, this is not accessible to guests and is kept locked. Interaction with GuestsWe generally hide the keys somewhere accessible but will happily meet our guests to welcome them to the house and show them around if needed, as well as answer any questions about the local area and share some local tips on where to go and great places to eat at. After that, we leave our guests to their own devices, but will always be available should they need us. I live downstairs in an independent flat and guests stay upstairs in an independent living area consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, and an open living kitchen area that leads onto a full length balcony with day bed and outdoor verandah eating options. Airconditioner is new and house had a makeover 5 years ago. The beautiful Port Willunga beach is viewable from the balcony and daily sunsets can be viewed from the balcony. The beach is accessible via a linear park and takes about 5 -10 minutes walk. The house is on a no through road with very little traffic and the area is quiet and restful except in the morning when the birdsong lets you know its time to go to the beach for an early morning swim.

          The SpaceAldinga Seaside offers two brand new homes situated on the esplanade at Aldinga Beach. Enjoy perfect unobstructed ocean views whilst relaxing on the large fully covered balconies. Should you fancy a dip in the ocean or a walk along the beach, the houses are just metres away from access stairs to the beach below. The homes are ideally situated for all water sports and recreation with many other beaches only minutes away(including a boat ramp at Silver Sands beach) The Tour Down Under passes the homes during January and the McLaren Vale wine region is only minutes drive away. Together with fine dining (Star of Greece is just down the road), causal restaurants and local take away, Aldinga Seaside has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The homes are themed ‘Orange’ and ‘Blue’ and once you see the front door you’ll understand. Aldinga also hads a great bakery, fish and chip shop with fresh fish, a number of cafes and Friday night pizzas and wine bar at The Old Vine. Getting AroundWhilst there is some public transport servicing the area, to really make the most of your stay in the region a car is necessary.
