The SpaceThis space especially suits an architect or designer or film person working from home - very fast professional wifi connection and good size work desk with amazing views whilst working. The building is designed by famous Sydney architect Harry Seidler and has wonderful modernist features and amazing large sliding windows, making the small but well designed place beautifully bright and sunny offering surround views of Sydney harbour bridge, the tip of the opera house, parks and the Elizabeth Bay neighbourhood. The newly refurbished shared large rooftop terrace with astroturf and new furniture and bbq area is amazing. Also good for someone who likes a fit lifestyle - the place is surrounded by 3 wonderful parks with amazing harbour views and access for great walking, jogging and picnics.
The 33sqm studio features a queen size bed of designer brand Kartell with high quality foam mattress plus thick soft plush hotel style feather down bed topper.
Preference is for 5-7 day minimum stay so I can make your visit extra comfortable and clear out cupboards for your arrival. I also encourage longterm rentals for periods of 3-6 months for professionals on work visits to Sydney, the space is fitted with a large work desk and fast internet.

There is the wonderful inviting pool downstairs with sun loungers, and the expansive rooftop area with tables, chairs, loungers, bar fridge and gas bbq.

The NeighborhoodThis lovely neighbourhood is lively with great people and neighbours, but also so tranquil and green and quiet - whilst also so close in walking distance to everything and so accessible from the city and beaches. Sparkling harbour all around. Elizabeth Bay is surrounded by parks, cafes, tennis club, yacht club, near public pools and yoga places, and very close to some of Sydney's best restaurants in Potts Point, such as Billy Kwong (modern Chinese-Australian), ChoChoSan (modern Japanese-Australian), The Apollo (modern Greek-Australian), Fratelli Paradiso (classic Italian with modern twist), Monopole Bar, Yellow Restaurant, Zinc Cafe, and many more. Getting AroundIn walking distance are the Opera House and Botanical Gardens, lively cafes in Macleay Street, the nearest harbour beach, and interesting bars and restaurants. The building is surrounded by 3 beautiful parks and right at the harbour and Elizabeth Bay Marina for walking and jogging.
For public transport Bus 311 stop is right outside the building, Kings Cross train station a short walk away. Go Get car share is right in front of the building, and it is easy to get taxis in the street. Other Things to NotePreference is for booking of a minimum of 3-4 days over weekends - also considering 1 month bookings or longer on request. Parking on premises can be arranged on request if the parking space is not rented out that time.
