The SpaceA unique space. It is the only offering in the area. The one and only, on Roblin Lake. Ideal for family get-togethers and small society (kids). The semi-detached cottage is on a very quiet NO exit road, which means no traffic, no white noise. Roblin Lake is a spring fed lake. Super fishing, shallow, warm, easy to walk-in water, no agricultural run-off. Toddler friendly. Sorry, my waterfront isn't a sandy beach. It is a bit mushy, a bit rocky. Kids don't seem too mind it. Roblin Lake Beach is a 5 minute drive away, it's a sandy beach there. Ameliasburgh is an easy 11.5 minute drive to wineries on Closson Rd. Bloomfield, 15 minutes, Wellington... Picton, 25 minutes. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances; blender, kettle, coffee machine, dishware, kitchenware, dishwasher ...everything you may require to do what you want to do. Dine indoors or outdoors on the 40 foot long deck. Gas BBQ supplied. There is a fire pit. Bring your own wood, or you may also purchase wood from me. You do need to bring your own food. Note: there are no Store's or Churches in Ameliasburgh, the closest variety store (liquor) is Rossmore or Consecon, both 13 minute drives. There are three bedrooms. One Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, ample closet space, dresser. The second bedroom is the same but doesn't have the same gargantuan window. The third bedroom is a Kids room with a double and a single bunk bed, also ample closet space, dresser. Bedrooms and the 3 piece bathroom radiate around a large central foyer. Can accommodate for more sleepover guests. The Media, kitchen and dining room is a versatile gathering space. Kitchen window faces the waterfront so that everyone can always "have an eye" on things. Also on this level is a 60 inch, LED satellite TV, with Wifi throughout, a two piece bathroom, water cooler and the private entrance with Combination lock... Cottage water comes directly from Roblin Lake. It is regularly tested, it is filtered and is drinkable. Bottled water is supplied. In closing I would sincerely like to thank All my guests for their Respect, Courtesy and ever important feedback. Guest AccessFollowed by an introductory walk-around. I encourage my guests to ask questions AT ANY TIME. The introduction is supported by a page of "Roblin Lake Cottage INFO" posted on the fridge. Interaction with GuestsI am a glass artist.* My studio and living space are on the premises. My home and residence are semi-detached from the Roblin Lake Cottage. The two structures are separated by a French door (with curtain). I make my presence as inconspicuous as possible. If there are questions i can either be contacted by phone, or found in my studio on site. I promise to do my very best to make your stay at the Roblin Lake Cottage as accommodating, easy, and as relaxing as possible. *Rob(URL HIDDEN) The NeighborhoodPlease note; if you care to dine at The Drake Devonshire in Wellington, weekend reservations have to be made a week in advance. The SpaceCozy, comfortable, safe, quiet, clean and right downtown. Basic, nothing fancy, but a unique and a bit quirky place to stay. Must be able to climb stairs (we live on the second floor). Double futon in the smaller bedroom, a double bed in the main bedroom. Guest AccessFull access to our home. This is a small apartment, so it is important to realize that amenities are basic (full size fridge and stove with oven, but no microwave, no coffee maker, no dishwasher...) Living downtown means we are close to fantastic restaurants, cafes, etc so if you plan things well, you won't need to make coffee or do dishes! Interaction with GuestsYou will have the apartment to yourself and we will meet only to hand off keys. Occasionally we will drop by, but never unannounced! If you are staying and only need one room, we can offer a discounted rate of you do not mind sharing the flat with us. The NeighborhoodRight downtown. Getting AroundThe train station is 1.8 km away. The city bus station is three blocks away. We have a "walk score" of 88. It is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to a wide variety of restaurants, cafe, the library, theatres, art galleries, many shops and boutiques, and the farmer's market. We are close by to a number of historical sites, the waterfront trails (Moira River and Lake Ontario) and many bike trails. We have a bike rack at our apartment. Other Things to NoteElectric heat. Air conditioning available only in one bedroom. Historic property designation prevents air conditioning units in front windows.

The SpaceThis space is definitely above average. The quality of the furniture, the level of privacy, the amount of space and the ambience not only allow for longer stays but encourage them. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this space is what your are looking for. The two person jetted tub and shower offer comfortable, spacious and private opportunities for romance. But if you need a bit more space we also offer the second bedroom for a total of 6 guests (see our Luxury in the Heart of the City 3 listing). The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and offers a full size fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. Parking is on premises and there is a dry and secure storage for bicycles on site. There is also access to laundry facilities in the main part of the house just outside the apartment door. The location makes this even more desirable. You can access all Belleville has to offer with ease. There is a wheelchair ramp, however it is a little bit steep. The apartment and the backyard are child-friendly. There is a children playground across the street. Pets are welcome. Guest AccessThis is a separate unit with all the amenities. Interaction with GuestsI live on site, interactions with guests are based on the guests wishes. Little to no contact is fine but so is leisurely conversations over breakfast or tea (or a glass of fine Ontario Wine) depending on the schedules of both parties. I love hosting and meeting new people so whatever will make your stay the most pleasant is what I will do. The NeighborhoodThe location of my neighborhood is ideal. It's safe and close to everything. I have lived here for over 20 years. The neighborhood is not a new subdivision but rather a mixture of older and newer homes from different eras and as one can expect in an older part of a town, not all buildings in the area are maintained to the standart one would wish. Getting AroundParking is on site and bus stops are near by.

The SpaceThe cabin consisting of three rooms: an open living room and kitchen combination and a bedroom that incorporates an open format bathroom will provide comfortable accommodation for two couples looking for a week or so of relaxed, laid back country life but very close to “civilization.” Amenities include the usual kitchen accouterments, a wood stove for cool evenings, wifi, a double bed, convertible couch, running water and a modest sound system. The bathroom has a composting toilet (don’t let that scare you, it’s easy to use and a whole lot nicer than an outhouse!). Guest AccessSwimming right below the dam stargazing, or a bonfire adjacent to the river are some of the delights of this funky retreat. Hiking potential, sailing in The Bay of Quinte, canoeing and interesting areas to explore are just some of the activities easily accessible from Latta MIlls. Award winning wineries and Sand Banks Provincial Park in historic Prince Edward County are only an hour away. Interaction with GuestsI will be living on my boat in a marina in Belleville only half an hour away from Latta Mills. Once you are booked in, you are on your own unless there is an emergency! The NeighborhoodMy cottage is on a dead-end road and the Hamlet of Latta Mills is just far enough away from the actual City of Belleville to make it feel like you are in the country. Getting AroundYou will need your own vehicle. Other Things to NoteI only wish to rent for a minimum of three days but prefer one week bookings.
