The Maple House Main (sleeps 10 + 1 infant in crib) Built in 1875, The Main House features exposed beams, original wood floors, wainscoting, fireplace, spacious rooms and plenty of space to relax in the company of loved ones. Enter into the main room with open concept living and two distinct lounging areas, satellite TV, wood stove (in winter), Central Air Conditioning in the summer and a dining room seating 16. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities and supplies needed to prepare family banquets and opens onto a large wooden deck with a gas BBQ and a table seating 8, perfect for al fresco dining; as well as a bench and assorted lounge chairs. Indoors, relax in the comfortable family room or chill out by the fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine. At night enjoy a campfire by starlight and watch the fireflies flicker by. The Main House consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the main floor, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and 2 three-piece bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with claw-foot tub). Upstairs find 3 more bedrooms, all with new queen beds & mattresses and an additional 3 piece bathroom with shower. Linens are luxury 100% cotton throughout. Numerous entertainment options are available in the house including 2 TV’s, DVD players, a wide collection of DVDs, satellite TV, music system, games, books and wireless internet The whole house and grounds are included in the rental except for a couple of storage rooms, the basement and the garage space. The 2.7 acre lot allows for privacy and relaxation. The location is great for the explorer with trails and cycle routes. Getting AroundA car is required. Once at the property - you could cycle or walk to nearby restaurants (2-3km), beaches (5km) and convenience stores (20m). We had plenty of room to gather and yet still room to have space when we needed the break. The well-organized kitchen was amply equipped to make meal / snack time prep a breeze. I don't think you have missed anything we could think of. Everyone loved the back yard and we were able to have multiple activities going on at once. So true family time with no electronics! Campfires are always a hit when you can have spider dogs and marshmallows; watch for the fireflies when you are out there too. The SpaceThe house is a century farm house that has gone through extensive renovations over the years. The house has 4 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people. (1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins, 1 Child’s Bed and a Crib) There is also lots of room to stretch your legs, as the house sits on 200 acres of agricultural land. Guest AccessWaterfront access to the Bay of Quinte - great fishing and swimming. Guests are free to tour the 200 acres of land attached to the property. Interaction with GuestsOur only interaction will be at the time of key drop off. If there are issues that need to be addressed we have a manager close by who can help out. From time to time the grass at the property needs to be cut and we can coordinate that so it does not disturb your stay. The NeighborhoodLocated on the shores of the Bay of Quinte on the North Side of Prince Edward Country this unique rental property situated only 15 mins from the 401 gives you quick access to all that Prince Edward County has to offer.(Wineries, Sandbanks, Cycling) The property is an easy 225 km drive from Toronto – it typically takes 2 and ½ hours to get there. The SpaceOur red brick century home has been stylishly updated and offers two guest bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own three-piece bathroom. Original hardwood floors and large windows are complimented with modern touches including large glass-enclosed showers, granite counter tops, mid-century and contemporary furniture, fun lighting and white bed linen and towels. Queen Suite: A cheery, yet cozy 150 sq foot room with a queen-size bed. There is also a private 50 sq foot sitting room that includes a single sofa-bed. A private three-piece bathroom completes the suite. Perfect for a couple and child of 5 years and up. No infants. Sleeps 3 people. Some little extras include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer. Guest AccessGuests have access to the living room where they can sit and read, or watch a film on Netflix. The dining room is also available if guests would like to play board games or sample any wine they have purchased. We can supply wine glasses and decanters. There is a mini fridge in the dining room that guests are welcome to use. Everything for breakfast is lovingly prepared and set out in advance and available until 11AM. Breakfast includes French-press coffee, homemade granola, yogurt, vegan muffins, fresh fruit, local honey and jam. Care is taken in using organic as well as locally sourced products. Interaction with GuestsThe semi-private nature of the B&B means that guests are quite independent. We are happy to chat with guests and are always available to offer tips on restaurants, wineries and activities in the County. The NeighborhoodThe historic town of Bloomfield is located in the heart of the County. Wellington and Picton are minutes away as is Haggerman’s Market and the junction to County Road 12 that leads down to Sandbanks Provincial Park. The town itself is lovely to stroll through with; beautiful red brick homes, interesting boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, cafés, restaurants, bakeries and the only handmade ice cream shop in all of the County. There are three licensed restaurants with patios that offer food and cocktails. Getting AroundAs we are located in town, guests can walk to restaurants and shops. Bikes can be rented from Bloomfield Bicycle Company, which is a five-minute walk from the house. To explore other parts of the County, a car is necessary. There are local taxis and a limo service. Other Things to NoteWe operate as a B&B, but would consider renting out the entire house if circumstances were favorable. The minimum weekly rate is $750 for one couple and $1200 for two couples (6 nights). The two rooms sleep 5 people in total. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

Interaction with GuestsI live in the house adjacent to the rental. I will greet guests but allow them their privacy. Continental breakfast (usually something home made) provided. The NeighborhoodEmber Studio Loft is situated smack dab almost in the middle of Prince Edward County. All you choose to do is very close by. Feel inspired by the art I create. The SpaceThis house went through a major facelift in 2014 to uncover it's many original features and add features not available in 1830, like WiFi and Custom showers! The house is set back from the Main Street on a large lot making it semi-private despite its central location. The fenced backyard has a large in-ground pool as well as decks and patio areas for lounging and eating. The 6 well appointed guest rooms are as follows: Bedroom 1 - Upstairs - only room with EnSuite bath, Queen bed plus twin daybed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Upstairs - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Upstairs - 1 twin captains bed, 1 set of twin bunk beds Bedroom 5 - East Wing - Queen Bed Bedroom 6 - East Wing - Queen Bed Double Futon in Media Room Double air mattress available on site House comes with bed linens and bath towels, fully outfitted kitchen with dishes for 20 and all standard cook wear, Keurig, microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker, etc.... The NeighborhoodNoxon House is located in the town of Bloomfield in the heart of Prince Edward County and a quick trip to Sandbanks (10 min drive), Wineries (many in a 15 min radius), Restaurants (there are 2 within walking distance!) and shopping (Bloomfield has a quaint downtown core with many shops and Picton is a 10 minute drive) Getting AroundNoxon House has a large parking area as well as a fenced yard for bike storage. There are a couple of local taxi services in the area, but the best way to get around is to bring your own vehicle. Other Things to NoteDuring the High Season Summer months the Noxon House is only available for Weekly rentals beginning Fridays at 4pm and ending Fridays at 10am. Holiday Weekends are minimum 3 night stay.

The SpaceThis charming three bedroom cottage bungalow is located at 26 Stanley Street in the quaint Village of Bloomfield, nestled in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario. Bedroom 1 offers a queen size memory foam mattress which is super comfy. In Bedroom 2, a twin over double bunk bed can be found. In the lower level, bedroom 3 consists of two single beds, which if desired, can be pushed together to form a king. The house has been described as cosy, with a real cottage feel. Definitely super comfortable! Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house and property. Interaction with GuestsWe generally do not interact with guests. There is a lock box which has the house key inside and guests are asked to leave the house locked when they check out. The NeighborhoodStanley Street is within walking distance to fabulous shopping on Main Street in Bloomfield. There is a park on Mill Street (again, within walking distance) with tennis courts and play structures for the kids. At the top of Mill Street (Mill and Main) is an ice cream shop! Other Things to NoteIn the kitchen there is a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster/toaster oven, dishes included plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, as well as cutlery and other cooking utensils (corkscrew too!). There is also a variety of pots and pans. Weekly rental only through the summer.

              The Heart Rock Vacation Rental is a brand new self-contained apartment in one of the oldest farm houses in Prince Edward County (circa 1830). We are located in the heart of the county across from the prestigious Oeno Gallery with its Sculpture Garden, and Huff Estates Winery. La La Land Glass Studio and Schroedter's Market - with a dedicated gluten free bakery - are just a stone's throw away. PLEASE do not include children under 18 in your guest count, as they stay free. A forty dollar charge per night is for the 2nd and 3rd adult staying. Picton, Wellington and Bloomfield are only ten minutes away, and Trenton and Belleville are within twenty minutes. The scenic ride on the Glenora Ferry will take you across the bay and from there historic Kingston is a half hour drive. And those are just a few of the many attractions that make the county so unique and quaint. Our apartment has a private garden door entrance from the front porch where you can lounge on the swing and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of local wine.
