The SpaceThe loft space has a queen and twin bed for up to three people. The first level has a full bath with shower. Another half bath is located in the loft so it's easily accessible from the sleeping space. Looking down from the loft is the kitchen with gas stove, oven, coffee pot and fully stocked cooking utensils. Please bear in mind the loft is accessible via a large ladder built from a tree! It's very sturdy however if you have any physical limitations this cabin might not be the best choice for you. Free range chicken eggs (in season) that come straight from our own Cackle Berry Coop are stocked in your brand new, red, mini retro fridge/freezer. On site (and in season) is also a large garden which you may pick fresh vegetables and herbs from. There is a covered front porch with grill and Adirondack chairs as well as a back patio with more chairs, a fire pit and dog kennel. The property is dog friendly and has free wifi. Dogs are an additional $15 per night. As the cabin was being built it was taken into consideration of people who would appreciate the vast landscape from Mill Creek Flats, to the who do's of Chimney Rock either way your minds eye will take back with it a reality that only a few are blessed to live. NOTE: we only accept one night reservation requests during the off-season (i.e. not during the summer). It is a 2-night min stay during the summer and certain holidays. Interaction with GuestsMy good friend Lorna resides on the property, I am sometimes in Montana and sometimes not. I am only a phone call away & also provide Lorna's phone number should any concerns arise. The NeighborhoodWide open spaces with cows, sheep and bald eagles as neighbors! Getting AroundYou need a car. You need a car equipped for weather and snow if you are coming during the winter time (which in Montana can mean from end of September to early June) Other Things to NoteThere are many animals on the ranch, a dog, horses (sometimes free roaming), sheep, chickens and sometimes cows. The SpaceThe cabin sits on 5 acres and is very private.The design is open concept with many windows and good lighting. There is a Vermont casting wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped . There is a piano in the living room .Besides a Queen size bed, an air mattress is available and sets up easily in the living room. No smoking is allowed and Pets ARE NOT Accepted. suitable for 2 Guest AccessEverything is provided for guest use,i.e. Linens,dish soap,bath soap, hair dryer. Off limit cabinet is locked and there are a few personal items in the closet. The kitchen has spices,sugar cooking oil for use and is fully equipped for cooking. Blender, toaster ,coffee pot,even a small food processor is available. Interaction with GuestsThe cabin is managed by my neighbor . I will not be present. The NeighborhoodThe 5 acres are situated in a very Private Area noted as Valley View Acres. It is a subdivision with the major properties on 10 and 20 acres. You can walk the subdivision on gravel roads and the property has its own private river access.The views are 360 and sunsets remarkable ! The pine Creek Lodge has live free concerts during the summer . It is walking distance from the cabin. Chico Hot Springs is located 20 miles south and is a must to visit. Getting AroundLocated 15 miles south Of The quaint Railroad town Of Livingston Montana There you will find markets ,Galleries some nice shops and Good places to eat. The rail depot is historical. There are many nice drives and the roads are good. Other Things to NoteThis is a retreat but there are many hiking, biking and horse trials near by. This is also a World Famous Fly-Fishing area rated amongst the best.The cabins in close proximity to 3 world class Spring creeks that are private for catch and release Fishing. The Yellow stone river is in View from the Porch and Fishing accesses are close by.

The SpaceLocation on 25 acre parcel shared with our home at the base of the Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains. Perfectly situated about 20 minutes from Livingston, 50 minutes from Bozeman and 40 minutes from Yellowstone Park. Fishing the Yellowstone and creeks within minutes. Located on north side of barn provides privacy and quiet and your own fire pit too! Parking is just 30' away, path is lit by solar lights. If you will be hiking in the mountains, we have a bear spray available for you to use. If you don't see it in the corner cupboard, ask. About 5 restaurants offering low to medium priced food within 15 minutes of the RV. A bakery is located in Emigrant with wonderful baked goods and coffee. Cleaning charge of $10 applied to one night stays. Guest AccessThere is water and electricity hooked up. Access to garden for greens for salads when available. Also a campfire pit for roasting marshmallows or just being mesmerized by the fire and the big sky after a satisfying day in nature. Hot showers in RV. Take short ones or turn water off while soaping up to ensure water for the next person! Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property, so you might see us weeding the garden or coming and going. We are available for information about the area, i.e. hiking to waterfalls, horse-back riding, or just a drive. And there will be a Visitor's Guide and some tips about the area in the RV. The NeighborhoodChanging light on the mountains, beautiful skies and sunsets, mule deer and eagles, hawks, osprey and other birds that we enjoy on a daily basis. Fox or coyote cubs yipping in the evening provides a special song to the starlit big sky. Proximity to paved road and just the right distance from Livingston and the big city of Bozeman! Of course, a day trip into Yellowstone is always a treat! Getting AroundNo, a car, bicycle or motorcycle is necessary. Other Things to NoteChico Hot Springs is just 5 miles away and is a popular destination for soaking, dining, and musical entertainment on the weekends in the Saloon. My husband and I also own Shining Mountain Gallery in Pray, with the fine art and crafts of over 50 artisans.

The fishing cabin has everything that Montana has to offer. The cabin is 45 minutes from Yellowstone, located on the river. The cabin has a loft and a comfy queen sleeper easily sleeping 4 guests. Enjoy a private deck overlooking the river.

The SpaceCozy, comfy cabin with circle-sawn wood floors, art created by the owner, Amish-made table and chairs with hickory and walnut, gas bbq, washer/dryer, TV with abundance of movies, books, games, guide books, Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels, and tasteful extras not normally seen! Owner manages and cleans cabins herself and strives to please the most discriminating guests! The loft contains a comfy king bed with room for small children to sleep on sleeping pads too. One can watch TV from bed if desired. Note the ceiling height is about 4-5', not tall enough to stand up. Downstairs is a top-quality full-size futon couch for sleeping (it is firm). The bathroom has a pedestal sink, corner shower with fiberglass walls and a full-size washer/dryer. Large refrigerator, double sink, four burner stove makes cooking meals convenient. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blenders, coffee pot, crock pot, wine glasses, all paper products and a nice selections of vinegars, oils, staples, seasonings. Quiet, changing views of the mountains, skies, approaching storms, deer, birds of all kinds. Sparsely populated. Parking in front of the cabin. Car is necessary. A dog is welcome for a small fee of $10 per day up to $35 and extra $10-$20 fee for one day stay depending on the season. The stated tariffs do include the 7% State of Montana accommodations tax and cleaning fees, unless the cabin requires cleaning over and above the norm. The SpaceIt is in a picturesque location and is clean and charming. The bed is comfy and has a sliding door opening to an 8' x 24' deck and a wonderful view of the mountains and also is private from other homes and the road. Extra $15 for cleaning fee for one-night bookings. Tariff varies according to time of year. The apartment is oriented to the backyard and the mountains. The NeighborhoodI love the town of Pray! The town is really a wide spot in the road surrounded by ranches and small acreages. The historic Chico Hot Springs is two miles away with its hot springs pool, Saloon, Fine Dining Room and Poolside Grille. Other restaurants and bars or saloons are in the area, within ten minutes drive. The mountains are (phone number hidden) feet high and are always beautiful. Horses frolic in pastures and there could be a cattle drive going on right on the road. Yellowstone is 35 minutes away. Emigrant is 3 miles away for a wonderful selection of groceries, even organic. Getting AroundCar or bike is necessary. Horses are welcome too! Other Things to NoteWifi is available and a variety of movies for the new flatscreen tv and dvd player. The SpaceThis cabin has all the comforts of home: a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, satellite TV, wifi service. There are two queen BDRs and two baths; designed for four guests. It will accommodate up to 6 comfortably using a full sleeper sofa and roll away (extra charge for 5th and 6th guests). Guest AccessO'Carroll's offers 800 feet or river frontage on the Yellowstone for recreation in the heart of the valley. It is six miles from Chico Hot Springs Lodge with its hot springs heated pool and fine dining restaurant. The Music Ranch with its popular summer concerts is less than 10 miles north. Livingston, with its art galleries and various summer festivals is 18 miles north. There is and irrigation canal on the acerage--recreational use by guests or residents is illegal. Interaction with GuestsThis is up to the guests! If guests want to eat breakfast at O'Carroll's B&B (which is on the same acerage), they can make reservations for that. The owner is always on the property when the cabin is occupied. The NeighborhoodThe sheer beauty and peace of the location are reason enough to come to Paradise Valley. I love the mountains and the sightings of wildlife and the beautiful song birds--especially the Meadowlarks! Then there are the sunrises, sunsets, and magnificent rainbows which have to be seen in order to appreciate the colors! And of course, YNP is right down the road! Getting AroundA car is really necessary for this area. There are some touring services that will pick up guests for a trip to the park and guides services for a day of fishing, but that is about it. Most of our customers drive here or fly to Bozeman, Billings, or Jackson, WY and rent a vehicle. Other Things to NoteEverything you will need for your stay are provided. My mom used to tell customers (lost her in 2010),"All you need to bring are your clothes and your food." That about sums it up!

The SpaceThe main bedroom has a king bed, walk out deck, full bath (shower and clawfoot tub) plus a washer and dryer in the main bathroom. The loft area has a queen size bed surrounded by mountain views and a sitting library. The second bedroom of the loft has a full bed, and low light (for those who like to sleep in!). The two loft bedrooms share a full bath with shower. Guests will have access to the home and the garden surrounding the home. Access to the animals may be permitted with the owners presence and permission only. Access to the Cackle Berry Chicken Coop is allowed so you may collect fresh eggs! Property owner lives on premises and takes daily care of the animals (horses, sheep, chickens, dog). The owner is a Paradise Valley native and is a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the area as well as current activities and "things to do" The Paradise Valley area Montana is a rural playground smack in between the grandeur of Yellowstone National Park and the bustling college town of Bozeman and it's neighbor, the quaint and quirky town of Livingston. Montana is a rural place and you'll need a car here! There is parking for up to three vehicles near the home. If you are hauling a trailer, RV or other over-sized vehicle you must let us know prior to booking. The home is situated on a working ranch; expect sheep, horses, chickens and a dog - the animals are abundant and adorable! We are dog friendly and allow up to two, well behaved and clean dogs in the home, the dog fee is $15 per night per night. (we please recommend your dog is on a flea treatment and males dogs must be neutered). The lower property is two lots, the second lot has a Tipi which can be rented together or separately from the house. It has it's own fire pit and picnic area. The boat launch is shared between the two lots. The house has it's own fire pit and picnic area which is private from the Tipi guests. TIPI RENTAL: Also, you can add 2-3 more people by renting our Tipi for an additional $85.00 per night.       Paradise Valley Cottage is your comfortable home away from home set amongst giant willows and pine trees with a view of the Rocky Mountains. The fully furnished and well-appointed cabin is a stand alone building on our ranch with its own private entrance and centrally located between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park. Step onto the wood deck and flagstone patio where you can take in the magnificent mountain views of Paradise Valley. Eight Mile Creek is a few steps away which leads you to our private pond where you can practice cast, watch the trout jump or just enjoy the serenade of the creek flowing and Emigrant Peak looming in the background. Yellowstone National Park is 35 miles from the cabin. The drive takes you through beautiful Paradise Valley and follows the Yellowstone River. The Park has so many wonderful sights and wildlife that one day is never enough. Fishing on the Yellowstone River is easily accessed one-half mile from the cottage. Set your drift boat in the river or wade in to catch rainbow and brown trout. Whether you are fly fishing or bait fishing, Yellowstone River will not disappoint. Five miles from the cabin is Chico Hot Springs. After a day of hiking or skiing this is the place to be to sooth your tired muscles and relax. In the town of Livingston, among all the necessities (grocery store, pharmacies) you will find museums, art galleries, antique and vintage shops, a farmer's market on Wednesdays throughout the summer, and family to fine dining restaurants. There is also an 18-hole golf course and Sacajawea Park which hosts the annual music summer fest in July. Wintertime brings to Livingston live plays at the Blue Slipper and Shane Center, seasonal events such as the Christmas Stroll, Old Fashioned Christmas Fair and New Years Dance at the Depot. The cabin is located on our 25 acre ranch. We have our dog, Annie and Sara the cat. Across Yellowstone Trail is a herd of antelope that you can watch as they graze in the mornings and evenings.         We call it a bunkhouse, but if you have ever been in a cowboy's abode, this is so much better! (THIS CABIN HAS A LOFT BEDROOM THAT DOES NOT HAVE FULL CEILING HEIGHT.) First, it is located conveniently, 35 minutes from Yellowstone Park's north entrance and 20 minutes from the historic western town of Livingston, and our own little secret, Chico Hot Springs is only 5 minutes away! The cabin has almost all the conveniences of home with a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, shower, gas bbq, king-size bed in the loft and comfy futon couch in the living room. The circle-sawn wood floors, hickory cabinets, hickory and walnut chairs and the exquisite artwork provide the perfect restful backdrop to your vacation. The cabin is located on a 25 acre parcel near the base of the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains about 1 mile off a quiet, paved country road. Deer, maybe elk, red foxes, eagles, red-tail hawks, sandhill cranes, and a multitude of birds including blue birds, cassin finches, robins, western tanagers and hummingbirds consider this heaven with the trees and shrubs, sunflower seeds, and bird baths we have provided! One can walk or ride a bicycle on the lanes in the neighborhood and if you have small children, there is a swingset outside the cabin. The Yellowstone River and many mountain streams are minutes away. There are a wrought-iron table and chairs on the covered porch and some easy chairs on the lawn to quietly enjoy the view with the spotting scope provided for you! Horseshoes is adjacent to the cabin as well. If the conditions are right, namely no wind, you may have a campfire and enjoy the big sky where the stars are so bright that one can see constellations not normally seen. Within 10 minutes is Chico Hot Springs, a dozen fishing accesses, a grocery store, several restaurants and bars, campgrounds, hiking and within 30 minutes, you are almost to Yellowstone, and the town of Livingston where there is art galleries, museums, dog park and city park along the Yellowstone, not to mention lots of restaurants. The immediate neighborhood has a few second homes and primary residences but it is generally quite undeveloped! One neighbor has domestic sheep and burros, another has alpaca's and adjacent there are horses. A warning: one might have the quiet disturbed by cows mooing or birds tweeting! We had a wonderful experience 2014 and was 90% booked from April to September Our cabin sits on 6 acre property in paradise valley, 3 min walk from Yellowstone river. It is overlooking beautiful mountains in all directions. You have a fully equipped kitchen, , cable, WiFi internet. We include limited continental breakfast supplies. The Yellowstone National park north entrance is about 40 mile scenic drive to Gardiner We are 45 min from Bozeman and 3 miles from Chico Hot Springs. We love making celebrations memorable and beautiful. The 5600 square foot hangar opens to a breathtaking panorama of the Beartooth Mountains. The hangar includes a full bathroom, plenty of open and very clean space, and a balcony equipped with cots, towels, and a dining area for five guests. It has both heat and air conditioning. Watch this incredible autumn view when Martin opened the hangar this past autumn: (URL HIDDEN) Next to the hangar is the spacious and clean house that you can call home for an additional nightly rate per room or for the entire house. It was remodeled with sustainable materials last year. Our favorite is the soft eco-friendly cork flooring. It includes beds for 6 people in three spacious rooms. Includes two bathrooms, large dining area, a charcoal grill and large patio, and a spacious kitchen. Tent and RV camping options available. We have ample open space and plenty of parking. Our piece of Paradise Valley is yours. Enjoy the patio and charcoal grill. Watch the antelope, deer, bluebirds, hawks, and occasional bald eagles and foxes that visit.           The SpaceThere are two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a twin size daybed with a trundle (equivalent of two twin beds). Three additional fold out single beds are available (charge applies) so up the 9 guest can be accommodated. Guest AccessThe entire guest house is available to customer. Interaction with GuestsThe owner lives on the same acerage as the guest house and is available at most times (or will provide a number to use to get assistance if needed) The NeighborhoodWe are rural but there are dining facilities within 5 miles. Chico Hot Springs Resort is 6 miles away. Adequate shopping for short term grocery needs is 4 miles away and Livingston in 18 miles north. And, of course Yellowstone National Park is 34 miles south. Getting AroundYou will need a car; there is no public transportation in Paradise Valley (bus tours leave for the park rom Livingston).
