The SpaceWe live in neat marina side townhouse with 3 bedrooms across 3 levels. Your room would be on a first floor and our bedroom is on the top floor, so you will have a lot of privacy. The room itself has a king size very comfortable sofa bed with a decent amount of storage, sufficient for a weekend stay for 2 people. You will have access to your own en-suite bathroom. The common areas include; a spacious living room with two sofas and a view overlooking the marina, a kitchen with all the amenities you should need and a decent size garden with a large decking and very comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day. If you're lucky you may even be able to meet and feed the swan family that often congregates at the bottom of our garden. Parking is not a problem in the area. There are a number of nice restaurants, a pub, a park and cinema. All 5 min walk from the house. There are train stations in Portchester and Cosham with direct trains to Portsmouth, London, Southampton, etc. Taxi to the station is just few pounds and to the center of Portsmouth on a weekend, will set you back about £10. There is a bus route to Portsmouth city center as well.
