Sleeps up to 6. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Views of: Harbour Bridge, Opera House, North Sydney and Sydney City Two large balconies with views Accomodates up to 6 people: 2 x Queen size bed, 1 x Double bed Living space has gunshot views to the harbour bridge and opera house. The view at night is excellent and is especially good when there are fireworks on the harbour over New Years Eve. This unit is ideal if you are travelling as a family or group of people offering the large layout of a 3 bedroom unit. The building is a security building with a deadlock on the door. During your stay you can enjoy all the of sights of central Sydney on your doorstep and come home to a great view and relaxing apartment. The unit is very centrally located. Within 100m you are on Victoria St with great restaurants and bars in every direction. Some of the best restaurants in Sydney are only just up the road and if you do stay in our unit we will give you an information sheet about which ones we personally recommend. The city is only 1km away which is either an easy walk or train ride. The train station is only 200m away from the unit. The unit is professionally cleaned before each guest with all sheets and towels washed, bathrooms, floors and kitchens cleaned. Unit inclusions: - Sheets - Towels - TV - DVD player - Fully functioning and equipped kitchen - Free WiFi On the day which you are moving out we are usually happy for you to have a late check out provided there is not a guest coming in that evening. We are also usually able to accomodate early arrivals provided the unit has been free the night before. If you want a great stay in Sydney or have had enough of staying in hotels then this is the place for you. If you are staying for more than 2 weeks please let me know and I will give you a discounted rate for the period. Non smokers only. There are some dates which I only rent out the apartment for the whole holiday period. There is no TV on the premise because we enjoy being out and about and we hope you make the most of your stay doing the same. No onsite parking available. Big french style windows fills it with natural light, extra high ceiling, wooden floor and marble details. It has a separate hallway, kitchen (fully equipped with owen/micro/dishwasher), small dinner table, sofa, big wardrobes and a brand new very comfy bed etc. If you are a light sleeper you might experience some noice from the street and the garbage trucks on weekday mornings, we provide ear plugs and advice to sleep with AC on and the window closed. Free high speed wireless internet (TV on request). Located in Sydneys best neighborhood. Friendly, close, hip and safe. Walking distance to everything you want, the city and all sights is just a 20 min stroll away. On one hand the Botanic gardens, Opera house and ABC pool, on the other hand cafes, train station, restaurants and shopping.       The SpaceMy apartment has been my wonderful home for 12 years, and although it is small, it is in the best and most convenient neighbourhood in Sydney! You will love the fact that you can walk to so many great spots in (URL HIDDEN) need for a car at all, and it's just a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Guest AccessGuests will have complete use of my apartment and may borrow such things as wine coolers, picnic seats, umbrellas etc. Interaction with GuestsI meet you on the first day to hand over keys and to answer any questions you may have about using the appliances etc. Then, I leave you to enjoy your holiday, and return when you are ready to check out. The NeighborhoodI love the fact that when I step outside my gate, I can find a plethora of interesting cafés and restaurants and beautiful parks and harbour within a very short walk! Getting AroundKings Cross station is a five minute walk, as is the bus stop. Taxis are also plentiful and reasonably inexpensive....but walking is by far the most pleasurable option, especially if you follow the beautiful harbour side into the city.

Getting AroundStep outside your door and you're instantly emerged in the local lifestyle and just a short stroll to Kings Cross station, easy access to CBD and walking distance to Sydney Harbour. Uber X/Taxi's: There are plenty of Ubers and Taxi that can you be utilised to get around affordably and safely. Everything is in relatively close proximity so therefore most places are no more than a 20 minute trip. Parking: There is plenty of on street parking but if you prefer there are two parking stations on Bayswater Road and Ward Ave. Please note: These can be quite expensive if you need long term parking. Trains: Kings Cross Station is a 3 minute walk and connects you to all aspects of Sydney. Buses: The 324, 325 leave directly from Bayswater Rd (2 minute walk) and go to the city and Walsh Bay as well as in the opposite direction it's destination takes you to Vaucluse and Watsons Bay.

Close to several bays, parks, tennis courts, shopping, delis, bakeries, butcheries, bars. And coffee shops everywhere. Its hard to remain loyal to one barista. Trendy restaurants and cafes galore. Great area for a foody. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Getting AroundBus and train 5 mins walk up the corner. Train from Kings Cross goes directly to Bondi in 10 mins. Potts point is a 2 min walk. 15 min walk Paddington, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, CBD (museums, shopping etc), Woollomooloo wharf for Sydney's best fine dining, 20 min walk to NSW Art Gallery and the domain. The area is also swarming with cabs so you can always get around. You cannot beat this location. Other Things to NoteThe bedroom is up 5 stairs from the lounge room so not suitable for someone who is immobile. There is no wifi. The bathroom is not renovated so paint is coming off in areas. Laundry is up one flight in the fire escape and you need the security key to access.

During the last decade Potts Point has become recognised as one of the most desirable places to live in Sydney. Many empty-nesters have sold their family homes in the suburbs and bought an apartment in the neighbourhood. Many young families now choose to live here, so much so that the sight of prams, once as rare in Potts Point as koalas, are now part of the diverse mix of locals. And why wouldn't anybody want to live here? It is the most cosmopolitan 'hood' in Australia. It is beautiful, grand old art deco buildings, and harbour side parks; it is a walk to the city through the Botanic Gardens; you can get a coffee downstairs, and have a drink after dinner. It is all about amenity. It is a vibrant, living, inner-urban community. Getting AroundIt is two minutes walk to the nearest train station or you can walk into the CBD in fifteen minutes. There is a go-get car for hire by the hour on the street. Harbour-side parks are 5 minutes walk. The surf beaches are also a short train/ bus ride away.             The SpaceA luxurious apartment in the Parisian heart of Sydney. Potts Point boasts the best restaurants and cafes in Sydney. Kings cross train station is a 5 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. The apartment is a short walk to the opera house and the water front on Elizabeth Bay and beautiful Rushcutters park, a great spot for running and tennis. Elizabeth bay is 100 metres around the corner with its beautiful park and tennis courts. The apartment itself is highly sought after. It has a heated pool, sauna and a fully equipped gym. There is central heating or cooling in the apartment and it is very modern. There is also a blow up mattress to accomodate an extra person. The apartment is sound proofed and very quiet. Free high speed wifi available in apartment. Local phone calls can be made on my landline. Cable TV , DVD and a BOSE soundtouch to play your own music via bluetooth or Spotify are available plus plenty of books for your perusal while you relax over a glass of wine, watching the chic sydneysiders go by. The bed is queen sized and visitor parking is available. The kitchen is equipped with modern Miele oven,microwave and dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer tucked away in the laundry / store room area. The location is simply superb for any traveller. There is no need to rent a car and Kings Cross offers the best nightlife that Sydney has to offer, a mere 5 minutes away! Please provide me with names, ages and nationality and also the kind of work you do etc. this is so I have a better idea of who is sharing my home. It also sits on the harbour. Getting AroundYes, Kings Cross station is 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to the city and our world famous opera house in about 20 minutes. Other Things to NoteThere are a couple of beautiful parks just around the corner, Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters park....

And why wouldn't anybody want to live here? It is the most cosmopolitan 'hood' in Australia. It is beautiful, grand old art deco buildings, and harbour side parks; it is a walk to the city through the Botanic Gardens; you can get a coffee downstairs, and have a drink after dinner. The area is spotted with art galleries, iconic Sydney pubs, the cities best bar and restaurant districts, and boutique shopping in surrounding suburbs all walking distance away. The area is true city living - it has a lot of colourful types including a number of homeless on the street but they are all friendly sorts and keep to themselves. If you feel at all nervous about homeless people, we ask you to please not book our Air-bnb. We are also situated on a train line so you can hear the hum of the train passing by.             The SpaceLight filled apartment close to everything, but sits away from the noise. Restaurants and wine bars for those who love to entertain or want to be entertained are less than 5 minutes' walk away. My place comes with a NEW Queen size bed and a long sofa enough to sub as a single bed for a third person. Well designed and space well used. My living room is big enough for a large sofa and an awesome coffee table with room to walk around as well. Dining area has table and chairs to entertainment a small number of guests. The bedroom is ultra-comfy and fits a queen bed, side lamp and A small area around the side of the bed in order to get in and out. There is lots of storage under the bed, a cupboard in the room and a special secret place for shoes. I have special rates in different months and discounts to returning customers. I know how it feels NOT to have mobile service due to high roaming cost but with social apps and the like, we only need an internet connection!! Which is why I am providing all this for FREE to my guest. (Check out my review which briefly mentions my internet connection) I also provide café style coffee capsules with a NEW Nespresso Coffee Machine (WITH MILK FROTHER) throughout your stay (one capsule per day per guest of course) You will also be very happy to know that I recently bought a powerful Portable Airconditioner as I want my guest to be comfortable. My only request is that it be switched off before you leave, the bathroom door and windows be closed to ensure the system works efficiently and electricity saved where possible. Thanks in advance. :) Most items in my apartment is brand spanking new. I have spent alot of my time and money to ensure I am able to provide the level of comfort I would enjoy multiply by 10 :) Please note that I got a professional real estate photographs taken for my listing using wide angle.
