The SpaceYour Private room(9x12) with Double bed fits two comfortably(more for a cozy couple not friends) in this lovely quaint three bedroom home(I have another room to let) with garden(plenty of Birds and butterflies). Your room has desk with chair, closet/plenty of hangers, bookcase with mirror. Does not have its own air conditioner but when door is open there is air conditioning from the whole house. Free off street parking for guests. Shared bath -There's only one bathroom in the house, so kindly be aware of others with regard to timing. and kitchen access. Coffee and tea will be provided your welcome to have fruit, cereal, yogurt whatever I have available to start your day. Store extra food in the fridge. Access to grill and enclosed patio. You can pick fresh herbs in my organic garden. The home is located 10-15 minutes to Newport and beaches (depending on traffic). Nearby: pick your own strawberry or Blueberry farms(seasonal), corn maze, beaches, parks, horseback riding. You can visit Newport but also spend time in Portsmouth non- touristy section to get away from the crowds. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Portsmouth is a small seaside Farming town within easy reach of Providence, Boston and New York, either by public transport or by car. Our house is a great base for all three cities. Newport, with its world famous mansions is 10-15 minutes driving distance and has hundreds of small shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants. Providence has Waterfire that is a must see!
